The reception service was excellent, both on the phone, where they were attentive to our needs and fulfilled them with care, and the welcome from reception upon arrival was also very good.
The hotel is just average, a facelift in the decor but it's old. It's not a Meliá by any stretch of the imagination… I've stayed in quite a few, and for work, in many hotel chains.
The photos on the website and...
Clean rooms but the bathroom in room above ours had a leak that cascaded into ours. What stood out was that, despite the late hour of the event, the front desk staff responded quickly, provided an alternate room, and followed up with a complimentary breakfast the following morning.
Everything was amazing, the view was crazy could see the ocean no problem, the food was amazing and tasted fresh!
Fabulous
The stay was excelent, personel, very frindly and alwat attentive. Rooms nice a big
There was no view, no parking but we were able to check in early
Staff was awesome!

What a beautiful place to stay, true value for money too, a lovely room with all you can eat breakfast that's excellent quality, the rooms were clean, well equipped with free toiletries and daily room service, comfortable beds and a lovely hot shower too, all the staff are exceptional (the bar is outstanding 😁).... Already looking for my next stay 5⭐
Amazing!!
Amazing hotel, beautiful, authentique, great food selection and top quality produce, but most of all the STAFF. They were absolutely incredible from the moment we checked in to when we left! This hotel stay was one of the best, big, clean rooms, beautiful food selection, overall, just a great stay. Bonus, it's only 10min walk into Mijas town also!
The people, the place, the environment and all the rest.
Walking distance to all the fun stuff in Mijas. Rooms, especially the bathrooms could use an upgrade.
It was great. The perfect weekend get away. The staff, were cheerful, helpful and hard working. The hotel was busy and yet we would never have known. Perfectly located for walking into town. We will definitely be back.
The hotel environment is very good, with a large terrace, lobby, and great breakfast. I will go there again if I have the chance.

Spacious and clean room.
Breakfast was decent.
There is an underground parking garage (€19 for 24 hours), to be paid at check-in for the entire stay even if you do not park your car on certain days, you still have to pay for the parking.
About a 17-minute walk from the historic city center.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Occidental Granada during thanksgiving break. The rooms are very spacious and come with all amenities like safe, tea/coffee station, comfortable beds. The bathroom was very spacious and even had heater which was a blessing as it was cold during the month of November. The breakfast was extensive and very good. Their staff is wonderful and very helpful. The only downside...
Very clean and nice. Staffs were kind, the breakfast was good. was so convenient to get to the city by walking.
The breakfast was good and there were kinds of restaurant near the hotel. You can choose what you want.
We had a great breakfast experience each morning—delicious food and very nice staff. Our room and the common areas were clean and well maintained. However, the towels need improvement in quality and should be changed daily. We stayed for three nights, from Wednesday, November 12th to Saturday, November 15th.
Unfortunately, the front desk service was the worst part of our stay, especially during the...
We chose this hotel for the location that we were visiting and it had underground parking @ €19 per day. The room was comfortable, spacious and mainly quiet. There was a kettle with teas and coffees. There was a safe in the room but you would need to ask for the key. The parking spaces were okay but depending on the size of your car and how good the person next to you has parked! sights in Cordoba.
We were greeted by very friendly staff and check-in was quick and efficient. We were given a bigger room which was nice and the added bed space was really an increased comfort.
The hotel is a little older and in some areas it starts to show, but is generally very well maintained. The «ramps» you find in some hallways and in your room are a bit odd, but better than steps.

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, great location. It's very convenient that they have their own parking and pool. I loved everything. Thank you, I highly recommend it!
Very short stay. We arrived late and left early.
Great room!
We couldn't enjoy the pool because of the opening hours. It would be good if they extended them.
Hotel is good. It's relatively big and has a nice pool area. Room was quite small and could use a renovation - but overall we had a good experience here.
Excellent hotel well situated to walk to all main attractions. Room was ok, slightly cramped and no tea or coffee in the room.
Great location but very dated. Hairdryer was poor, and air-conditioning was ineffective. We were told the pool would be open, but it wasn't, but it would get a decent amount of sun and shade in the afternoon if it was available to use. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable

Lovely hotel very close to Al Hambra
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful
Beautiful terrace
Nice and quiet area
Lovely for treks up the Al Hambra hill
Can reach the central area by walking down or the buses which charge nominally or get a taxi
We had a very pleasant stay at Porcel Alixares Hotel in Granada. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Alhambra, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is set in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
Just locates nearby the La Alhambra but it takes some time to reach by riding the city bus. The room was spacious unexpectedly as it seemed small from the photo. Yet some of the small ants were found near the sink. Bleaches were used instantly from the housekeeper to solve the problems which reflect good service from the hotel staff. A good choice for guests who aim for going to the La Alhambra
The hotel is located directly opposite the Alhambra, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The room was spacious and even had a terrace. I absolutely loved it! It was clean, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied.
Staying at Hotel Alixares and visiting the Alhambra was absolutely perfect! The main entrance to the attraction is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself doesn't have many parking spaces, but the car park across from the Alhambra is super convenient at 22.9 Euros per day. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, though the facilities show some age. The hotel's decor has the unique charm...
We have just spent 3 days at the Hotel , which is located next to Alhambra and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and quick to respond to requests or queries. The hotel's location is decent; it's not in a prime area, but it's still quite convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and getting around by taxi is easy since there are always cabs available right outside. The room facilities are well-equipped, and the cleanliness is acceptable.
Excellent location, walkable distance to espana plaza and cathedral seville town. Lots of good restaurant nearby. Complimentary water only provided for the first say when check in, but no issue there’s mercadona nearby
Excellent location, extremely good value for money and was able to make full use of the excellent sauna and steam room that is available for guests.
I booked this hotel randomly online, and it turned out to be a chain, which was a pleasant surprise. It's a relatively new hotel with excellent facilities, especially the bathroom, which even has an electric drying rack. You can hang your clothes there after washing, and they'll be dry overnight.

Overall, it's a decent place, not too far from the airport. There's a supermarket nearby within walking distance.
It's very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away, making it convenient for catching a flight the next day. The price is reasonable. There's no airport shuttle service; you'll need to take a taxi yourself.
If you plan to explore the city, I recommend staying in the city center.
It’s a nice hotel ! Location not to bad 15 min drive away to the city !! The a staff are ok !! There was a young man working at reception, that was no help whatsoever , he was about as useful as chocolate firegaurd
ALL ARE FINE EXCEPT HOTEL ROOM AND SWIMMING POOL GOT INSECTS WHICH NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF
The trip during Holy Week was very comfortable and met expectations. Because it is in the suburbs, away from the city's parades and crowds, there are Carrefour and Mercadona next to the hotel. There are also bus tour services, but we didn't sign up. It's very convenient to go to the airport. It only takes 5 minutes by taxi. It is recommended to take the bus or taxi.
The room is OK, close to the airport, far from the city center, far from the highway exit, close to large supermarkets

Went for a couple days with a friend to explore Seville. 15 minute walk to main cathedral and palace so very close. Loved the rooftop pool although could have done with a few extra sun beds at times. Room felt clean and had everything you would need, although air-con wasn't particularly good. Overall, would stay again!
Excellent service from the staff. The hotel is very nice, tastefully decorated, convenient, and comfortable. I will definitely return.
I've never encountered a situation like this before. Because of a minor's mistake in a room, I was charged an extra €230.
And since I couldn't cancel the night, I lost €420 or had to pay an extra €230. There's a reason for this.
The door of the room is very inconvenient to open and close, and the key is difficult to turn. The privacy of the toilet door and the room door is not very good.
The air conditioner in the hotel cannot be used, and it will be cold when sleeping at night. The sound insulation is not very good. If people outside walk or talk, they can be heard clearly in the room. Especially in the middle of the night...
Transportation was good.
The friendly service was decent.
However, I was assigned a room on the first floor.
It was noisy and had no view. It felt like an invasion of privacy.
It felt like staying in a youth hostel.
Recomended. Helpful and friendly stuff.

Fantastic family accommodation with vey friendly staffs and nice self catering facilities.
Almost everything was great except for the handling of the pool towels and especially the fact that we paid €30 for a late check-out (12:00) since we were leaving on a trip on Sunday and wanted to go to bed late to be well-rested. At 10:00, a cleaning lady woke us up, even though she hadn't been instructed to do so. When I called reception, they said they had no record of me having booked that service...
Our stay went very well!
The hotel staff was welcoming and very professional. We received an upgrade to our room, which was very satisfying 🙂.
The Resort's location is excellent if you have a car, as it's located between Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, and Malaga.
But without a car, you risk spending a lot on Ubers, even if the prices aren't too expensive.
The environment and services are very good, but the sound insulation is poor
Good break but you need to be fit and healthy to climb up and down the hills on the resort
Pros:
1- Price
2- Resort is pretty and clean
3- Local to nearby towns, but in the middle of nothing (pro and con)
4- Rooms very clean
5- Laundry in the room
6- Staff was helpful and quick when needed
7- They brought us a mattress topper
8- Parking in winter was easy
9- Perfect if you are a family and want to cook your own meals. Probably better in summer.

Magical hotel with so many different courtyards and underground passageways. Felt like entering a different world. Great location right in the heart of old town Seville and walkable everywhere. Had a treatment at the spa, which was wonderfully relaxing,...
We travelled with two other couples, and definitely had the best room. The allocation of rooms seems to be a little random but, speaking for ourselves, we had no complaints as we were given an upgrade on arrival and had a bedroom with an unexpected adjoining sitting room, and a jet bath. The location was perfect. We could walk to all the sights. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff and room were excellent. Unfortunately pool (closed for season) and rooftop terrace were not open during the day. It was an exceptionally hot week so disappointed these were not an option. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended some amazing restaurants. The food and cocktails at the hotel are also incredible! The hotel is an easy, beautiful walk over the bridge, across the river to all the must see spots and just around the corner from a really delicious Empanada shop! Beautiful hotel
Great location in Triana, easy to access the city. Rooms clean and functional. Main areas of the hotel have a much more upscale feel. Staff although helpful, were at times abrupt. (Pool area and reception.) A smile goes a long way!

Lovely hotel, very close to the main tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. Large and comfortable rooms, great blackout blinds. Lovely lighting and you can connect your music to a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling.
Great location, very clean and the staff were fab.
Only issue is the size of the pool and the maximum capacity of 12 people! Additionally, pool opening hours of 12:30-20:30 seems ridiculous; particularly this time of year in 40°+. Shame we couldn’t use it in the morning.

Plenty of bus stops nearby to get to the main attractions like the Seville Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. Only 20 or so minutes from the airport too. Good spa treatments and breakfast buffet was comprehensive. All in all, a fantastic hotel.
Catalonia Santa Justa Hotel
This hotel was very nice. The staff treated us very well and we felt welcomed. We had dinner two nights in the hotel. Estefania was an excellent host. She is full of vitality and made our visits very pleasant. Our room was nice and comfortable. It felt bright and fresh. The shower was excellent. I would use this hotel again.
Just arrived, more to come. Great location, right it the center of everything you might imagine and close enough to the water ;) Now on to my initial impressions. The staff behind the front desk will make you feel like you are at the Four Seasons....Day One is a 5 Star day.
After 3 more days I am back with a few more comments. The hotel staff is amazing. I inadvertantly lost a personal item...my...
This is a fab hotel. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and a good size. The shower has either rainfall or standard, just pull the handle to switch. I took the breakfast option and the choice was good; cereals, pastries, yoghurts, cold meats, and hot dishes; scrambled eggs spanish tortilla, sausages, bacon. Coffee and orange juice machines (real oranges pressed inside...

The hotel feels very high-end and luxurious. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, featuring a living room and a huge balcony with a lovely sea view. The room layout was also very creative. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The parking is extremely spacious for European standard! The location is slightly away from the old town, about a 10-minute walk, which we appreciated...
This was our 3rd visit to Cadiz, having previously stayed in an apartment and another hotel by the cathedral.
We booked a junior suite with sea view to celebrate my wife's birthday and this Parador didn't disappoint. The suite had perfect views of the sunset which was what we wanted.
The pool area was amazing, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy at a busy time. Breakfast was plentiful.

The location was beautiful being right next to the beach and we had views pointing out to the sea which was lovely. Then rooms were spacious and clean and offered a bath and shower with a full hair dryer (not travel size), towels, robes and a safe.
Check in and check out was easy and smooth and the staff were super friendly and nice.
Breakfast was included in our room and they had a big spread of...
Phenomenal hotel. Rooms are high tech, roomy and well equipped. Pools are amazing. Views from the rooms are phenomenal and patio space was awesome. We used the spa thermal circuit and loved the Nordic spa feel after a long day on the bicycle. Pools look awesome, though we were off season in Nov, so didn’t get to use it. Breakfast was plentiful and typical of the parador chain.
We had an amazing room and the balcony was enormous with a great view. Wish we had more time to really use the pool and such but our stay was too short. Next time.
Great hotel, great location. We booked a superb room with a fantastic view. For the high level and the respective high price we find that some furniture (like old and shabby sofas) and details need to be upgraded in the room. The breakfast room is quite noisy. But overall we have nothing really to complain, we had a great stay and will most probaly come back 😀
