We are still satisfied with our stay because of the price paid, but if it had been more expensive, the value for money would not have been as good

Cretan Garden Hotel is a wonderful quiet place owned by a very warm and welcoming family. Both the accommodation space and the bar and restaurant offer exceptional services maintained by wonderful and helpful people

We are leaving here with a baggage of unforgettable experiences and new acquaintances, to which we want to return as soon as possible, to be able to relax in this wonderful place and cultivate newly established relationships! The staff is lovely, nice and always smiling. They will always help and advise, and you can count on long and interesting conversations with the staff and hotel guests

To take into account if you are considering this hotel: if for you good food is imperative for a totally successful stay, choose another hotel. We enjoyed our stay in general, but we do not plan to return

We are walking the Corfu trail with 3 Friends, and this hotel was perfect for our stop! Everybody was so friendly and enthousiastic. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. The rooms were spacious and very clean

The location will provide a very authentic experience of Crete. Literally 5-6 walk to a square full of restaurants and Tavernas which are all excellent. And where we also booked our trip to Spinalonga with the lovely Bob

The hotel is in a very good location, just 50 meters from the main street. It's situated in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. You can easily walk to the nearest villages

We are 100% satisfied with our stay here, the owners were very friendly, helped with everything. Breakfast is sufficient for 3 stars, we were not hungry. Coffee and pastries are very tasty

The rooms are a little updated, cleaned every day, but I would advise changing the towels and linen because they were worn out. We would really like to come back to you again, thank you!

Our flight was very late,and after check out they kindly suggested us to stay by the pool area,offered us some towels and after ordering some drinks in their little bar,we got them on a house

Personel is friendly and we got some great tips about things to do in the area. Before this we had a very dissapointing 4 star hotel, so this was a really pleasant surprise

The hotel has a great location, it is clean, the rooms are comfortable with a balcony. Our host Leonidas, very friendly and full of useful information. We will be back!

Pool area is great its clean tidy, no problems getting sunbeds Bill is on duty until 15:00 hours so will cook you anything from the menu. Food is good recommend you try one of his daily specials

Its a similar price to bars, taverns etc. The hotel is quirky lots of nice spots mostly designed by George and reflect his style, natural materials form sculptures. Watched the sports on TV with him with him a few times

Being a small hotel 14 rooms one soon gets to meet the rest of the guest some are English others not, but its such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that it encourages you to engage in conversations

Only downside is that apart from one restaurant (Big Blue) and the sports bar there really is nothing within walking distance. SO FORGET WHAT TRIP ADVISER says there is not much close by

Personally I would prefer the ground floor apartments as you can sit on the patio area but some like the upstairs as you get a view over the sea

I think the big all inclusive hotels have killed off the local tavernas bars etc. But once you have your head around that and accept that you will either need a car or use taxis then its OK

The lady running it and the cleaner were really nice and friendly, they were on hand in case you needed them without being obtrusive. The bathroom is a good size with a great shower which was warm and strong

The room is spacious with a lounge/kitchen area, Bathroom and separate bedroom. And not forgetting a good sized balcony right on the seafront

A place to truly relax, clean room, magnificent sea view, pleasant welcome, Despina is attentive and can recommend interesting places, personally I am very satisfied, I highly recommend it 👌👍👍

(three of us) The lift is small but works so even people with mobility problems wouldn't find it an issue. Next time we go back to Hersonissos we will definitely book in Villa Sonia again

They gave us water at check-in and during our stay, they surprised us with fresh fruit and wine. At the end, the owner, Antonios, even gave us a small bottle of olive oil from his own production

This is a very nice and welcoming hotel. The terrace is beautiful, and it was a pleasure to have breakfast there every morning. Also, the room was extremely clean and was tidied up daily

We are On our last day at this hotel. Rooms are excellent, and cleaned every day. Lots of choice of food and drink. Places to eat all over the complex. Pools are a little cold, but everyone loved the new water slides

The air conditioning hadn't been cleaned in ages, was covered in dust, yellow with dirt, and very noisy. The food is very good, with plenty of choices at both the dinner and breakfast buffets

Football court is good size, felt very safe in this hotel and was happy to let 12 and 14 year olds to go off and play. Food is lovely a good selection but a little cold hence 4 star

As parents with picky kids, we really liked the lunch and dinner buffets, but we also visited the snack bars frequently. You could easily walk between your hotelroom, the different pools, the snack bars and the ocean

Great facilities, slow pace, great weather and lots of fun for the kids: playgrounds, pools, different waterslides, soccer field, kids activities, free ice cream and slushes (as well as a gokartplace nextdoor)

The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night

The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids

Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day

Porto Greco Village was a good and clean hotel with many possibilities and friendly staff. Located on the side of Hersonissos and no noice in our room, maybe also because I think the rooms werre not fully booked

On the positive side, the food at the hotel was quite good for an all-inclusive experience. There was a decent variety of dishes, and the quality was consistent

The quality of food at the Street food was better than in June 2025. 🍔 Drinks at White rabbit was as always 10/10, and at the King Scorpio seemingly better. 🍸 Maybe thanks to the end of season

Me and my boyfriend came here on an all inclusive holiday last week (09/2025) The room was 9/10 - it was clean, very spacious as we had a living room, balcony, bathroom and a fairly spacious bedroom

Through my travel agency business I politely asked for upgraded rooms and we were not disappointed. We were given 3 rooms at the front of the pool, which were without a doubt the best rooms in the hotel

I would like to especially note from the best side for the fast and well-coordinated work of the waiters lia and Totoris working in the restaurant and buffet, as well as Marina and Lena from the administration

Good location 15 minute walk down to beach and town, quite a steep walk coming back up. Other village around 20 minute walk a little bit further up the hill and round. Lots of lovely restaurants and tavernas

Lovely last minute family holiday! Rooms clean but very basic as you would expect for Greece. Very quiet, bar shuts at 3pm, breakfast available and snacks available until 3pm. Always beds available around pool area

We stayed at Kalloa Hotel for a family vacation, and it was simply perfect! The service was outstanding – evry body always friendly, professional, and with a smile

Let me just start by saying that this was out first "last minute" holiday which we booked before checking any reviews and we could not be any happier that we booked this hotel! Please ignore anyone complaining about staff in hotel because those guys could not be any better even if they tried

George, in particular, was exceptionally kind and understanding during a very difficult time for myself. I'm so grateful for the care and compassion shown to me. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and very comfortable

Check-in was very easy all information about facilities, extra charges, treatments were explained clearly. We were recommended some excursions which we could have booked with hotel also

Analipsi is a small village with nice restaurants and bars one end and large all inclusive hotels the other. October was relatively quiet but we had good weather and it met all our requirements

Breakfast (a la carte with a small buffet) was enjoyable—though adding more healthy options would be welcome. Dinner a la carte was excellent

Overall: very pleasant, stylish, and peaceful stay with a few operational changes that would make it excellent

Luxurious Stay with Above-and-Beyond Service & Private Pool Our stay at the Paralos Venus Suites Hotel was absolutely fantastic, easily exceeding our expectations for a 5-star experience. We will definitely be returning

Marni is a place that people are proud to work for, and, although we arrived the last week of October and we know everyone is tired and looking forward to a break, staff still give it their all! We travel with a toddler and have always stayed in the same bungalow with private pool. Even at arrival our driver (massive shout out to Yannis again) was waiting for us and it was like meeting an old friend

staff are excellent,hotel food and drink are good but head to some of the local villages and food and cocktails are as good as iv ever had…we stayed in a superior room and it was spacious enough with a nice sitting area out the front

Great property have stayed there 3 times now and found it to be a good base near to every thing sea restaurants shops bars transport can’t fault it staff are lovely very friendly and helpful

The area close to the pool is very nice and comfortable. A bar is located close to the pool, they have a menu for snack and drinks, the prices are very economic and the quality is very good

The kitchen team is great, they did an excellent job, we stayed there 7 days and every dinner was different, one night chinese, mexican, greek, italian, etc

Breakfast is the same everyday but it has a lot of varieties, orange juice was good and the fruit yoghurt also. They ask you if you have any allergies

Manos, the man in the front desk who welcomed us, was very polite, he explained carefully every detail, what was included etc. The hotel has different buildings, but we had our room in the main building

It is located in a very calm area. Room was cleaned, comfy and delightful. A pool is located in front of the main building, they give you free towels and you can change them every 3 or 4 days

Set in the hills of Piskopiano, the location is outstanding, with an excellent range of restaurants, bars, and shops within easy reach

Other residents have mentioned similar issues, luckily there's a lovely traditional restaurant almost next door where the food and service are excellent

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We felt completely safe in the area, which made the experience even more enjoyable

This was our second stay at Asterias Village, and it was just as impressive as the first

We ate at the restaurant on arrival and the service was shocking, the waiter really didn't have a clue what he was doing and wouldn't let us make a drinks order whilst looking through the menu

For the best part of our stay, the relax pool was attended by a very angry blond - haired lady. Hour by hour, day by day, she would constantly turn children away despite them having made no noise in the pool

In the morning, we woke up and realised our view was blocked by a very large, overlooking tree. We spoke with our Tui rep who was very helpful and managed to get us a sea view room which is what we had paid extra for

On one occasion, she turned away a baby and told the mother to take it to the children's pool even tho it wasn't making any noise or causing bother to any other guests who clearly didn't mind their presence

Many children making noise and splashing (which nobody minded) were not being told off which supports the fact that the woman was clearly too strict

Every time a child came, she would tell them to leave. On our last day, the pool was now attended by a man

Other staff throughout the resort such as drivers and cleaning staff were attentive and hard at work
