Charming little hotel in the center of everything. Very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Generous breakfast. A well equipped gym and not far from the long beach where you can walk, run or ride bicycle. Affordable compeared to what you get.

Perfect location, helpful and kind staff.

Clean and well maintained room. The only downside, the street side rooms are noisy, so you have to have your windows closed and an air conditioner on.

I Usually stayed in Chao hotel When I was in Batumi, This is my lovely Family hotel with excellent food and friendly welcome. The hotel visitors sometimes are the world famous people and celebrities. they like there especially cuisine and originally cooked Dishes.

I can say that it is by far the best hotel I have seen in Georgia after visited all country. Desk knows fluent English and they are kind to help for every request you have. Breakfast is all another story. They have very talented cook. I'm sure I'll stay here in my next visits as well.

I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt very unfinished - there was a lot of construction and renovation happening here and there, and I sometimes felt there’s not enough personnel to help the guests with anything. This is a fun place to stay, the rooms are very cool. Location is removed from most eateries etc. so we were often taking taxis into town, but it is also quieter and less crowded. The fastest check in experience ever. The guy at the reception was super cool and super prompt and gave us the best deal. Loved the room and the general behavior and non frills check in even when we came in without a reservation at midnight.

Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

Great budget hotel. Located in the Makhinjauri district, 8 km from Batumi. The hotel has a swimming pool, a cozy street cafe. Very polite and friendly staff. You can play table tennis and basketball at the hotel. Across the road, 70 m, there is a good beach, clear sea. Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!

The location and the price was pretty good. However, we were there in Novemer so it was a little bit cold. First night the water was warm as well as heaters. The other two nights not. When we asked for help at the reception desk there was a language barrier and they told us “no more blankets” - we had only 1 for 5 people. The water we had to fixed ourselves.
