The 24-hour front desk service is excellent; they even thoughtfully arranged for me to freshen up when I arrived early. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, and their attention to detail made me feel very welcome. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, with soft bedding and all the essential amenities. The hotel's cafe offers a rich variety of breakfast options, and the coffee was...
The breakfast was delicious! However, there was no hot water or slippers 💧. The environment was very clean, and it's conveniently located near a subway station, bus stop, and a shopping mall. Across the street is an exhibition center, and there were even some geese, haha. It's quite convenient overall.
Overall not bad. Location was not important as we were by car-plenty of parking space around.Bad is comfortable though the room smelled of a toilet. Breakfast is so-so, but fine. So for a quick stay for 1 night with kids is ok.
The room is smaller compared to the other H2 hotels ive stayed during this trip. There is not enough space for both my daughter and i to open both luggages and we had to move some of the furniture to fully open our luggages. I found some stain on the toilet bowl. Location is quite off and was saved by a mall about 5 min down. Breakfast variety also seem lacking compared to my previous stay in other...
Budget hotels. Carry your own water bottle and refill from the taps or buy one and refill for the rest of the trip. Very close to railway station. Request for a phone in your room, it should be there by default but sometimes may not be there.
Closed to shopping mall & U station.  Room is cleanness & space is enough for family for 4.

This hotel is amazing value for money, I want to recommend it to everyone!
Great clean modern room, excellent breakfast.
All good but need improvement in the towel replacement.
A very well-maintained hotel in the north of Munich. The building, the service, and the restaurant are all of excellent quality. Good transport links.
We had a nice and comfortable stay! The breakfast had a lot of choices and were all grand. The only downside is that they don’t have a complimentary water.

First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room

Super hotel. Nice place, quiet and peaceful. The hotel is clean and the service is very friendly. Everything is well-maintained and of a high standard. I highly recommend this place.
We always come to this hotel for Oktoberfest, their service is amazing. Camila gets nicer every year. We will come back!!
I liked the large room, quiet location and friendly service. I enjoyed my stay.
Angtakjeong The best. Don't even think about it and book here The price is cheap The facilities are nice (positive) I thought the location was not that great, but it's actually super convenient Everything was perfect. It's really the best This price is unbelievable The best value for money I want to live here for the entire 3 weeks of my trip to Europe The atmosphere is great, it's good for couples
My stay at NH Munich was made even better thanks to the exceptional service from Mustafa and Camillia. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail — including a thoughtful room upgrade — made a real difference. Highly recommended! شكرا على كل شيء

Nice hotel, bright rooms, quiet location.
Every staff is nice!!! I have never fond anywhere else that has as polite staff as here. All the facilities is good and the room is pretty clean! I really like this hotel and enjoy staying here!
Room and bathroom quite large, bed very comfortable. room and bathroom cleaned (even if the moquette would need a renewal or replacement with something else). Very close to the U3 Machtlfinger Straße, good price. Good choice if you need to stay in that area (as I had), probably not the best choice if you need to visit the city, even if the journey with U Bahn takes approx 20 minutes.
Comfortable sleep. Could have used a +1 pillow. Very convenient near U Bahn. Parking available for a fee..
Bathroom shower had a long black hair upon arrival. Also whilst our room was at the end by itself, we were woken multiple times over the nights by slamming doors from other rooms. So it wasn’t a quiet stay. Staff were very pleasant though
I highly recommend this Hotel – the room was very clean, near U-Bahn and the breakfast was perfect

The double room was well-equipped with a small kitchenette and refrigerator. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of storage space. The sauna and fitness room were great. The breakfast was delicious, with both savory and sweet options; nothing was lacking. Of course, the hotel's 80s/90s style takes some getting used to, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days. The only drawback was the...
The property wasn't easy to evaluate from outside, but once we entered into the room, we were highly impressed. Spacious accommodation - 2 floors with very clean and quality fit and finish furniture, floor, walls, kitchen, bathroom, beds, and other items. There are 2 beds with a full bath upstairs and 1 bed and a half bath downstairs. The bathroom was extremely clean with pretty nice quality of materials...
Very nice staff. Grocery store directly beside hotel. Bus stop close. Marienplatz is 20 min walk. Christmas markets nice with great food and handmade ornaments. I’ve stayed at this property 4 times. Great location that’s quiet and safe. Nice size rooms. Hotel breakfast is good, buffet style with too many items to list.
I travel a lot to Munich for work, and if I am to choose the hotel myself I always choose Living Hotel Prinzessen Elisabeth. The rooms are spacious and cosy, the prices are affordable, the employees are always friendly and service minded and the wellness center is very nice with a very good sauna. It's also practical to have a mini kitchen in the room, and a shop (REWE) next door to the hotel. The...
I love the Hotel, the business apartment are big, comfortable and with all services I need for a long stay. Maybe there were some details to improve. Details about maintenance: lights above the bead and the kitchen didn't work, two shelves are broken in the wardrobe and problems with the heat. I was surprise, in 2023 the rate of the breakfast was 12 euros, and now 24 euros. I guess in two years, the...
I had a wonderful stay at Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth in Munich. I stayed at this hotel with my family for seven days. The price was very attractive and affordable, and the room for six people was sufficient for us. Overall, it is a very good hotel for families. The room didn’t have air conditioning, only ventilation.Sometimes was a bit cold. The room wasn’t that clean. I expected it to be more clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were 24/7 on service and helped us with every request we had. Overall was good and it was worthy of the price we paid.
In general i liked our stay. Room was great an quiet. I've booked breakfast and changed to a lunch-pack: didnt get any refund and content of the bags were just a water+apple+toast bread with a slice of cheese. Quite disappointing for the price it costs in my opinion.
This is a Nice friendly place. We stayed with two families. The rooms are perfect for family’s. And although there are also a lot of young people it felt really relaxed. We ordered dinner and could eat at the bar. The rooms are to hot. You cannot open the window so it feels really locked up. Would definitely do something about that. This was a very nice property, the rooms were clean and the service, from the moment we arrived was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic but you will pay 45 euros if you don’t get the room package.
It was a lovely hotel and the staff was very courteous. The food was very good. The only problem we experienced was our inability to regulate the heat/temperature in our room. One minute we are sweating, so we opened the door and the next it was freezing. The staff was not able to help with this issue.
I was not expecting to stay in a room that appeared to be for an ADA guest.
A beautiful hotel close to the Isar River and an easy walk to the Altstadt. The River has a very nice running and biking trail next to it which is great for exercising no matter the season.
Very few shops be aware of the details there write up on their location is misleading it is not close to most things if you walk taxis are very expensive. The Frebch restaurant fell down on delivering quality food ie the french onion soup was a disaster The front of hotel staff were great
Wonderful staff—extremely helpful and welcoming. We woke up on St. Nicholas day with a bag full of treats outside our door. Great location, away from the touristy, crowded areas but close to lovely restaurants and shops. The bus and tram stop all within one block and you can use them to get to any location in Munich.

The Mandarin Oriental never disappoints, and its service is particularly outstanding. From the front desk to the restaurants, housekeeping, and concierge, every aspect is impeccable; feeling at home is a true experience. There's a bakery downstairs that opened in 1703—the prezels with butter are absolutely delicious! The Barn café on the corner is great and very popular in Berlin.
Breakfast eggs not delivered as ordered and were on the rubbery side. Disappointing.
Construction in-front of hotel, workers start drilling early in the morning.
Construction site across the street made it very noisy. Otherwise a first rate hotel and property.
The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.
Excellent service. By far the best service ever of any hotel. Expect greatness and you will receive the ultimate treatment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will go out of their way to make this the best experience!!

Great, yet simply furnished hotel in a good location. In my room, the cold water at the sink wasn't working, but otherwise everything was perfect and clean. Breakfast was also top-notch, and the staff extremely friendly.
Met up with family and stayed at this hotel. Location was great, right by the train line. Asked the receptionist to recommend somewhere to go on our first day. She suggested a Spring fest that was taking place. What an experience, without her suggestion we would never of know about it or found it.
Room is a bit old but comfortable. Good location close to harras . .
The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. Cozy hotel. Good breakfast. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything you needed was in the room. The metro is relatively close. The area is quiet.
A boutique hotel that is located not to far from the main stations and to subway. Rooms and common areas are good. Sometimes the service has been a bit "stingy" by not refilling soap, shampoo, etc. even if it was clearly finishing. Breakfast is not bad but kind of expensive is bought separately. The area has good bars and restaurants.
Although it's a bit out of the city center, it's a quiet, value-for-money hotel that I'd love to stay at again. While there's no bike storage, I was able to store my bike under the eaves in the parking lot. The breakfast was also satisfactory, and the reception staff spoke English.

We stayed here for vacation purposes. I preferred it because it was next to a quiet park and away from the city. The hotel was clean, quiet, and nice, however, it really lacked some basic necessities such as at least one bottle of water per person per day, clean disposable slippers, and a kettle with cups to make tea or coffee to relax after a long day. Good vibes from the receptionists, strategic location, downstairs restaurant is good!
This stylish hotel is conveniently located in front of the station. It was nice that they had a sauna on the terrace where you could even enjoy some outdoor air. I was lucky enough to get a cheap room, so I was very satisfied, but the regular price is a bit high...but Germany is expensive, so I guess that can't be helped.
Nice decoration. Room is relatively small but fancy. We waited for the check-in as we arrived before check-in time. Some people arrived after us, but could check in immediately which gave us a bit bad impression of the service but they handled it quite well and we could also check in earlier.

Great service staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the Xmas market and numerous dining spots. Hallway carpets look rough but the rest of the interiors were like new. Only negative was some loud music outside until 2 am on a Saturday night. Strongly recommend this hotel.
Nice, quiet hotel down the block from S bahn station and walking distance to Christmas Market. Lots of local dining options. Room was clean and spacious but bathroom was small with awkward layout. Do not recommend breakfast - too expensive for the little you got and poor service.
The bathroom was a little different than what I’m used to-no shower curtain or door but it worked. Hotel was close enough within walking distance to Marienplatz (we were there for the Christmas markets) and the main train station was an easy 45 minute walk. And the pizza restaurant right next door was a godsend when other places were closed the one night (and the pizza was decent).
Room was clean and comfortable. It was located in a convenient area to access many sites around Munich
The hotel room was not large but was sufficient. The shower in our room was quite small. Toiletries included an all in one for hand/body/hair - so if you are particular about shampoo, they only offer an all in one.
