Overall good hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, lovely staff. Could always find something to eat for breakfast and lunch, great breads and salad selection. Son loved snack bar. Having read negative reviews on hot food, we ate out most nights, lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Entertainment staff did a great job. Whilst on the outskirts of resort, bus and trains nearby and lovely walk along...
We recently stayed at Globales Gardenia and overall had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to the surrounding area, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were a real highlight, consistently friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful. They even went out of their way to recommend alternative places to eat locally, which we really...
Was a bit worried about this hotel but pleasantly Suprised, was concerned as it states the outdoor pool doesn’t open until May 1st but it was open and freezing as they all are. Everyone complaining about there being no hairdryer, fridge or kettle in room, we already knew this so it was no problem with us we brought our own hair dryer. Food there was plenty of variety always bare in mind if your...
The hotel is in an ideal place, directly opposite the beach. We had a lovely sea view, but apparently all rooms do have sea views. The hotel is clean and well maintained and housekeeping is available daily. Mobility scooters are available to hire. What lets the hotel down is the lack of in room kettle and drinks tray and fridge. When getting up in the morning a hot drink is an absolute necessity....
What a fantastic 5 night stay we had here. We were given a room on the same level as the entertainment room, which was ideal. The bedroom was spacious and very clean and modern. Although there wasn’t a kettle (we knew that when we booked) there was a hairdryer. George and Lola on the entertainment were brilliant and never forgot your name even after meeting you once!! All the staff are lovely. ...
My experience at Hotel Globales Gardenia I was truly impressed by the communication and service, both by e‑mail beforehand and during my stay at the hotel. Everything was smooth, clear, and handled with a warm, professional approach. Upon arrival, I received a very friendly and heartfelt welcome from the reception staff. You immediately feel that genuine hospitality is a top priority here. The hotel...

Welcoming staff, clean room and central location made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Thank you
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. The room was a little small but had everything I needed. The hotel is very conveniently located in the old section. I had a wonderful time.
Everthing was nice, except the noise during nights. The city hall cleans ths streets every night around 3am with some loud machines.
Excellent location, clean, modern rooms, lovely roof terrace & helpful staff.
Pros: location, pool, sundeck, modern decor, comfy bed, staff. Cons: lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, lack of furniture in the room( only one chair), double glazing not sufficient for keeping noise out.
Central location, immaculate, noisy at night The man on night shift was so lovely very helpful. The females on reception not to helpful. Room immaculately clean and left great by housekeeper. Room was so noisy, very disturbed sleep. Asked for a wake up call and reception were happy to provide this for my early flight. Location amazing, 15 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants within 100m.

Easy access with bus, subway. Parking space little bit far but safe. Kind staff.
Really tidy and cozy place to stay in. Friendly staff, but really average breakfast (I would skip that 🙃)
The hotel is the same as I remember, it's why I chose it for my trip. The restaurant is top, super worth the experience. The water is inclined, the tapas are awesome. I forgot to tell my entrecote to be well done, it was a bit raw for me unlike previous visits. Overall a good experience and staff, the receptionist was super friendly, helped me with taxi service. Rooms are comfortable and beds are perfect...
The room was clean, and even during my two-day stay, they even came to clean it midway through. The location is excellent, right in front of Granada's Mendez Núñez Station and next to a supermarket. I booked breakfast, and enjoyed delicious food every morning. However, I was a little disappointed that there were no vegetables. There weren't many amenities. There was liquid soap for the whole body,...
Great value for money, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff.

Clean and tidy place. So snagging g issues but that's normal. Dead as a door nail....told if I want to buy a coffee go Cancelada.......asked if sauna and steamroller working and was told to call back later to check (hint it was not working)...... overall not impressed....2 people allowed in gym and 4 pieces of equipment
Simple, welcoming, and well maintained resort. Tte staff is really nice. The resort is very close to the beach
Good accommodation for a family with excellent grounds
Pools Used main pool as had loungers and tables on a grass area around the pool. Other pools had no chairs around them - only on lawns of occupied houses which prevented use.
Helpful staff, pleasant and v helpful with ideas for restaurants . Apartment clean but needs upgrading my as no washing machine and furniture tiredm
The apartment was lovely however the area we stayed in didn't have much to offer sadly, one shop on the resort and one restaurant, we wouldn't go back The staff were friendly and helpful

Well located for the train stations and close to the old town. Wonderful big, white bath towels.
It’s ok hotel, we stayed for two nights there. The room has a window but it’s looking inside the building so no fresh air. Cheap bed sheets, feels not very comfortable
The location is excellent and close to the train station, markets, restaurants and supermarkets.
The location is really convenient, but it's very noisy with extremely poor soundproofing. People are always talking loudly in the hallway, and the noise of doors being opened and closed is very loud, severely disrupting sleep.
Good breakfast, large rooms, good location
Great cozy hotel, giving you everything you need except a toilet brush in a room 😅 Breakfast is ok but do not expect much. The location is perfect. The only serious downside to me was a zero soundproof door.

Great service from the reception team all staff very friendly behind the bar and at breakfast and the cleaners. The hotel is very modern and clean and I can't believe it's only three star I would not hesitate to stay here again. Perfect location and very comfortable rooms.
We had a nice room that had a very large bathroom area. Our room also had a view of the beach from a side angle. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
Excellent hotel with excellent staff & services located in Old Town Estepona. Close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay at Estepona Plaza.
Nic was on reception - very pleasant and allowed me to check in several hours early. Great hotel close to the beach and in the heart of the Old Town. Excellent value for money - will stay again.
Our second time at the 'Plaza' and we loved it as much as the first. The staff are excellent in every way, the reception, catering, housekeeping are all
The breakfast menu offered a nice variety of options. The room was clean and offered a very nice view overlooking plaza and the city. Clean rooms and easy check in. Great staff and the rooftop terrace is great with very friendly staff.
Great location, excellent staff Location was super - walkable to all and near great cafes, bars, restaurants in vibrant part of city. Service and front desk staff were excellent. The hotel is different as it surrounds a cool outdoor exposed courtyard. Our room was plenty large enough, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. We really liked the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. It has an antique style, reminiscent of a Spanish courtyard, but the room inside has been completely renovated. It was clean and fairly quiet. Stunning hotel , looks like someone's house , not like a big corporation hotel , very quiet , brilliant staff , set amongst lots of bars and resturants , nice to sit in the main square and watch the world pass by . Would highly recommend.
Hotel looks great and location is good. The room that we had was spacious with big beds, slightly outdated though - but still fine.
Lovely traditional property, great sized room and bathroom. Was noisy though and unfortunately the terrace was not in use won an evening when we were there due to the Seville fair being on which was a shame, as we would have used this. Fantastic location. On a famous lane full of nice restaurants. Very convenient to going around to all the interesting view points. Very friendly staff. One bus from airport and one tram to train station. Highly recommended!

A beautiful and clean hotel with all amenities. You can also check in late.
The location is perfect! The room had no ventilation. The bed was a bit hard and no duvet or blanket. The breakfast was ver nice, but not ready on time for opening.
Hotel and rooms were okay but tired, a refresh is needed. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful, breakfast staff didn't check and replace food as needed or clear plates. The cooked breakfast was awful and we wouldn't have considered eating it
Great hotel to explore Málaga, perfect location near to the historic centre but far enough away to be quiet at night. Staff were excellent from checking in to booking taxis, everything we needed was catered for. We booked four twin rooms which were not the biggest but not an issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.
A nice location, a quieter area. A decent breakfast,, a nice bedroom and bathroom and all reasonable price. I think the main difference is the staff are just really good.

We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the Alhambra complex and truly we needed less than 5 minutes to walk to Generalife (the main ticket pavilion). At 8:30am we had the Jardin all to ourselves. old Amenities but good location
Few metres away to entry of Al hambra. Staff really helpful and informative on navigating us within Granada Very lack of power point. Have to charge from toilet and behind tv cabinet. Away from central. Parking at alhambra with additional charge. No tissue inside room. Only toilet tissue. Only suits to those intend to go to alhambra.
* Very friendly & helpful hotel staff * Hotel room was spacious & clean * Very good breakfast * Perfect location in front of the Alhambra, bus stop to the city center at 100m (1.6€ on way, every 10min)
The hotel is right across from the Alhambra, and the window looked over a small part of the grounds. This added a restful aspect to the room. However, as a result of its location, hotel wasn't that close to other sites, so we had to take taxis or buses to them.
It is near the Alhambra. So it is convenient for getting to the Alhambra’s front gate, but not very convenient otherwise. Depending on the time of day, it might be hard to get something to eat in that area. It was easy enough to get a taxi or a bus to take you into town and back, though. The rooms are very clean, only the breakfast wasn't very varied and there was no open buffet option.
The location was close to places we want to visit.
Everything was great, the room was well-equipped and clean. Quiet at night, and the staff were friendly. Great location if you're coming by car, right next to the highway and the city.
The location is good. There is a large shopping mall next to it. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but overall it is good
The price was very good and the bathtub was clean. It took about 30-40 minutes to transfer from Granada Station using a public pass.
The most outstanding thing about the hotel is its affordable price. All services are basically in line with three-star standards. There is basically no road noise in south-facing rooms. There are many free parking spaces outside the gate. Since there are too many restricted areas for vehicles in the city, it is best to take a taxi to the old city. District tour

I love this hotel. It is a smaller, traditional Spanish hotel, but wth everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good wifi. There is a very nice terrace on the roof. There is no electric kettle in the room but one can be found in the small communal area for guest use. Double pane windows is a plus. One block from lovely gardens.

Great location. Good value for money. Clean and comfortable, and great service from the staff. This is the second time I’ve visited. The first time there was a really big problem with the plumbing, they found us other accommodation in a different hotel and couldn’t have been more helpful with a very stressful situation.
It was an Ok experience, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The place was empty but they still don’t let you park inside their village unless you pay 10€ per day. Coffee machine is filtered coffee, but they don’t provide the filters or the coffee, which made us buy it just for one or two cups. Matalascañas was completely empty with restaurants closed. It only opens in summer.
Great place - quiet (in November at least) and close to the beach. Great for family biking. I guess in high season it's getting very crowded but in low season it's a great place to rest.
Clean, super comfortable beds and close to the beach. Staff were friendly and easy check in. Wrist bands for key are great idea. Has a nice pool area too. The only things I would change are the lights in the living room are too bright and the shower leaked. We will definitely stay here again.
Cleanliness of 10. Nice cozy and very good views. Excellent I only stayed one night but I would repeat. It's a shame the weather was bad because I didn't even know it had a pool. Very good price, I went on a Thursday.
