On arrival we were shown to our room which was not the sea front suite that we had paid for!! On complaining we were told that it would be ready the next day which of course was totally unacceptable. We had to insist on speaking to the Manager who was hiding in his office behind reception and would have heard our conversation with the receptionist. Where do I start. We arrived early hours of the morning. It was our honeymoon and when we got to the room they had decorated the door with a bow champagne and a love heart cake which was lovely. Rooms was always clean. Food was amazing always something to eat. Andreas the bar man is fantastic always welcoming in fairness all the staff are but he stood out from the rest. This was our 2nd visit and we were welcomed like family ,everything was beyond expectation ,amazing accomodation, staff who more than go the extra mile ,food is outstanding, choice was fabulous , absolutely nothing to fault .we are about to book again for next year

A bit late in posting this review, we visited the hotel in May, for 14 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was lovely, fantastic view , the bar staff were always friendly whether down at the pool bar , or in the main bar in the evening (Kostas) . Fantastic adult only hotel, the staff were amazing from welcoming us to the resort to leaving the bar staff made sure we were looked after..even going the extra mile to go to their sister hotel before work to ensure I had my favourite drink in to last for the delivery. After a 3.5 hour bus ride from the airport arriving late pm, the last drop, we were so looking forward to getting to the hotel. Lovely hotel, really well positioned for the beach and tavernas. Breakfast good choice. Nice hotel with a 24h reception. The breakfast as well as the dinner are pretty good but you have to know that no drinks are included at the dinner. The rooms aren’t huge but fair enough for the price (with aircon). The main pool ist very crowed but with a nice view. The pool bar is okay but you must wait pretty long. The next village is just a 5 minutes walk away with nice restaurants and shops.

The hotel is great. The furnishings are modern and very clean. There are loungers available for each room on the beach. The two restaurants are well run and the food is delicious and varied. Sometimes the beach bar right next door is a bit annoying. But no problem. The staff is super friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Cretan Sea was absolutely stunning, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The pools were beautiful and refreshing, a perfect way to relax. We had dinner at the bar on two nights and truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The location was also ideal—very close to Chania Airport and just a short trip to the Old Harbor Town. Room was very clean and spacious. The facilities are modern and the pool overlooking the sea is amazing with stunning views. The hotel is a little out of town which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle but does require a taxi or a short walk from the end of the bus line. We would stay here again.

Peaceful place. We had one of the nicer Hilltop places with it's own plunge pool and it was gorgeous with a fantastic seaview. Having said that, all the rooms looked nice. The hotel is very nice and recommendable, not too big and a well-kept complex. The service is great, Maria Brazil and her colleagues are very friendly. A few minutes walk to the beach and the pool is fantastic too. Clearly recommended! 😊

Nice room with balcony. Everything is modern in the room. Breakfast is good, but could be crowded and at these moments serving dishes are empty. Not enough staff to serve, clean, and prepare tables. We were there at the end of the season. Cannot imagine how they are operating in the season. Beach is nice but the water is shallow and you need to walk for a good 5 min to be able to go deep in the water...
