The hotel is perfectly pleaaant but lacks the nuanced touches of a genuine 5 star. Some ameneties such as the playground and playarea are tired but the food in the restaurants is hearty and satisfying. Our room with a pool was lovely for a family of three and modern.

Amazing, very family friendly resort, sparkling clean, very friendly staff, amazing food, mini club, animation team-all was great. Rooms of a great size, special thanks to our cleaner. We’ve stayed with own pool and it was of a great size, very private, we could relax by the pool while our baby slept inside.

A bit noisy from a nearby hotel complex with entertainments in the evening but did not spoil things. A wonderful break at the Orpheus resort. Staff were outstanding and made us really welcome. The location is perfect and right next to the beach. We had a room with its own outdoor jacuzzi which was very relaxing. I booked a massage in the spa and this was excellent. Konstantinos and Efstathia were very good at recommending the best treatment and the massage was blissfully relaxing

I had a great time at Orpheas, the food has been excellent, the staff have been lovely and the weather was perfect. I also had a massage at aegeo spas on site from konstansinos and it was excellent. I would definitely recommended the massage and the hotel.

Spa Team - Stella Fustathia I had a lovely 1 hour 15 minute Cretan Massage and Foot Massage with Stella. It was so lovely and relaxing. Stella was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Made us all very welcome. Breakfast was second to none and definitely 5 star..bedrooms well equipped and spotless excellent shower and comfy beds. Also we were allocated 2 very quite rooms with side sea view. Provided travel cot and all bedding for infant. Plus tea and coffee in a daily basis to use in our rooms

Lovely experience from the hotel. clean bedrooms- with towels and daily cleaning to high standards Perfect beachside location, the private beach is delivery to a bed for drinks and snacks. The lady doing this was lovely!!! The concierge could not do enough she deserves a pay rise, whilst bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back.

perfect location for a holiday - Uli was a credit to the company. Friendly staff nice rooms and entertainment every night. Cleaners were lovely and did a great job, bar staff were all superb.
