A very unique hotel with excellent, warm service.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the Picasso Museum. Although the hotel was renovated in 2019, it's very well-maintained and the interior is beautiful. The toiletries and bedding are super comfortable. You need to ask the front desk for bottled water and disposable items. The breakfast is quite generous.

The hotel service is very good, and the staff speaks good English. The location gave me two big surprises. The hotel is close to the Picasso Museum, and the tickets for the day were sold out. I thought it was a punishment for the Picasso people, but when I passed by the museum on my way back to the hotel in the afternoon, I found that I could buy tickets to enter again. An exceptional experience. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the a la carte breakfast was delicious. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Malaga's historic center.

The family room we booked was wrong but Ctrip solved the problem quickly, everything else was ok. I booked it because it was through SLH. Me and my boyfriend just got back from staying here a few days. The hotel was lovely rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable even though it was two singles pushed together. The only negative was that the air-con was on the loud side but the hotel itself was quiet (you couldn’t hear people in the rooms next door or above). We paid to have breakfast included and definitely wasn’t disappointed...

A little gem of a hotel, in a fantastic location between the beach and the town centre. We have just had a week at the Fenix Hotel, It was great. The rooms are bright airy with very comfortable beds. The meals are varied and plentiful with a fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff. We will certainly return next year.

I usually stay here as a cheaper option than Malaga when I have a flight and have never been disappointed. The staff is really lovely, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The views from the restaurant are priceless. The hotel is really close to downtown and the metro to the airport. The rooms are quite big and comfy. Some of the mattresses are a bit too soft, but that's a minor issue.

Everything was fine. Very large bed, cafeteria for dinner, close to an area with services, staff were average, not particularly friendly.

stayed for 3 nights with family in December: good, neighborhood is not lively but train station nearby is plus, just a few places to eat incl. pizzeria. Room was so-so, with strange bathroom door (no isolation), no chairs, quite depressive in general; service and breakfast is ok.

Very basic room, extremely strange and uncomfortable thing with bathroom door that can't be shut completely. Very long and uncomfortable pillows, room corresponds more 3*, not 4. Not a single chair in the room. Breakfast was fine and area is calm, 20-25 min walk from the city center.

The room needed a really good clean.

All the staff is amazing me and my family are very happy probably we coming back next year. My kids have a lot of fun at the Kids Club and Minidisco with Stefy, Eva,Vero and Fabi. Came here for 5 nights and we had a great stay! The room was very clean and today with all the things you needed. The beds where comfy. The staff where helpful, only thing I could complain about was there was no free access to drinking water anyway. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of choices. It was an overall nice experience. The staff was super kind and patient with us. The hotel has a pool that’s open from morning to evening and they have rental bikes and a transfer to the beach available. I came here once when I was a kid, it’s nice to see how they improved the whole place in terms of quality, comfort, service, everything was better! The buffet had nice food and there were plenty of parking spaces outside the hotel; the beach is extremely close to it, so this gives the hotel more points. I just missed some kind of workout zone.

I have been with my partner three times this summer. All right. Very friendly staff (reception, chambermaids and restaurant waiters). The second and third time they gave us welcome details and one of the times they put us in a superior room to the one we had reserved (a kind of Junior Suite in a tower). fantastic prices.

The room is spacious, the only thing is that the bathtub does not have a screen or a curtain...so when you shower you soak the floor and the bathroom does not have natural ventilation. It's a bit far from tourist attractions, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. During the day, you can hear the sounds of students running around, which is a powerful and wonderful experience.

This hotel is always exceptional and we visit very often due to its proximity to Torrecardenas hospital. In general the hotel has a great location.You can walk to the hospital or the staff will order a taxi which is about 5 euros and is there in 5 mins or less. We also walk to the Torrecardenas shopping centre which is even nearer.Similarly you can walk into the main tourist areas of the city too...

This is a little far out from town but only 8 euros in a taxi. We had trouble one day getting a taxi but luckily has a hire car. The pool area is nice, very hot but lots of nice parasols. You can have a waited service for drinks and food or order from The bar. Breakfast was a good selection.

Family holiday The Diverhotel Roquetas de Mar is a great place for families with kids , they have a great service and a good food. The beach is in short distance 5min to walk. I would recommend this place.

We had the thematic room 454, which is perfect. Comfy double queen beds next to each other- that makes it a great family bed, large enough for all! Across from the submarine bunk beds! Two bathrooms- with all amenities. Walk-in closet. The pool is too small if the hotel is at capacity but the ocean is 5min away. Location is good. The Diverhotel is an older hotel, which is spotlessly clean, well run with friendly staff. A lovely spot for those with young families, too quiet for teenagers. The resort has a beautiful beach and a long promenade, beautifully maintained. We love it here, would definitely come back.

The food was good, I guess you can call it traditional Spanish food with some splashes from England (read bacon, eggs, beans and sausages). The guests was mostly Spanish family's with children. Poolbar had some food and some snacks. Few drinks and some alcoholic beverages.

The room was much bigger than what you'd typically find in Barcelona. Right across the street, there's a Chinese supermarket. The hotel is really close to the city center, and Granada University is right next door. Plus, there's a bakery nearby that's way cheaper than the cafe attached to the hotel.

The location was great, safe, and easy access for taxis. (This was a big deal for me - last week when I stayed at a place in the city center pedestrian area I had to carry my bags many blocks... This hotel is a gem. It is close to the tourist destinations. The interior is modern and showcases flora and fauna strategically, making for an inviting atmosphere. Everything was good, except for the restaurant which wasn't great.

It's located along the coast and right in front of the sea, so the view was amazing. Malaga has over 300 sunny days a year, but unfortunately when we visited there was a storm so we couldn't enjoy the coast, but I recommend it as you can get very close to the sea. fast and friendly check-in, modern room with coffee machine and a stocked mini-bar, rare these days. Breakfast was good and fair value 13e if booked in advance. Adequate parking nearby and the hotel has its own car park. Near the beach with plenty of bars and fast food but i did not find a proper restaurant nearby. Avoid the Asian street food place opposite the hotel

The hotel is a little far from the city center, but the beach is just downstairs and across the road, and you can see the sea from the hotel window. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is clean and tidy, but a little small.

Good quality in resonance with the Catalonia. Friendly staff.

The stay has been very good and pleasant, the rooms facing Pacific street are quite noisy due to traffic.
