Most of all, the staff was respectful, kind, helpful, and attentive! Gave us some complimentary bits and bobs for our honeymoon which we greatly appreciated. It felt like a real high-class, high-touch experience

The staff is very friendly. Lady Effie is very kind and helpful with check in and check out . Restaurant at 5th floor has excellent view of the harbor. Cannot miss that! Breakfast is very quite special.

We spent one great night at Megaron Hotel during our honeymoon. We loved the hotel pool, where you can get drinks and food delivered to your chair. The pool has a great view of the harbour

Terrific spot, beautiful rooms, lovely rooftop pool, walking distance from lots of great places but also has a parking lot which was HUGE for us

In all our years of travel we have never experienced a combination of warm heartedness coupled with professionalism and genuine friendliness in one. From the reception to the staff at breakfast we were met with happiness

We have just come back from 8 days at the beautiful Hotel Adele Beach. We loved it !! Amazing friendly staff and management especially Anna in the bar , Maria in the pool bar & Marianna in the restaurant

Not forgetting Gina the beautiful hotel cat who always greeted us with a meow every morning. The food is delicious with plenty of variety. Being right on the beach is just wonderful. The pool is a lovely area too

The Adele Beach Hotel is ideally located with a 25 minutes bus (number 20) journey/ride away from the nearest historic town of Rethimno which literally has something to offer everyone but just remember to purchase bus tickets in advance from all local stores and shops at 2 euro per trip

There is one large pool with it's own pool bar and free sunbed access around the large pool area and on the private beach. The selection of food is local Greek cuisine meets European and west

From the moment we arrived - staff were truly professional, smartly dressed, approachable, friendly, informative, accommodating, ready to assist and help to exceed all levels of customer service to ensure every single guests stay expectation were met

The Adele Beach Hotel is centrally located near to the main high road with numerous bars, ATM's, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and activity venues along with a pharmacy, hire car centres and a medical centre

The lady who checked me in was super friendly and l liked that they actually took you to your room when you first check in that is a nice touch

And the bath towels were not big enough, they were just medium size hand towels

I booked this hotel through jet2 package holidays! It was my first time staying in Greece

I stayed for a week! Pros: • The hotel staff are lovely, that is everybody from the house keepers to the kitchen and wait staff to the people at the front desk

I would especially like to thank two amazing people at the pool bar: George and Costas. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional

The pool area is ok but definitely has the feel of it having once been a car park or something. Breakfast is just ok, food selection is broad but the quality is really quite poor

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and came with a large variety of choices. The pool is relaxing and we really liked having the beach so close to the hotel.

For 2 sunbeds and an umbrella and table it was just 7 euros, amazing value, but what really made it for us were the two ladies looking after the cafe

We didn't stay at the hotel but visited the beach with its sunbeds and cafe pretty much everyday of our holiday

Good location right on the beach, pool ok but very cold water, the sea was warmer I think… Busstop just a step away on the mainstreet that takes you straight to Heraklion or if u like to Agios Nikolaus

We’ve come here fore years and every year we come back to the beach at themis hotel. Kiki and sofia are always very friendly and welcoming. They offer the best service you can get. We are very happy to come back again

After day of site seeing would be nic ti be able to use the pools. Staff was great, food was good

I also did not like the fact they brought you the check even before you finished eating and then wanted to order additional drinks. There was also a charge for using the jacuzzi which I did not understand

The water park is misleading in the sense it is small and really only two slides for older kids, really meant for young kids and families. The pools also close early 1800

Very nice place but far from a lot and no shops around. We booked the half board which included breakfast and dinner. Beware though l, the half board does not included drinks with dinner

Will not visit again because of the inaccessibility of this resort - there were stairs everywhere and with a pram this was an inconvenience

Animation was okay - but I do believe that there is room for improvement in terms of friendliness with kids

I have stayed at multiple JW and Ritz hotels and the service here is at that level if not better. The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was always super clean with fresh towels and sheets

The breakfast was perfect, so much choice! The hotel is well located with a huge amount of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and lovely places like Koutouloufari and Stalis just a short distance away

There are also rental car agencies near the hotel where you can rent a car for a day and go hike Timios Stavros (the tallest mountain on Crete and another Unesco heritage site)

We had the best time at Vasia Boulevard. The staff were amazingly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh bedding supplied everyday

Two minute walk to the bus stop where the local bus can take you up and down the coast for a couple of Euros. This is important because the local taxis are $$$$

Even though you are on the other side of the island from Samaria Gorge, you can still arrange a tour with an agent in town (highly recommended)

We dropped by your resort (Ethereal White Resort, Heraklion) and was greeted by Chrisanthi at reception and who we explained our situation. She immediately gave us information on availability and cost

Everything about the resort exceeded our expectations—professional and helpful staff, delicious breakfast menu, parking, spa services, fresh bedding and towels, complimentary wine, water, and snacks, etc

We would not hesitate to return and to recommend your resort to others!! A special thank you goes to Chrisanthi, George (Geórgios), Maria, housekeeping, and restaurant staff for the superb and professional services we received!!

Great hotel near the city center, close to airport and ferry port with good options for food, drink and shopping. Easy walk to the water and museums The hotel and room were spotless

The Vasia is a very nice and modern hotel. I don't fully understand when they serve al a carte and when a buffet for the dinner, but the staff is really nice and they try to fulfill all of your needs and wishes

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a great experience on a budget. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was absolutely delicious

There were 2 separate pools, I chose the one further from the bar and had many hours with no one sitting near me- perfect. So peaceful for reading, relaxing and napping should you so desire

The only thing I would slightly improve is the hair dryer in the bathroom – it heats up quickly and doesn’t work that well, but it’s just a small detail compared to how great everything else was

The food was delicious, with lots of variety and rich local flavors – special greetings to Chef Fotis for the incredible meals. Everyone working here makes the experience even more enjoyable

I am happy and grateful for Dimitris and Dimitra for making me an exception for the coctail without alcohol. The other personnel shift could not make the drink without one ingridient

Children are particularly well looked after by the wide variety of food on offer. The hotel itself and surrounding areas were very clean and well kept

The outdoor gym has everything you need and the pool bar in the evening is bliss. The only downside is the busses but that’s not on the hotel these seem to turn up whenever they want and can have you waiting a while

Most things perfect, the atmosphere, service, breakfast, pool and beach areas. Only minus was the hotel area - there is nothing to do outside the hotel, and also the lunch restaurant had too few options

We ate lunch there every day for a week and had already tried the entire menu after three days

Unfortunately the sauna and steam room were 20 euros per hour extra. The pool Was too cold to swim in. Hotel staff was great and we got upgraded

We walked the opposite way one day, which turns into a seafront path after about 20–25 minutes and has a few quiet restaurants and hotels. The lane outside the hotel gets quite dark at night, so take a phone torch

Service could be hit and miss — a few times we had to chase coffee, and one morning they completely forgot us while we waited for a table. We ended up skipping breakfast a few days because it didn’t feel worth the effort

Agrabella Hotel is such a gem in Hersonissos! The location is spot-on, just a short walk (2–3 minutes) to tavernas, supermarkets, the bus stop, and the beach, but tucked away in a quiet spot, away from the late night noise you usually get right by the sea It’s a family-run business, and you can really feel the care

Some guests complain it’s “the same every day” but in reality, it’s more of a Mediterranean spread of starters, and we enjoyed it. Only minor downside… don’t expect sea views unless you book the luxury top-floor rooms

The location is perfect, just 2–3 minutes to the sea, tavernas, shops, bus stops, and even the local aquarium (which we definitely recommend visiting), yet still quiet and peaceful at night

Possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities and the grounds are exquisite and the staff are above and beyond. The restaurant serves some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten.

We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. It's true that the hotel is set into the hillside and for some people this may be an issue, but the buggy service is readily available if needed

) and Elounda about a 40 minute walk - fine during the day, but probably not to be recommended in the dark as pavement missing in places. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Phaea Blue again if we returned to the area

We didn't really use the beach, but there looked to be plenty of sun loungers. The beach is big pebbles so would recommend taking rubber shoes for getting in and out of the water

Think there is a pier too with steps for easier access for swimming. I did note the sunshades are fixed and quite small, but I guess most people wouldn't be bothered by this

He always made a point to come talk to us and was very kind. I will also mention that my boyfriend was sick overnight and they offered to make him soup and checked in with him throughout the day which really meant a lot

I have so many wonderful things to say but I will start with the bartender Michael. He is extremely skilled at making drinks that are both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. He has a clear passion for what he does

First I would like to recognize the staff members that stood out and made our vacation enjoyable. Kalliope (front desk ), Michalis (bartender), Mr Theo (maitre) , Vaso (server) and the household staff

He always engaged in conversation and was happy to explain different drinks to me and I really enjoyed the rapport we had. Also Kalliopi the receptionist is extremely friendly and approachable

She was extremely helpful in coordinating transportation for us and I really enjoyed talking to her. Finally, Theodoris the maître d’ was very warm and hospitable

The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, the room was spacious and the housekeepers did a very good job keeping our room clean throughout the week

It's the second time that I visit this hotel and I love it. The hotel is near to center of Hania and it has private beach with sunbeds. The view was fantastic and the food delicious. The rooms was big and very clean

Amazing view, very nice place! The Hotel has everything for a perfect holiday. Beach access is convenient and staff are wonderful, especially in Italian restaurant. Carbonara was perfect! The rooms are cozy and well kept

Gaini is the best place to relax .Our room is very clean .The Waterpark is very beautifull and our kids sped a lot of time there .The food was delicious and it has a little of facilities for us.

During our recent stay in Crete, we experienced three distinct hotels, including two five-star establishments and one four-star, the Orpheas Resort

The pools are a bit strange, because they look good, but they are not really functional and not good for swimming. Good bread and some choice, but nothing special. Unfortunately horrible coffee

We stayed here for 4 nights, and very much liked it. We had booked two rooms in the standard categorie (towards the road, which is quite noisy), and were upgraded to rooms with garden view, which was very nice

The swimming pool in October was cooler than the sea, yet well exposed, the sun overlooks the hotel terrace all day long

Bonus perks: - Compact gym on-site - Car rentals (available at the hotel or nearby) - Bike rentals - Direct bus to Chania every 30 minutes (runs until late evening) If you're heading to Crete, this hotel is a fantastic pick for your stay on this stunning Greek island 😎

If you are looking for relaxation, rejuvenation, a clean and quiet environment and above all very, very kind people, this is the ideal place. They treated us like family, and we can't wait to go back next summer.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service for that booking price rate. Definitely we're recommending and aim next season trip to the Castro Beach Hotel

The reception girls were absolute stars!A huge thanks to them for making our stay so comfortable. The whole staff was lovely—always smiling, greeting everyone, and checking in on us 🫶

As regards food, we tended to have dinner out (it’s only a 5 minute taxi ride to the old town and there’s a rank about 20m from the hotel) but the pool bar was good for lunches and the buffet breakfasts in the restaurant were excellent

There’s also a water sports kiosk only 20m away, for parasailing, jet skis etc. The hotel has a nice pool (although a bit fresh!) and the week we were there, there was never any trouble in getting loungers

The best thing for us was the split level family room - twin beds and a shower room downstairs (plus balcony), with a king size and bathroom upstairs, both with a sea view

All the staff were really lovely and helpful, particularly whenever we needed anything. Just to mention some, the names which especially come to mind are Eygenia, Babis, Katerina, Spiros, Stergios and Popi

Our balcony door was really hard to close properly, the shower head holder was broken (they fixed that really quickly) and our room had started to show some wear, but all in all it was a pleasant st

It’s great that the washing machine is free to use, just like the billiard table, sauna, jacuzzi, and parking around the hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast, and you can also request a kettle and ironing board for your room

We had a fantastic stay at Georgioupolis Beach Hotel and would happily return. We visited as a family on a half-board basis, and the food was a real highlight of our trip

There’s everything you could want for a completely relaxing stay and even access to washing machines, we’ll pack lighter next time! The kids loved the pool, the pool table, the older one used the gym several times, the beach is only steps away and all the views are gorgeous

You can tell how much pride everyone takes in creating such a special atmosphere. The pool area is stunning, the spa is absolutely beautiful, and every detail feels five-star

The hotel is right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of local restaurants and bars. It’s also only about a 7-minute drive to Lake Kournas, which is well worth a visit

But otherwise, the common pool was nice, deck chairs were available around the pool (some were a bit broken but still usable), the distance to beach was great with free deck chairs available for hotel guests which was wonderful

The room was cleaned daily with towels changed every 3 days which was great. But there was no option to hang on the door "Do not disturb"/"Do not clean today" sign if we wished

The deckchairs were not cleaned for a long time - a lot of webs and dirt which we had to clean manually. But the pool was cleaned out of bugs each morning

Firstly, as other reviews state, yes it is a mainly French hotel but they animation team were very inclusive and the guests were all friendly and how hard is it for us English to say bonjour with a smile? The hotel is superb, we didn't pay tourist tax and the safe in the room was included

The hotel had great food, but after 3 days it got a bit repetitive, but the quality was decent. I would prefer bigger seafood selection though. There was a barbecue for dinner, which offered an alternative

The all-inclusive stay included alcoholic drinks and cocktails at the bar, the menu did not include any classic options and the quality was also a bit lacking. However, the staff was helpful and friendly

Sunbeds were the most comfortable ones I have encountered and lying on the ones by the sea was absolute bliss

the room was beautiful beds were comfortable. The staff were very attentive an always happy to help. Everything was immaculately clean

The decor was quirky but in a really good way I loved it so much we have now used it to inspire our newly decorated bedroom

Also when discussing with one of the Reps to see if they could help with return he had a conversation about me with a member of hotel management in German - how rude & not acceptable (I did understand some of what was said) The rooms were spacious but must have been designed by a man as certainly not enough places to put clothes & hang dresses - will add photos just not well thought out for 2 week...

A absolute special mention for the food! Everything was amazing every single night was something different an all was fresh an the quality was top notch. I couldnt recommend this place enough!
