This hotel has fabulous views of the mountains on one side. There are two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. Each bed has a thick mattress so they are very comfortable

Lovely little apartment with everything you need. Very clean and cleaners came every other day. Receptionist very helpful with taxis and what shops to use. Pools were cold but that’s expected, area was clean

Rooms were cleaned alternate days with fresh towels and bedding each time. I would definitely stay he again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

We were even invited to the staff Halloween party (we were the only guests left on this night). This hotel was extremely clean. The kitchen was open and we saw it constantly being cleaned between each meal being prepared

The staff at the hotel are amazing. Linzi was very helpful with advise of the area. Aris, the chef, obviously is very passionate about cooking. Everything was made fresh to order and the portion sizes were huge

Every morning George or Eleni knew what drinks we liked with our breakfast and after a day or two, our drinks were prepared for us without us asking. Yannis, the manager, was always friendly and helpful

No problem getting a sunbed in the morning which makes a pleasant change

I have never slept in such a comfortable bed when on holiday, with no aches and pains that I usually have when sleeping in a different bed. The rooms were cleaned every two days, with fresh bedding and towels

Great idea not to charge for air con as keeps the price low but there if you need it, makes perfect sense so you're not paying for something you might not need, especially out of season

The beachfront location is simply unbeatable – you’re just steps from the sea, and they even provide beach towels, which made relaxing by the water effortless. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff

Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Near restaurants and shops and lots of parking! Loved every secod of our stay! Kudos to the Team, they are experts at customer service!

The staff was extremely friendly. I can't give less than 5 stars. The apartment was clean and cozy, comfortable beds, great view and ambience. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach

The food was absolutely delicious, with generous breakfast portions that kept us full and happy. And the coffee – so yummy! It was the perfect start to each morning by the beach

Every single person we encountered – from the friendly front desk team, the attentive bar and beach waiters, to the warm and welcoming breakfast staff – went above and beyond

The staff cannot do too much for their guests. Stavros found me a walking stick to use on my trip to Knossos as my knees at the age of 73 can be a little weak. The food was very good but it’s the staff who are unbeatable

Wonderful location, 2 minutes to the beach. Excellent services and competent staffs. Food was delicious as well, and cats will stare at you when you eat. Highly recommend!

Desserts same every mealtime just different colours and often still partially frozen. Other guests said food was a lot better than the previous years. Not sure why you would repeat visit if food not good

The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout, including the pool and gardens. No issue with sun-beds either, there are plenty to go round. Plenty of variety at every meal time

Breakfast was a real highlight, offering fresh food, fruit, yoghurt, and eggs cooked to your preference. On two early excursion days, the team kindly prepared generous lunch bags to keep us fuelled while out and about

The room I booked was great, the bathroom was clean, and it had a balcony, but it was a bit noisy at night because it's near the road. Also, it's a bit far from the beach, so the sea view isn't great

The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the Heraklion Museum and local buses to Knossos, with a taxi station right across the street and the central bus station within walking distance, making it ideal for exploring the area

There was a kettle and complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was excellent, served per person, and I couldn't finish it all. The coffee was the best I've had at breakfast in years

We were genuinely sad to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend Legacy Gastro Suites to anyone planning a trip to Heraklion

The breakfast was great, the room was lovely, spacious and fully accessible. Lots of great food and drink options in the mini bar and they offered discounts at local restaurants too

It doesn't offer much in terms of facilities. The gym need an update, and the pool is quite small

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Greece. Very beautiful design of the room, clean, and with a bathtub. Friendly hotel receptionist. I will definitely stay here again if I visit rethymnon.

Large common areas were perfect for working. You have to walk to the sea, the historic center, or the bus station, but it's all within walking distance. There's a great supermarket across the street

There was a kettle, hot water, comfortable beds, and excellent value for money. A photo from the bed was on the TV. There's a school across the street, and kids play and make noise during the day

I was able to book a room for one night very quickly , the staff was super friendly and willing to help with everything we needed. Considering the price , it was very good for its value

Stayed for nights. Located in perfect location. Walking distance to the haber and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable.

Room service comes everyday and a good supply of fresh towels are never a problem. There has never been a race to the sun beds. 2 pools have enough for most sun bathers

Although the pool around the back is cold compared to the main pool. The bar staff are fantastic, well done to George, Paulina and Manos for having a smile and a joke with us. You helped make the holiday enjoyanle

Two small/medium sized pools, with plenty of sun beds (for the size of the hotel) but pools are not heated, with how cold they are they may even put ice in them! The rooms are ok, more than good enough for me but some may say they could be a tad cleaner

Other benefits: an air conditioner, a balcony with chairs and table, 2 large mirrors, a tea set with electric kettle (but why is it connected in the closet?), and a fridge that unfortunately gathers a bit of water inside

Fantastic location, nice and close to the beach and the main strip with all the bars and restaurants, also very close to the hills which are great for a nice hike! Loads of cats in and around the hotel, we loved it but some may not like that!

Food was average nothing special, Breakfast was good, dinner was quite repetitive could be more choice of deserts You have to pay if you want coffee or tea after dinner, even had to pay for a drink of water, I think that's very mean This hotel is suitable for the older person, as a lot of guests were50+ The pool area needed a good brush and mopping fag butt's everywhere

Great holiday,the reception staff were very friendly and happy to answer and rectify any issues especially Ahmed who went way and above expectations 😀 The rooms were slightly dated but large and cleaned daily which you can't fault

The staff make the stay Friendly and helpful. Love george the Barman he made our honeymoon special. Karina the entertainments lady was brilliant. Funny and made the nights great fun , I even won bingo lol

Food was plentiful I did prefer the breakfast as there was lots on offer ,we were half board so I was disappointed that you had to buy a drink even water 💧with your meal maybe they should change that

Great location strip a 10 min walk and beach 15 mins from hotel. No fighting wars for a sunbed which was a massive bonus as this is always an issue when abroad. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning

During our 7-night stay, our bed sheets were changed once and we were given clean towels 4 times

The hotel staff is nice, the food is delicious, the pool is a bit shallow but suitable for swimming, the hotel's location is excellent, there are many places around the hotel where we can eat various delicious meals, there's also a supermarket nearby, and the beach is practically right under the hotel

They say this hotel is only 3 stars. Staff was super nice and friendly, food was great, reallyclose to the beach and many interesting places to visit by foot. I wish i could live there, can't wait to visit again

The cleaning ladies come quite often, but if you keep things tidy, sometimes they don't even have to do anything

This is an excellent 3* hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. The bedding towels changed everyday. The rooms are perfect ,clean and Greek. The food was very good and something for everyone

Nowhere to get changed in the hotel after you had checked out of the room. No umbrellas for the sun beds out by the pool. Our balcony overlooked a derelict building and not a city view as the booking suggested

Going down to the toilets in the bar area was dangerous as the last step was broken and covered with a towel/blanket. Also the floor was continuously covered with water

The hotel staff are one big family and brilliant, the room staff really work hard to keep everyone happy, restaurant staff very attentive and quick tockear and clean, 24 hkur reception very experienced, I even experienced Greek dancing with the manager

The location couldn't be any better, 1 min marina beach and excellent walks around the peninsula from Marina to the port and lake this way is a flat surface to walk it

Like most reviews indicate, there is a lot of light at night and the curtains do almost nothing. We hung towels over the windows and glass door to block it out

Deluxe villa is very spacious and well equipped, super clean and has big terrace with 180 degrees view to the bay.

We’ve received some fruits and a bottle of wine that was a very nice touch. Location is perfect if you want to explore the area (Balos beach), and the beach nearby is one of the best we’ve been in Crete

The hotel is very well located, with a magnificent view of the sea and the town of Sitia. There's a rooftop pool, a friendly welcome, and private parking 300m away

Alternatively, you can enjoy the view of the harbor and the town from the rooftop pool, which is also a bit dated but very pleasant. There's also a nice rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the view

The staff was all fantastic, always a smile in their faces and so helpful and making sure you get the best vacation. Breakfastbuffet was good, it had something for everyone and no one walks hungry

We are foreigners coming for a wedding. As we were walking along the beach and stopped by their cafe to have a break. Even though we do not understand Greek, he spoke to us nicely

People are usually staying near pool, so almost all sunbeds are taken (and yes, some guests are still having the habit of leaving a towel on a sunbed but showing up 3 hours later)

From the pool area you walk directly onto the beach, which is sandy where you sit but consists of pebbles at the waterline, watershoes are highly recommended here! This is our first time to Greece and Crete, so there is a lot for us to discover

But I strongly suggest booking a room with a pool view, where you can enjoy an evening or two on the balcony. We had different menus every day and the choice was just perfect, not too much and not too little

Er is één mevrouw bij de receptie die zelfs Nederlands spreekt. Our room (nummer 217, 😊) is well sized with private balcony, airco and jacuzzi. It is all kept clean daily, including making the beds door twee lieve dames

If you need anything special there is a small shop on the territory of the hotel or you can go into the town 10 mins, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including Lidl

Great hotel and very friendly stuff make your stay smooth. Central location. Excellent business choice

Really nice hotel, we only stayed one night but had wished we stayed longer. We booked day of and check in was very fast and efficient. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice. Elevator to carry luggage up and down

Nice comfortable chairs are around the pool, but only 4 of them, and you cannot move them even a little bit to get a shade. They do not open any umbrellas on the deck with the statement that it is a wind

it was on the ground floor, no steps or stairs. We had a room with disability access. Neither of us have great mobility. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels every day too

The restaurants near the hotel had a huge variety of different foods & they were all great. However, none of that would stop me coming back to this little gem of a hotel, situated right on the beach in Agia Marina

Myself & my partner sent a fabulous 10 days at the Elia Marina Hotel. Firstly the staff, every single one of them was so friendly & helpful. They always had a smile to greet you

The room itself was spacious & very clean. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice & some lovely surprises some mornings eg pavlova, spring rolls

The indoor pool in the basement was small and cramped. Many places to eat or shop in close proximity, although most of the restaurants along the beach were similar in menu. Decent availability for trip pickups nearby

The hotel is simply charming, everything is new and lovely, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean, there is a lovely spa and a pool on the roof and it is really wow

Cleaning time was also wildly inconsistent, anytime between 12pm-5pm, making it hard if you just want a few hours inside without being disturbed. The pools were exactly as pictured, and was cleaned regularly

First of all, the staff is amazing, they welcome you with a welcoming smile and provide excellent service

The room itself was fine, bigger than what I originally ordered, but mostly empty and had no indoor table, only a sofa that wasn't great to sit on. Rest of the room was fine, as expected

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Some bread, half cold eggs and bacons, a bit of fruit, yogurt, and cakes. It would be more appropriate for an average 3 star hotel, not 4 stars

Also the outdoor pools were really cold its nice that there is an heated pool indor but would have been nice if the outside one was heated

Pool and pool area was great! Almost always a sum chair available and the pool itself worked great for all ages, toddlers, young adults and adults. Service was great! Lots of personnel who were always kind and helpful

Most people hired cars and were not in hotel so pool felt like a villa. Trees block sun after 1530 by pool. No entertainment and bar closed early. It was end of season and majority of staff were lovely

The rooms are cleaned every day unless you explicitly say otherwise (the cleaning can happen early), but if you don't want to get your room cleaned you can simply ask to swap your towels, which is a nice addition

Very clean but nowhere to put anything in room. Season was ending pool had a green tide mark round it and lots of seat pads/loungers were torn or damaged

Had towels and also beach/pool towels which was great. Our bed was so comfy and huge. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. For our stay we had breakfast and evening meal which was lovely
