Noise insulation is zero. You can hear everything. The flood of climbing the steps, the sounds of conversations. Cleaning of empty rooms begins at 5 o'clock, collecting garbage and bottles. They make noise and don't think about their customers. The showers and floors are poorly cleaned. Thank God at least the linen is clean... not worth 12 thousand.

Convenient location, next to Mega, the room was fresh, the linen was clean, the shower was cleaned without any hair like in other hotels where I have been. I recommend

I liked it very much, it was very clean, there were no smells, compared to others, I will definitely stay here again, it’s warm, there is coffee and tea for free, the area is generally convenient on Navoi Street, everything is nearby. I give it a high rating.

It’s always very clean, many other hotels are really dirty, but here it’s clean, well done maids, I’ve been here many times and it’s not smoky at all, I don’t smoke myself, so it’s very important to me that it’s not smoky, I don’t know why people write, it’s a great, cozy hotel, in a great area at reasonable prices, the staff is responsive and friendly, a wonderful place for a wonderful time. The rooms are warm. There is tea, coffee for free, cookies always. It’s very convenient in the morning, you don’t have to run anywhere for coffee. I recommend it.

The building is smoky through and through. It seems that even the walls smell of cigarette stink. True, the bed is washed and dried. There is hot water. The people working there are kind, but the hotel itself, of course..... We escaped after 5 hours. They couldn't stay any longer. If it weren't for the kind staff, no one would probably visit this place.

The room was smoky and there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke. The shower in the room was broken, the shower handle and water just flowed from the hose. Maybe other rooms are better, but we were apparently unlucky. There was a TV, it worked, there was an air conditioner, but there was no remote control for it
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Hot water is always available. Air conditioner, refrigerator and TV. Fresh towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste in each room. And, most importantly, it is always quiet. That is, there are no inadequate visitors.
