Fergus Club Mallorca Waterpark in Magaluf

These apartments are absolutely appalling. Mould on the ceilings & walls, rusty radiators, broken furniture, cracked tiles. The place was filthy with hair all over the place which certainly was not ours. I complained to reception and we were moved to a refurbished room. Whilst the room had a fresh coat of paint and a new bathroom. The cleaning standards were still in question. The floor was filthy again with hair around the place that wasn’t ours and there was snot stuck to the tiles in the bathroom. The towels provide were washed out grey in colour instead of white. Not soft, I would use better at home cleaning my floors. If you are looking for clean and comfort this is not the place. You’ll find better at a holiday camp.

They cheated us out of money - the deposit, which should have been returned to us upon departure! They should have given us a signed receipt that was needed at return but we didn't get anything! I asked the old lady if she gave us everything we needed to check-in and she said yes with a big smile! We knew that we have to pay a deposit of €30 for each person in cash, so we went to withdraw money at the ATM upon arrival! They will convince you that you are all wrong and you didn't give them anything! Horrible attitude!
I really regret that I didn’t ask for the camera footage.

If you don't plan to spend your vacation partying - all day and all night, definitely don't come here! Guests (mostly "children" 20-25) will not let you sleep from the first day until your last day! Even if you kindly ask them to lower the volume of their music or to stop shouting and banging on all the things and doors, and I'm not talking about what they were doing in the corridors! Silent hours mean nothing to them!

The apartments looked prettier in the photos than in reality, for that price I expected much much more. I'm not even talking about how we got used towels with makeup on them instead of clean ones! We specifically asked them to have rooms close to each other (we were group of family members - no kids), it was possible to choose, however they were on the same floor but far from each other.

I wanted to give max of 3 stars because of a good variety of food and gym and maybe pools, but after this deposit lost because of their fault I totally lost my patience!!

Rooms do not match description and aren't clean.
When we first got here the women was so rude and she tried to make us pay more money due to the Spanish laws changing. We were not notified by this and lucky did not have to pay.
Couldn’t get water throughout day had to have a token for cup and if u lost it or it got taken for any reason you have to pay 1 euro.
Definitely not worth the money and do not pay all inclusive because it really isn’t.
Over all false advertisement.

Apartments very basic, staff friendly, but do not expect to get any sleep at night, it is very very noisy with screaming shouting and banging of doors, security is there but no one controls the noise levels, they are very strict around the pool area which is great but they need to look at the noise levels and behavior from others.

Stayed in September 2019. The room was clean. The food was good. However the cleaning staff do not take no for an answer, so if you want a chilled day in your room with no interruptions.....its not going to happen. They force you to get out. Also on the bed was a sheet. No blankets or extra sheets, and although it was warm through the day it was freezing on a night. They definitely need to provide blankets. The bar in the apartments was also charging for food and drinks which is a total rip off when your paying for all inclusive. Not a long walk to the inclusive hotel but still not good. Wouldn't stay again.

I was very disappointed with my stay at BH apartments, me and my 2 friends flew out on the 11th of July, when we arrived we were spoke to very rudely off the older women on the front desk, and told to pay €47 up front each as a deposit on the room, although that’s normal we were not informed before arrival and at check out we only got €30 back, because we were taxed on it ? When we eventually got into our room, it was lovely and very clean and a nice pool view off of the balcony. We paid for all inclusive because we thought we would be saving money due to being told there was events and pool party’s available during the week but nothing happened and the pool closed at 7pm every night, and were offered a different theme off food every night and unlimited alcohol till 8/9pm. The food was definitely not a different theme every day, breakfast was the same everyday and looked like some of the left overs from the dinner before and the same with lunch, with some times a mix up with different types of chicken, the dinners were very basic too, chips and chicken nuggets. The alcohol was hurrendous as all day there was only ONE bar staff on and the lines were out the door, the drinks were undrinkable and so watered down and not worth waiting 25 minutes in a line to be told one drink at a time, the whole week we stayed there we had one drink each, we just went to the shop across the road and took it to our room ! The pool was lovely and very clean other than in the corners, loads of build up of what looked like sick just sitting. I would not return to the BH apartment, such a waste of money.
