Fabulous stay! Central of the city, close to everything. Friendly stuff. Amazing!
A very unique hotel with excellent, warm service.
The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the Picasso Museum. Although the hotel was renovated in 2019, it's very well-maintained and the interior is beautiful. The toiletries and bedding are super comfortable. You need to ask the front desk for bottled water and disposable items. The breakfast is quite generous.
The hotel service is very good, and the staff speaks good English. The location gave me two big surprises. The hotel is close to the Picasso Museum, and the tickets for the day were sold out. I thought it was a punishment for the Picasso people, but when I passed by the museum on my way back to the hotel in the afternoon, I found that I could buy tickets to enter again. The second time was when I heard...
An exceptional experience. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the a la carte breakfast was delicious. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Malaga's historic center.
The family room we booked was wrong but Ctrip solved the problem quickly, everything else was ok. I booked it because it was through SLH. The environment is comfortable, the smell is very fragrant, the feeling is very comfortable, and it is also conveniently located to major museums. I like Malaga very much.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Fénix. The adults-only atmosphere was very relaxing, and the hotel looked beautiful with all the Christmas decorations and a lovely tree. Our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The location is unbeatable—everything was within easy walking distance, including the train station, local shops, and the beach. One of the highlights...
Great hotel. Location is excellent. A few minutes to the beach, town centre and to public transport, where you can get to Malaga in less than half an hour. The room was spacious and spotless. Staff were excellent. Food options at dinner and breakfast were varied and there was something for everyone. The pool area and terrace were lovely to chill and enjoy the sunshine. It was nice to see the hotel...
Me and my boyfriend just got back from staying here a few days. The hotel was lovely rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable even though it was two singles pushed together. The only negative was that the air-con was on the loud side but the hotel itself was quiet (you couldn’t hear people in the rooms next door or above). We paid to have breakfast included and definitely wasn’t disappointed...
A little gem of a hotel, in a fantastic location between the beach and the town centre. We have just had a week at the Fenix Hotel, It was great. The rooms are bright airy with very comfortable beds. The meals are varied and plentiful with a fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff. We will certainly return next year.
It's been good overall...maybe a little more cleaning...but overall Remarkable..
I usually stay here as a cheaper option than Malaga when I have a flight and have never been disappointed. The staff is really lovely, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The views from the restaurant are priceless. The hotel is really close to downtown and the metro to the airport. The rooms are quite big and comfy. Some of the mattresses are a bit too soft, but that's a minor issue.

Everything was fine. Very large bed, cafeteria for dinner, close to an area with services, staff were average, not particularly friendly.
stayed for 3 nights with family in December: good, neighborhood is not lively but train station nearby is plus, just a few places to eat incl. pizzeria. Room was so-so, with strange bathroom door (no isolation), no chairs, quite depressive in general; service and breakfast is ok.
Very basic room, extremely strange and uncomfortable thing with bathroom door that can't be shut completely. Very long and uncomfortable pillows, room corresponds more 3*, not 4. Not a single chair in the room. Breakfast was fine and area is calm, 20-25 min walk from the city center.
Stayed at this hotel for 2 days. It is a clean hotel with walkable distance from shops/restaurants and friendly staff. Provides a wide range of items for breakfast.
Everything was great! Very clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended! 🎉🌹💯❤️🎊🎂
This fantastic place to stay in Seville made our trip truly memorable! It’s conveniently located near the heart of the city, and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. We had a brilliant stay here. Welcomed by Sara with a big smile and very personable, thanks for the hospitality. Anything good I say about our stay at the hotel is an understatement. The staff are excellent, friendly and provide unbeatable service to guests. Very pleasant hotel for a quiet escapade on the ocean. A minimum of 200 characters?? Why such a requirement to do something free of charge. I do believe that my initial sentence is good enough to give an accurate idea of the place. If not, do away with my review.

All the staff is amazing me and my family are very happy probably we coming back next year. My kids have a lot of fun at the Kids Club and Minidisco with Stefy, Eva,Vero and Fabi. Me and my wife are having a laugh every night with Natalia. She do it pretty well with the quizzes, bingos and dances. Everything is very clean and the waiters are marvellous
Amazing place, great staff. Evenings are always good , kids club is very welcoming. Thank you for the best time. Shoutout to Natalia, Vero, Eva, Fabi and Stefy. Kids club is amazing for our little brother. Bingos and night shows are marvellous with Natalia.
Excellent hotel with great service. From the first day, we were welcomed everywhere in a friendly way and with a smile. The staff is very well organized and attentive. Everyone was so lovely and kind at the hotel to my and myself. Attentive, caring and considerate throughout our entire small holiday in Málaga. Especially amazing staff were Jade the receptionist whom helped with all our concerns and Stefi and her colleagues whom were involving with the kids in Benys club. Came here for 5 nights and we had a great stay! The room was very clean and today with all the things you needed. The beds where comfy. What a place! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they even stored our bikes for the night. The room was big and clean, with a beautiful view on the hotel architecture (it looks like a castle!). We enjoyed the crystal clear pool and the amazing, peaceful bar. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The internal decor has very good taste and during the night it was very quiet. I'd definitely recommend...
It was an overall nice experience. The staff was super kind and patient with us. The hotel has a pool that’s open from morning to evening and they have rental bikes and a transfer to the beach available. However, the AC didn’t really cool the room even after six hours, so we spent most of the night trying to find ways to cool down ourselves. Another thing is the lack of noise isolation the rooms...
I came here once when I was a kid, it’s nice to see how they improved the whole place in terms of quality, comfort, service, everything was better! The buffet had nice food and there were plenty of parking spaces outside the hotel; the beach is extremely close to it, so this gives the hotel more points. I just missed some kind of workout zone.
I have been with my partner three times this summer. All right. Very friendly staff (reception, chambermaids and restaurant waiters). The second and third time they gave us welcome details and one of the times they put us in a superior room to the one we had reserved (a kind of Junior Suite in a tower). fantastic prices.
The hotel is very good. Good attention from the staff. The room is spacious, the only thing is that the bathtub does not have a screen or a curtain...so when you shower you soak the floor and the bathroom does not have natural ventilation. The buffet is great. They have quite a variety and the food is delicious, but keep in mind that in the case of half board, drinks are not included at lunch or dinner...

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Illunion seem to use it for training staff and, as a result, they try to do their best to help always. The hotel was running on limited staff, though, as it was in November this time and guests were warned that the food service would be limited. No problem, however in keeping some snack food in your room and making use of the copious number of restaurants in Mijas...
There is nothing that I can fault at the hotel. Jorge, at reception was friendly as well as all the other staff. The room was clean and the facilities were very good. The view was beautiful
Bar closed a bit early. There were Ants in room and corridor. No kettle in room. Only bedside lights in room. Staff were generally friendly.
The place to unload the luggage is very limited and poorly designed. The car park is poorly lit with uneven road and obstacles.
Varied breakfast buffet. Lovely outdoors. Waiting staff with limited English. Rooms on 3rd floor are 2-3 stars, but okay. Mattress was good. Central aircon struggles in September, perhaps a challenge for hotter months. Parking is available but a bit unkempt.

This is a great place with excellent value for money. As you enter the lobby, you'll see a path leading down to the dedicated underground parking lot, so those traveling by car can make a reservation with confidence. Spectacular stay, 100% recomended, the staff is amazing and super attentive. I even accidentally dropped my gold ring during breakfast and they saved it for me at the front desk. Very honest and attentive staff… they are the best!
Nice hotel with parking, located at the top of the Avenida del Mediterraneo, a little far from the center but convenient for a stopover on the way to the highway and next to a large shopping center. Family holiday The Diverhotel Roquetas de Mar is a great place for families with kids , they have a great service and a good food. The beach is in short distance 5min to walk. I would recommend this place.
We had the thematic room 454, which is perfect. Comfy double queen beds next to each other- that makes it a great family bed, large enough for all! Across from the submarine bunk beds! Two bathrooms- with all amenities. Walk-in closet. The pool is too small if the hotel is at capacity but the ocean is 5min away. Location is good. Many shops and restaurants and of course next to the ocean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. No time to get bored, especially children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are not too many people from England. Most of Spain and For this it is so nice. No need to run in the morning To book sun loungers
Very kind staff the bedroom was lovely interactive room for kids 2 bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe. Amazing pools. I was sick and they gave me my own personal meals, how kind is that? Overall really good.
The Diverhotel is an older hotel, which is spotlessly clean, well run with friendly staff. A lovely spot for those with young families, too quiet for teenagers. The resort has a beautiful beach and a long promenade, beautifully maintained. We love it here, would definitely come back.
The food was good, I guess you can call it traditional Spanish food with some splashes from England (read bacon, eggs, beans and sausages). The guests was mostly Spanish family's with children. Poolbar had some food and some snacks. Few drinks and some alcoholic beverages.

Great hotel. The only issue we had was the AC would just stop working every now and then. Also, the pillows were very soft. Pool was amazing. Room and hotel were very clean.
The hotel was relaxing with a calm atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable. The lifts were efficient and quiet. It was also very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly, engaging, efficient and helpful. We visited the historic areas of Seville. The city was clean and had outstanding architecture, beautiful parks and plazas.
The hotel is so beautiful and clean! My room was quiet and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious especially all the fresh fruit and different types of cheese and meats! Plus it was a central location to the restaurants and plaza! I will definitely come back again! Thank you!
Excellent hotel and perfect location. Staff very helpful helping to order taxis etc (which are hard to find in Sevilla). Walking distance to all major attractions. Only 28 euros in taxi from airport. Rooms compact but perfect when spending most of time in city. Very clean, room service all perfect. Thanks to Cesar on reception most helpful 👏
What a delightful stay! The room was spacious and had all the comforts. Hooray for in-room coffee and room service. Front desk service was pleasant and efficient. I had a Floor 5 room with a balcony. The location was great, safe, and easy access for taxis. (This was a big deal for me - last week when I stayed at a place in the city center pedestrian area I had to carry my bags many blocks... Not here...
This hotel is a gem. It is close to the tourist destinations. The interior is modern and showcases flora and fauna strategically, making for an inviting atmosphere. All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, quiet, have AC, and are thoughtfully stocked. You have to get the premium room with a terrace! Prepare to be awed by the cityscape! This was my first time in Seville and...

Everything was good, except for the restaurant which wasn't great.
It's located along the coast and right in front of the sea, so the view was amazing. Malaga has over 300 sunny days a year, but unfortunately when we visited there was a storm so we couldn't enjoy the coast, but I recommend it as you can get very close to the sea. (It's a little far from the city center, but you can get there by bus.) However, the hotel walls are thin, so if you are worried about the...
fast and friendly check-in, modern room with coffee machine and a stocked mini-bar, rare these days. Breakfast was good and fair value 13e if booked in advance. Adequate parking nearby and the hotel has its own car park. Near the beach with plenty of bars and fast food but i did not find a proper restaurant nearby. Avoid the Asian street food place opposite the hotel
The hotel is a little far from the city center, but the beach is just downstairs and across the road, and you can see the sea from the hotel window. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is clean and tidy, but a little small.
Good quality in resonance with the Catalonia. Friendly staff.
The stay has been very good and pleasant, the rooms facing Pacific street are quite noisy due to traffic.
