My mom, aunt, and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it felt overpriced. I expected something more upscale for the cost. It was fine overall, just not as nice as I thought it would be.

Clean and tidy. Lifts to level 1 and 2 but not to pool area or rooftop so perhaps not for people who struggle with stairs but other than that a lovely boutique hotel for a short break.

Friendly helpful staff. The accomodation is comfortable and very clean. Situated at the heart of El Puerto de Santa Maria within easy reach of all sites of interest, shops, bars and restaurants. The Chaikana has been a great find, so much so that we returned for a second stay.

Perfectly situated in the city center, this hotel offers a lot of value for the money. The building is somewhat old (and the elevator is really slow) but it's very well maintained, the room was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice, clean, and situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada’s old town. Being steps away from everything made the stay incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s a great choice if you want a spotless spot in a prime, central neighborhood.

The location is very perfect, everything is here. The service is good, but the amenities should be improved. Overall, I still recommend staying here if u travel in Granada. Tips: Abraham is a must. Right in the middle of everything. The rings are clean large and probably the best value for the buck in Granada. Highly recommend. There's not not a lot of amenities but it's a clean night for you with ok breakfast buffet for the price you can't beat it

This hotel is really good, safe, and clean, with excellent service. I'd definitely recommend it. The old-fashioned elevator is quite charming, which I liked. It would be even better if the price were a bit lower.

The air conditioner wasn't heating well, and the staff couldn't help either, but luckily we got extra blankets. The TV requires a Samsung membership to access, and even though I'm a Samsung member, I still can't watch anything.

Good location Location was in the heart of all the restaurants and close to sightseeing places. We were there on a weekend and found it noisy as our room faced the Main Street. But the beds were good, staff was helpful, so an overall good experience. If you have a car, there is no way to easily get to the hotel and no parking.

I have been going to see family here for almost 20 years, a few times a year. Food is always good... cheap, menu of the day has a good variety. The staff are like family and very friendly. Didn't stay at the hotel... justbused the restaurant facilities and the pool bar, and cave bar.

Nice Hotel near Ronda. We got half pension (breakfast -should be more than a toast- and Dinner). Very clean, single apartments, a lot of space for parking. PERFECT place to stay in Cadiz. Rooms are basic but very clean, only steps away from the Cathedral. Staff are very nice and helpful. The only con is it’s in the walking zone so you cannot take a taxi directly to the hotel, so it would be annoying if you have too many luggages. The air conditioner didn't work. We were so tired, so we just opened the windows, but then was kept awake by the loud groups of people leaving bars or washing streets until 1:30 am. The courtyard couldn't be enjoyed because of the rain. The location to the main town square was perfect. The bed was comfortable and showerr was excellent.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and gave excellent explanations, even marking tourist spots on a map for us. Horse-drawn carriages pass by on the road in front of the hotel, and unfortunately, there was horse manure on the road, which made it a bit inconvenient when dragging our luggage.
