Everything was perfect, a very central location and everything was clean and tidy.

The hotel is very centrally located, although the facilities leave much to be desired. Our room's window overlooked an interior courtyard, and half of it was blocked by a wall. Quite appalling. The best thing about it: the location.

I really liked the place, but I'm my room there was a bad odor from the bathroom pipes, I will tell management. The other slight negative is due to the open design, when the cleaners do their daily cleaning it is not possible to sleep anymore. Maybe that's a good thing, it's a wonderful city.

This hotel was clean and quiet with comfortable rooms. The gentleman at the front desk seemed quite friendly and you could pay with cash or card. We enjoyed our stay here as it was perfectly suitable for what we needed.

We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.

Good hotel to take some rest with some nice old-fashioned and functional features in the room, such as a mini fridge with small bottles of water, proper glass cups and a bench to put your bags. Spa with Finnish sauna, unfortunately not available to book together with the room and a fee for whole Spa "circuit" was a bit too high.

Two things can be highly recommended here: the full blast of AC, which, unlike in other provincial Spanish towns, is completely in the guest’s control, and the cleanliness of the rooms, with a very efficient cleaning staff. We used this hotel for an overnight stop on our way from Zaragoza to Almeria airport (picking someone up). Did not arrive till gone 9pm, but restaurant still open, had a great meal and some well deserved beers. Great find, very welcoming staff, everything in the room you would need and a great shower. Check in was with the sister hotel across the road. My main gripe was that the bathroom door wouldn't shut, due to the carpet/tile connector thing. It would never have shut. Goodness knows why this isnt a known problem. The reason for shuttingbthe door was to keep the street noise out.

In many ways, the hotel is a three star one, but the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff are worth more than 3 stars. You can see it's a 3-star hotel in that for example the room didn't have that many amenities and the soundproofing wasn't the best. Loved the room deco - exactly the Andalusia vibe we were looking for. The location is good too except when the soccer fans decided to party overnight at the plaza. Even with ear plugs, I could hardly sleep. I wished the housekeeping would be a bit more diligent in cleaning especially the toilet and changing the used cups.

Really nice! It’s worth getting the upgrade to superior room. The standard rooms are small and the small window gives to the interior patio so little light . We upgraded to superior for only 20 euros p night and it’s really worth it! Bigger room and big window to the square .

This is a comfortable hotel in an excellent location for exploring all areas of Seville.

The hotel has beautiful Moorish interiors, and the room was basic but comfortable. It is also in an excellent location. The two issues were the shower system, which uses one knob for both pressure and temperature so you only get hot water at high force, and the bathroom faucet, from which I could not get any hot water at all. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

It's an OK hotel. It's not amazing, but it does the job. If you want a clean, cozy, well placed hotel this will do. We booked late and this was one of the cheapest on booking with good reviews and proper location. Located in the centre of Granada, this is a quaint hotel full of character. It is close to many sites and nice restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was more than adequate. If you are going to the Alhambra, catch the bus up the (steep) hill to get there from the bus stop close by the hotel.
