Very centrally located, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities are good, as expected for the hotel's category. In my room, there was no street noise, even though it was right in the city center, but you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Excellent value for money, I would stay again.

The hotel has a great location in the city center, about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and royal chapel. It's very clean every day and quiet at night. There's a common area on the first floor with a kettle and microwave. There's a coffee shop on the sixth floor offering à la carte breakfast, but I didn't try it.

This was OK but not great. Room (108) was very dark and we found it quite noisy. We were disappointed not to have the facility to make a hot drink in our room. However, it was OK for a couple of nights.

We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the Alhambra complex and truly we needed less than 5 minutes to walk to Generalife (the main ticket pavilion). At 8:30am we had the Jardin all to ourselves. The hotel is right across from the Alhambra, and the window looked over a small part of the grounds. This added a restful aspect to the room. However, as a result of its location, hotel wasn't that close to other sites, so we had to take taxis or buses to them.

It was nice, clean, and situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada’s old town. Being steps away from everything made the stay incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s a great choice if you want a spotless spot in a prime, central neighborhood.

The location is very perfect, everything is here. The service is good, but the amenities should be improved. Overall, I still recommend staying here if u travel in Granada. Tips: Abraham is a must. The hotel holiday house, the check-in hall and the holiday house are a little far. The room facilities are a little old, but they are all complete. It is very suitable for a long-term seaside vacation, and the kitchen equipment is very complete.

Wonderful place! The room was very spacious with an amazing sea view. The hotel has a gym, a buffet-style dining area, a swimming pool, and many other facilities, as well as a large parking lot. The only downside — funny as it may sound — is that there was no toilet brush in the room.

Spent 6 weeks here over Christmas and New year hotel was great value and I fantastic location near beach,public transport and plenty bars and restaurants on doorstep. Our rooms were very large, with massive old windows with wood shutters and second window. Great location at corner of a pedestrian street and cobblestone street, close to everything. The rustic charm of this place and friendly staff would normally make this a better score but the property has paper thin walls, is in a noisy area (partly because of construction work) and the bathroom did have slight sewage odour despite the valiant efforts of the housekeeping staff. This was a pretty satisfactory hotel for our trip with friends. The only problem was that there was no elevator for our room upstairs, which was a bit tiring. However, the room was very spacious and even had a bathtub.
