I recently stayed at the sister property, Domes Aulus Zante, and I have to say that the staff, location, and service exceeded all expectations here too. Definately you should visit.

All staff were first class, Stefanos the Restaurant Manager was five star and personable in attendance to us and it was a joy to chat with him. The pools are all amazing and accessible beach made the stay enjoyable.

Fantastic Holiday from start to finish the most amazing experience, service beyond expectation. Breakfast was varied and very nice every day. Dinners were also especially nice. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is near all the local amenities. There is a supermarket around the corner which I believe is open until late. Many beach side restaurants. Our stay at Insula Alba Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful - the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and truly perfect for a peaceful vacation. The spa experience was exceptional: Dimitris and Emma were both professional, kind, and gave us one of the best treatments we’ve ever had. It’s a pretty decent resort, but the overall feel is more tailored towards families with kids and less for romantic couples. Would recommend for families but couples seeking for a romantic time might want to look elsewhere.

The hotel is perfectly pleaaant but lacks the nuanced touches of a genuine 5 star. Some ameneties such as the playground and playarea are tired but the food in the restaurants is hearty and satisfying. Our room with a pool was lovely for a family of three and modern.

Great room overlooking the beach, breakfast was very good, pool area was nice, Sparkling Spa was great. We arrived very late and went to the sister property where we waited half an hour only to learn we were at the wrong place - so be cautious as they have three adjacent properties. Loved the kid-free existence.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Our sons shared a room in which the air conditioning was ineffective and it was very b hot. Altho we mentioned it to the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation.
