There is a massive hotel building program going on in Batumi right now. Modern Western style hotels are springing up only a few minutes walk from the Old town So why stay right in the centre with its casinos, massage parlours and noisy cars and impatient taxi drivers? Especially when the owner seems disinterested in how his hotel runs.

We stayed here for a week long vacation. The location is great, it's in Old city and all the main sight seeing monuments are walking distance. It's about 8-10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel personnel is nice and friendly, we were given a bottle of homemade wine of our check-in. The facilities are not brand new, and the cleanliness is average. But good experience overall. We were on 4th floor...

It's was wonderful, the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good at normal time for tourists from 9am to 11am. There was no safe box in the room. Location excellent,in old city of Batumi.

The very best part of Hotel Eiffel is the staff--super responsive, kind, and exceeding all expectations. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are very nice. There is no elevator, and the hotel has five floors with rooms spread across them. Still, value for money is outstanding.

Nika and his team was very helpful, way back months from we were arranging the stay - to the moment we arrive - until our last day, he & his team went an extra mile to attend to our needs. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any request, and yes we asked for plenty of request and all has been arranged perfectly...

Such an amazing stay. Super friendly and very helpful. I arrived at 3 am and the attendant walked me to a parking spot and then recommended a diner that was open to grab a quick meal. Great location a few blocks from the beach and an easy walk to Old Town. I will be back!!

There are places where, once you've been, you want to return again, and the Tao Hotel is one of those places. From the moment we booked, the staff was very helpful and polite. They explained everything, and upon arrival, everything was exactly as discussed. The sea was, as promised, a 10-minute walk away. Everything they promised was in the room: shampoo, soap, slippers, a hairdryer, a refrigerator...

Clean rooms, wonderful hosts. We've stayed here twice and are happy with everything. The rooms have a kitchen and even dishes, so you can cook your own meals. All the necessary shops are nearby. Close to the waterfront. There's a nice park nearby.

Great location, 5-10 minutes away from the sea. Personal is very friendly and helping. However, there's high level of humidity. Not sure if it's the inly place, maybe it's everywhere in Batumi.. I realy enjoyed staying there. And they are also selling homemade wine.

Great location with a variety of rooms, from single bed to family style with several small beds (but it can be confusing to find out which room type you've been assigned). Simple breakfast served in the basement

Rested for the eighth time. I like the location. And not the suburbs, but a quiet center. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant Kalakuri, and you do not need to walk far in the evening. The rooms are comfortable. The only thing is not very suitable for low mobility groups. The elevator is not provided by the architecture of the building. And so - super. It is even useful to climb stairs

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location near the centre, good value, excellent rooms and really good restaurant. Would definitely recommend. They even let us leave luggage with them for free so we could spend a week exploring Georgia with less to carry. Very kind Indeed

The lady who welcomed us is very warm and helpful. The place is clean, has good amenities and a 20 min walk from the center.

Çok memnun kaldım tavsiye ederim. So good hotel i loved it. Near the bus statiton and 15 minutes away from batumi center by walk. So big comfortable room, good wifi, nice bed.... You can use Bolt app for cheap to go to batumi center if you are lazy to walk and you cam use glovo app to order food or drinks from supermarkets and restaurants both you pay online...

The room is average in quality but clean and the price is excellent And the air conditioning is excellent.. and the owner of the place is a respectable woman The problem is the rooster's voice is annoying. And its location is difficult because it is inside the Mahi complex directly on the street

He lived in a hotel in August 2018. Economy class hotel with reasonable prices. The rooms are clean, normal furniture, good bedding. Friendly staff who are ready to provide all sorts of additional services (transportation, information, etc.). Recommend!

The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. They speak English very well. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions. The room and corridors are well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and adequate. If you travel by car you can use street parking around the hotel. WiFi was excellent.

This hotel is part of the reason why I am coming back to Georgia. This hotel is placed in the heart of the old town. And a 5-10 minute walk to everything. The best part for me personally was the breakfast, authentic Georgian breakfasts and all of the staff. They were so helpful with everything. They was someone constantly there 24/7 to talk to . My friend and I went for a wedding and i felt so at home...
