Rethymno Hills is a wonderful hotel that offers peace, comfort, and excellent hospitality. The rooms are spotless and beautifully designed, while the staff is friendly and attentive. Its location combines relaxation with easy access to the city, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation in Rethymno!

Good and clean rooms. Small kitchen in the room convenient when making breakfast or to bake a pizza. The mattress could be a bit more comfortable. The location is great (20 minute walk to the fort/center) and the staff is very kind and friendly!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I Recommend to have a car when staying at this hotel, walking distance to old center is around 30 mins.

The bad: Kitchen was extremely basic: cutlery and dishes to the minimum. Fridge was tiny and freezer hardly worked (24hrs to have half-frozen ice cubes). We wanted a place were we could cook, and there is was not very appropriate for that.
Location is far from Old Town (around 30-40min on foot) and the worse are the hills to climb if you don't have a car.
We choose the place because close to Koumbes Beach, but the beach was very dirty and bad (not like in photos) so we didn't go there. That meant location for us was very bad because we had to go to the beach at the other side of town (50min on foot).

The good: The views were fantastic. The decoration and themes of the rooms are great. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. All looked clean and renovated.

Advice: If you plan to cook, have groceries in the fridge or traveling without a car, look elsewhere.

I made a mistake while booking and they where very helpfull and polite even let me change room, great view a little far from the center but also away from the noise. Our experience was 10/10 i would recomend anyone who is going to rethymno should at least consider this hotel.

Very nice place. Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms, swimming pool. And rooms equipped with everything you need. Calm and quiet, not far from the center, strongly recommended.
