Many Arabs call it the Arab Hotel. It is frankly beautiful and close to the sea, events and a lively area, but our room does not have a telephone and we are on the 35th floor and we are tired and have to go down because if we want something.. and they do not have a bidet for the bathroom..

We chosen this place for it location, but comes out it is so cozy, frienly anf "feels like a home " place. Nice big and clean room, free laundry, big bright dining room with kitchen, where you can cook or warm up your food. Big fridge is there for your needs in addition to your fridge in the room. Very reasonable price for this kind of staying. I would highly recommend it 👌.

Rooms are not cleaned Towels, shampoo and slippers are limited to guests. They say no. They don't give you your door card. They open it by themselves. Security is low. Care should be taken.

I've been to their restaurant couple of times and everytime dishes are as delicious as previous time , they have special recipe dish called Chakindzuli it's beef cooked with herbs onion and spices the most delicious beef dish in Batumi ( personal opinion) they also have mushroom Khinkali which I also recommend

the best and the quickest service in Batumi. visited three times and it was always the best service. Lobio and kebab are superb!

Don't order shkmeruli here. That was not tasty at all. Chicken was so thin, meatless and over fried.

It is quite a busy restaurant with huge portions and good food. Some dishes might take longer as we finished our lunch and still had to wait for the last dish. Most of the staff is friendly and speak several languages. 10% service charge is included but in Georgia service charge doesn't directly go to a waiter (it is either divided between all staff (cleaners, chefs, waiters, etc) or goes to a restaurant...

I stayed in the Batum Sunrise. The room was great for the price. The location good. Ten minutes to the centre and the beach . Staff very friendly. Wi-Fi not very strong . That’s a big issues for me. I had to hotspot with my phone . One the big road there is a shocking noise coming from the restaurant opposite literally all night. Make sure you are not given rooms on that side. Or you will have trouble...

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

A very small and old place but the location is good. You can walk to the seaside easily by passing through some tourist attractions. There is only one room with a toilet/bath. We stayed 3 in a room so it was so small for us but the price is cheap. There is an annoying sound of toilet ventilation but it was the first floor room so at least we didn't carry our luggages.

It’s a fine budget apartment with a good location, but before you checkin, there is no hot water and there is no lifts to carry your luggage from parking.
