My stay in Am Moosfeld Hotel was amazing, free water upon checkin, free flowing water at the lobby, coffee available all day (at a cost), with indoor swimming pool and sauna available until 11pm. The hotel is located near a train station (less than 5 min walk) that can take you to Marienplatz and airport with one line. It comes with breakfast with various bread and drinks.
