The stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The food is healthy and tasty. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Massages are also offered. The soft drinks were so poor quality and the lager dreadful. Having no wi fi in the rooms challenges it's 4 star rating as does paying to play pool. However, at this time of year it's great for pool access and room to sit and,eat. Overall...

Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were so friendly, resort was beautiful and very close to the beach. Food was good too. We were blessed with beautiful weather to which helped. I would come back again for sure.

The complex is beautiful and the room was clean and tidy. The staff are polite and extremely helpful. A vast selection of food is available and it's delicious, the food was the best I've had in a long while. All in all, I cannot find anything negative to say about this place. We'll definitely be coming back.

The massage was good and the pressure was just as I expected. Emma the therapist was lovely. I only wish they could play some calming music in the background and explain how their shower works.

Excellent quality hotel with a large and beautiful swimming pool, very comfortable rooms and professional and attentive staff. A true 5* hotel, a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Heraklion. This is not our first stay and we are never disappointed. The price-quality ratio is absolutely correct.

we could not find a hotel in the southern crete, and luckly it is only one hour drive back to heraklion. this is the best hotel we could find in the souther area of keraklion.

We were seven people in our group. We had an amazing stay over here very recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though rooms are a bit small for our liking, they’re very nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. All the amenities one needs are provided.

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. It would be nice if they would change it up with different options...

The staff was very friendly and the yoga teacher was excellent. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. We were disappointed in the private outdoor hot tub because it really wasn't private. Also, the shower in our room only had a 1/2 wall enclosure so the floor was very wet when we used the shower. Overall, it was a nice stay but we would not return.

The hotel itself was spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was super nice as well as the beach and the breakfast was good. My only complain is we had a jacuzzi in the room but it never really got hot enough to enjoy every day.
