Hotels All-inclusive in Andalusia

Good hotel but too far from ayamonte so it's hard to find good restaurants around the hotel... good breakfast and nice pool.

Everything was top notch from the rooms, the fixtures and fittings, and the beds with a choice of pillows and the best week of sleep ever! The staff were attentive and efficient

All the interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and just felt great to be there. The food was amazing every day

Whilst this hotel is in a beautiful location. Stunning scenery, find hotel food lacking especially in the evening can be crowded and bit of a bun fight. Difficult to catch attention to get a drink with meal

Lunch time meal excellent fresh salads etc. Staff I've encountered are all friendly and attentive. Only been here a day and they started closing pool bar at 08:00pm

A excellent beach in front of the hotel. A marina just behind the hotel with a few bars and restaurants. If you like walking out a promenade starts at the hotel and you can walk for miles

Pool area cleaned daily, dining room set beautifully for every single meal and rooms cleaned even if you are occupying them until lunch - they find the time to make your space beautiful again

Rooms were dated and not very clean. Previous occupants nail clippings and eyelashes were on the bedroom floor! Lobby and restaurant are much better, food was tasty but usually only lukewarm

We asked our son if he would come here again and he answered immediately that he wished he lived here! Thank you for giving us a lovely big double room with a view of the sea, it was my husbands birthday and it felt really special

Fantastic hosts for all activities who go to extra effort to make everyone feel welcome and included. It was joyful to watch and participate in the aqua aerobics and see young and old all moving and having a great time

One of the best family holidays we have ever had. The hotel goes to a monumental effort to ensure your holiday is truly relaxing. The hotel is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times

The food was plentiful and well cooked - lots to please everyone. We had three generations and ten people and everyone had a great time and felt welcome - we all want to come back again

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very good and the housekeeping staff were very good at their work. Food in restaurant was not of the temprature that l would expect.

Some drinks are weak but palatable and food was plentiful and tasty Evening entertainment was good, and varied, I also think it's a lovely location

For me this was a real paradise! First of all, rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. Very friendly staff working there. There is a nice pool and a lot of beds where you can enjoy full day in the sun or shadow

Another excellent visit, we had a very enjoyable stay. This is the best Barcelo we have stopped at so far. The Andalusian building style is very pleasing with its waterfalls and displays of flowers

Food was good we were half board breakfast was ok have everything you would expect. Evening meal was lovely good choice and always fresh. Drinks were served at the table

IRENE was extremely KIND AND POLITE really HELPFUL and explained to me all the necessary details, everything about the hotel and the area when I arrived!!!! But most importantly she made me feel comfortable as well as feel this hotel like my second home and treated me with a smile!!! Amazing customer service!!! WELL DONE!!!! Rooms were fine and comfortable missed not having tea and coffee facilities in the room. But otherwise nice and spacious. We had a room that slept 4 and had one of the biggest balcony's in the hotel overlooking the pool

As the hotel was very quiet while we were there the entertainment was minimal However Anthony one of the entertainment team made our holiday he was very friendly. Encouraging all holiday makers to join in the fun

He made time to go around talking to everyone. If it was not for him I think we would have spent most of our holiday out of the hotel

- you can have bad luck with medusas in sea - you can get annoyed with children in case you don´t like them screaming after midnight - you can hurt yourself with rocks in the water (or try another beach)

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful view. Breakfast overlooking the sea. Our room also featured a balcony with sea views. Excellent food and fantastic service.

This is a hotel I went to for business purposes. It is convenient because it includes a buffet meal. The facilities are a bit outdated and need maintenance. The people are friendly.

We had all inclusive and it was worth it! Food and bars with wide variety of drinks and meals, different every day, very nice people work there, always with smiles on their faces

The environment is very good and it is a four-star hotel. Hygiene: very clean and the breakfast restaurant is great. Environment: there is a terrace bar on the roof, a hot spring pool and a good view

Lovely relaxing holiday, this hotel is very clean and rooms spacious and well equipped for a stress free stay, fridge with water and soft drinks topped up everyday, safe included at no extra charge which was good

On arrival one of our rooms were upgraded to a sea view suite a pleasant surprise! Our rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained all week, the free soft drinks were an added bonus

The outdoor pools were lovely and clean but freezing for this time of year. The indoor spa was lovely and relaxing! The staff can’t do enough for you from organising taxis’s, wheelchairs and advice about the local area

Majority of staff friendly and helpful especially the reception staff which always had a smile, entertainment was ok, a very good rock band on our last eve. Food was good with a wide variety to suit most people

The lack of entertainment was very disappointing and animation team weren’t around very much. The speakers at the mini disco were very distorted

What excited me was the Sobrasada pate at Breakfast. Sometimes the crackling is included ,crunched up. The hotel pool is fun but one has to wear a cap. We had a fearful wait at Malaga airport for passport control

Hopefully this will improve once the automatic entry system is in place I understand that one can pre register for this but not sure. That's all for now chums God bless xxxxx

I must say that the staff and team were excellent. They have helped sort out our little queries. One never get this sort of service in the UK

And even a sangria making session! It is so much nicer to come to Spain than France. My first trip to Spain was in 1960. But always the people are patient and understanding of Brits

And one of the members (unfortunately I don’t know his name) could even speak Dutch :)! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and the food was diverse and warm

But I realised when packing to leave the things were in the wardrobe too, in my backpack even!! Sorry but not acceptable to me! and I know this is not a one off as I've seen the problem mentioned in other reviews

There's tapas, snacks and cakes and meals served at different venues throughout the day so you won't go hungry! If you tend to stay in resort you will find lots to keep you occupied (all ages), there's also a kids club and a theatre hosting shows every evening

I would like to give special mentions to Pablo (at the infinity pool bar) who helped me to decipher the busses (where I could and couldn't get to) and also to Gloria and Anna who work so hard but always have a smile for everyone

There are no local tour companies offering trips to other places. If you like touring around this hotel isn't ideal but if you want an all encompassing resort holiday it is lovely (and friendly)

Also I'm quite fit, but the hotel might not suit those less mobile that want to get out and about as everything outside (including the beach) is either up or down a steep hill

There are several pools - one that is tastefully designed like a river (with slides, jacuzzis etc) an indoor pool and a large fresh water infinity pool overlooking the sea

There are several restaurants and bars and the food I found to be really good - it's all made freshly (omelettes, eggs, meat and fish cooked in front of you and plenty of fresh local produce) and there's lots of variety - you won't get the typical English "fry up" and "chips with everything! but there's plenty to suit all tastes

We don’t have pool towels, and it’s only 2 bottles of water in your room so we are now off to buy some. Premium all inclusive as described this is not

The food on the whole was good , all meal times had plenty of choice. We always plan to go out a few nights to break it up

The room was massive with a walk in wardrobe which was great. There was a large bath in the room which the kids loved. The pool was excellent, plenty of area to enjoy and a great area for the kids

We have just come back from a 9 night stay here. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We booked a beach suite which made life alot better as a family of four

Pool toilets not very clean, some staff rude, some nice. Not a lot of English speaking, but I get that we are in Spain. But it was hard at times asking for things. No tea and coffee in room was disappointing

Room very basic very tired looking in fact the desk almost fell apart when a chair nudged it. Food awful, cold, repetitive, too busy, no organisation of eating times

My lovely ladies Maria Jose, Elena , Laura and Carmen who made us laugh everyday. the pool bar staff Ishmael and Marcel kept us hydrated. The lobby bar staff were great too Bertolo always looked after us

The buffet breakfast and dinner is one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. Juan Jesus seated us and always came to see if we needed anything and the lovely surprise of a bottle of sherry

This is our 5th stay at the hotel since we discovered this gem! Nothing is too much effort for Anastasia and the team. Food choices are outstanding in both quality and freshness

Welcomed back by the amazing staff. There re so many who make you feel special from the reception to the hospitality staff they make you feel relaxed straight away

The food is exceptional we went all inclusive which meant we had lunch in the à la carte restaurant. I recommend trying the chef special and you must try the langostinos cocido. Linde and his team looked after us so well

Options for places with food/drinks were very limited. I believe the management is aware that there are not many options for food around but they do their very best to provide good food/drinks and keep you entertained

Short walk to small friendly village with good fish restaurants. Great place for birdwatchers with good walks from the hotel. Would be happy to go back again

Great experience with my family. The only thing is the activities are only for kids over 4y. o which it does not give the opportunity to the youngers to join even if the parents around

Another issue was that they provided beach towels that were much too small. Food quality was good, though options were extremely limited and very repetitive. The drinks service was extremely frustrating

A positive point is that the inclusive wines are a bit better than in many other all-inclusive resorts, and the spirits are of high quality

Unfortunately, around the pool it feels like being packed into a sardine can, with many annoying flies and far too many loungers crammed into too little space. The whole atmosphere just feels very unpleasant

The main building is very noisy with paper-thin walls, so earplugs are a must, and the hotel would benefit from some maintenance. There were queues for dinner even out of season, which makes peak summer hard to imagine

Staff were great, stayed in basic room, should have upgraded. Food is a let down, although a huge variety available, it just lack taste on few days there

Restaurant is sometimes crowded but the food is fairly good; for the people more picky there is a cook with a hot-plate grilling fish or meat. Also, the rooms and bathrooms could use some renovation

All the people working at Carabela are fully involved with the customers, they have full of activities for children and adults.

The best place for a naturist holiday. Food is average but you can get great meals in the local restaurants. Entertainment team are very enthusiastic. Great team games during the day

It has a massive cool pool, restaurant and loads more. Also, you can pretty much wonder around totally naked the whole time

I guess I should leave it till I'm finished here, because I'm still here! But I've rather enjoyed the somewhat unique experience of The Hotel Club Playa Vera. It is just an amazing location, right on the beach

Pool are is lovely with a jacuzzi, large chess board, crazy golf and entertaining staff throughout the day! Child friendly with slides in the pool although wasn't many children there in our visit

It's even possible to reach the beach, without getting dressed even once! Slightly dated look - perhaps, if I was being picky, but nothing that would put me off another visit

The Bali is a very friendly hotel in a good location. It isn't the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be but everyone seems to be having fun. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the children's activities and had the best time

Next time, we would probably consider staying in one of the hotels closer to the beach area to avoid the steps. The rooms themselves are nice and comfortable, though the bathroom felt a bit dated

A general upgrade or refurbishment would really elevate the overall experience. Overall, a great stay with truly hardworking and welcoming staff

It was manageable for us with a light stroller, but something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavier equipment

However, the hotel is situated on a fairly steep hill, with quite a few steps down to the beach

Extra cost wasn't aware of included ndoor pool charge to use, needed a swim hat to use indoor pool or buy one if didn't bring and kids club usage charges if not on all inclusive basis Hotel room was clean and tidy but had some DIY issues like loose door handles and light fittings

Fantastic stay at Hotel Polynesia - hotel world resort! Great food and drink choices in the restaurant with appealing meal times which worked for us as group

Clean and tidy all around the resort! Big shout out to Marta animation team! She got us all involved and we had some great fun with the games! Very enjoyable! She deserves 5*s on her own!

The food buffé was really good, many options were available. Overall very clean hotel and rooms. My toddler loved the kids club and had wonderful time there

The spa was a bit expensive for a 1 hour stay, no shampoo or conditioner inside the spa. The gym had a limited number of equipment

Excellent Customer service, great atmosphere. This is one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed in.

g prawns or cookies and then used them as a buffet at their own table and then ended up leaving them so that was a waste and meant there was none left for other guests but not sure what hotel staff can do about that

Usual scrum for beds in morning but staff don’t allow this to start till 10am. Some guests put there towels down in morning and then don’t return all day but this is not the hotels fault

They mainly speak Spanish as is to be expected but try their best to speak English. As my Spanish is non existent this was appreciated. Pool facilities good, excellent slides

Hotel staff were friendly and professional, especially Margarita and Paqui on reception and Antonio on the bar and all the female bar staff

Surrounding area has good restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend Pizzeria Firenze. Rooms are on the small side, we had to put the table and chair on the balcony to open the pullout sofa bed

Staff could be more helpful with directions as the lifts can be difficult to locate. Breakfast room is vast but has multiple food stations with freshly cooked hot meals available

Families had descended on the Hotel (as it is all inclusive) and noise levels were crazy. The dining room was crazy too with not much choice and repetitive dishes

Pros: • No issues finding sunbeds • Lovely pool • Good selection of all-inclusive drinks Cons: • Staff often rude and unaccommodating towards English guests, while Spanish guests seemed to receive friendlier treatment (with the exception of a few polite male young bar staff)

We really enjoy the stay with my girlfriend. Great barmen and especially nice receptionist Elena which was so helpful during our arrival. Familiar and clean place with nice pool and great program during day
