Good value, location, and friendly front desk staff.
However...the soundproofing is so bad that the noise from the next room that started at 10pm was really...(** *** ***** or something like that, bed **** sound...** screaming..) Even with earphones on, the noise was so loud that the walls shook, so I ended up going out on a snowy night and wandering around the streets, but it was still...
I woke up after sleeping with earphones on all night..No, why didn't I sleep..Chatting all night...In the end, the ** sound continued again at dawn..
Doesn't you even think about the next room? When I went out to the hallway, I could hear ** screaming in the hallway..It was so annoying that I thought I would die...
In the end, the flight time was 4pm, but I checked out in the morning after checking in. It was a sad story...
It was the worst night among the hotels I've stayed at while traveling to many countries...
It's not the hotel's fault, but...
1. Rooms are not good
2. Service not good, if we request they will do as a favour.
3. Water bottles are 300 ml/person/day. If requested, they will again do a favour. So generous..
4. They will try to find reasons not to return the security deposit.
5. Wooden box to go up and down, may be they call it as elivator i believe.
7. Etc
Overall experience is worst. Thanks to Iris, Almaty.
I do not recommend staying there, as they track down mistakes to collect fees, so be careful.
Also, the room is not cleaned daily, but they only provide water and tea.
Of course, I will not return to it again, and I do not recommend booking there.
