Seldom to leave a comment, but my stay was Superb at the Storm hotel!

Firstly - The hotel is located right next to the major bus stop #12 where many tours pick up/drop off there, it’s such a convenient location.
Secondly - Very clean, warm and spacious hotel room, with very helpful staff members. In fact, I left my item at the hotel after checking out and only realized it after a few days. I reached out to them and got a swift reply (Thanks!)
Thirdly - breakfast was amazing as well.
Very satisfied about my stay.

Stayed for 4 days this month. The rooms are spotless and beds so comfortable. Hotel staff are amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble, and help us out with the best trip deals. Location is perfect with the 12 bus stop right outside the hotel. Less than a minute walk to the harbour and the high street. Highly recommend this hotel

Storm Hotel by Keahotels – 4/5 Stars

A good and comfortable hotel that could easily be a 5-star stay with just a small improvement—adding a fridge in the room would make a big difference. The room was clean, the bed was good, and overall comfort was solid.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and a big positive surprise was the breakfast, which was really good and better than expected.

One small personal note: all the staff were non-Icelandic, so as an Icelander I had to speak English during my stay. Not a big issue, but it would be lovely to hear your friendly staff try a bit of Icelandic too 😊

Overall, a very good hotel in a great location, and I would definitely stay again. With a fridge in the room, it would be perfect.

Decent but basic hotel.

Okay location about 15/20 walk from everything you want. Rooms are basic but clean.
No fridge in room or safe.

Staff are nice, cleaning staff are great.

Not enough room at breakfast for the amount of guests which was a struggle most mornings to find a table.

Breakfast is okay just basic continental.

Like a premier inn, just a basic hotel.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Storm in Reykjavik. The front desk staff was exceptional with great advice about where to go eat and things to do. They even told my 8-year-old all about the Christmas elves and Icelandic lore! They were so friendly and kind.

I found the room to be reasonable, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was fab. We left for each day well fed and ready for the day. The hotel also offered parking which was very convenient because we had an SUV during our time in Reykjavik.

The other thing I loved about Hotel Storm was that it was conveniently located. It was easy for us to walk down to a food court about two blocks away. (Side note: we loved the pizza here!).

We were also able to easily walk to Hallgrímskirkja church where we went up to the bell tower where there were gorgeous 360 views of Reykjavik. From there we were able to walk down to Rainbow Road and all around the downtown area where we ate and shopped. Then it was an easy walk back to Hotel Storm.

We would absolutely stay at Hotel Storm when visiting Reykjavik again. Thank you for an outstanding time.

Very clean hotel and friendly helpful staff. Would have liked breakfast to have opened at 6am instead of 7am.

Hotels are pricey anywhere in reykjavik, but the convenient # 12 bus stop across makes up for it

In front of the hotel is Bus Station No. 12, which is the departure and gathering point for tour groups. There is also an airport bus stop, which is very convenient.
There is a handsome guy at the front desk who can understand Chinese, which made our check-in smooth and smooth. He helped us book a bus to the airport and packed breakfast for the next day, which was thoughtful. The attitude is gentle and professional, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude here.
The room is clean and simple, without any extra things. The breakfast is of good quality, replenished in time, and the ingredients are very fresh.
The washbasin is very small, and the bed and quilt are clean and relatively small.

Hotel provides free parking. Breakfast spread was good. Location was good too. Will stay again.

Fast, alot of different burgers to choose from. A "hip" place, nice atmosphere.

I had the BBQ burger with sweet potato fries and Japanese chili mayo. I especially liked the brioche bun, it was fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside. The mayo went really well with the sweet potato fries as it complimented the sweetness nicely.
