Thank you for your hospitality. The building is old, but it is well-maintained and clean.

Friendly elderly couple that run the place and kudos to the awesome hospitality.
It would be nice if the hotel signboard is clearer at the point of entry from the main road,, missed the entrance a few times.

The interior of the B&B smells of cypress, and the B&B is well maintained. The Japanese-style breakfast is delicious with Western food. You can still hear the collision sound next door, but some hotels can also hear the sound from next door, which is acceptable to us.

It is very convenient to go skiing, and the surrounding area is convenient for eating.

The environment is great. The balcony overlooks the mountains. The food is good and fresh. The hot spring is nice and empty. The service is good. The curtains are too transparent and it is very bright in the early morning.

The good thing is that the hot spring water, especially the open-air bath, was smooth and the quality was better than I expected. Also, although there were no special dishes for both dinner and breakfast, they were all delicious and I enjoyed them all. The other issue was that the walls separating the rooms were thin, and I could hear the music from the next room, making it difficult to sleep. Also, although the open-air bath closed at 24:00, the quality of the spring water was so pleasant that I wanted to take a bath in the morning. The late breakfast start time of 7:30 was also a bit inconvenient for hiking. However, overall, the host (husband and wife?) have worked hard to maintain a high value for money, and we can recommend it.

Fantastic location close to the Happo bus terminal, the hosts are wonderingly and kind, breakfast is included and was delicious (and dinner can be ordered the day before for 2500 yen - helpful when restaurants around Hakuba are at capacity). Our room was very big for the two of us and really cosy and insulated.

Immaculately clean and incredibly hospitable. The owner was so, so friendly and considerate (of course I have found Japanese people to be quite hospitable so far).
While the lobby and restaurant are nice and have traditional Japanese decor, the rooms are somewhat simple. It's possible the place was built for the Olympics because the rooms are more efficient than lavish.
