We visited the casino on our Batumi trip, it was our second time in casino and the first time was terrible in Bucharest. Used to be a nice boutique casino in a convenient location. Then they hired a new slot manager who had failed at a larger casino. He drinks on duty and closes machines down for his friends. Better to go elsewhere. People smoking in the restaurant is another negative.

This hotel is such a gem in Batumi! The people working here are amazing, the spaces are spotless, and the cozy breakfast café serves a truly delicious breakfast. The location is perfect — right next to a lovely park with a pond, very close to the old town, and surrounded by plenty of fruit and veggie shops, restaurants, and cafés. A wonderful place to stay!

The Hotel is very clean and close to the local bus station where long distance buses depart. That's why we chose to stay here. The owner is very nice and the facilities were good. The hotel area is near a lot of metal workshops and other industrial areas, which can be quite loud during the day. Over all it was a good and comfortable stay at Hotel Amber.

There is a massive hotel building program going on in Batumi right now. Modern Western style hotels are springing up only a few minutes walk from the Old town So why stay right in the centre with its casinos, massage parlours and noisy cars and impatient taxi drivers? Especially when the owner seems disinterested in how his hotel runs.

The very best part of Hotel Eiffel is the staff--super responsive, kind, and exceeding all expectations. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are very nice. There is no elevator, and the hotel has five floors with rooms spread across them. Still, value for money is outstanding.

Everything worked great including shower and wi-fi.....Work desk, fridge and kettle provided.....Bright lighting.....Balcony had outstanding view.....Front desk is active 24/7.....Abit removed from central Batumi but plenty of markets nearby and the bus stop is right across the street where bus #12 goes to central Batumi.
