The reception, cleaning and restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful

On a nice beach but without lifeguard. Food is reasonable but not wow. Hotel ofers from B&B to all inclusive. 2 swimming pools and water slides

We have just come back from our second visit to this hotel in April. We booked a superior room with sea views which was modern and spacious. It has a beachfront location, family friendly hotel with great sea views

Drinks are plentiful and snacks in various locations around the hotel. There is always something to eat and help yourself to drinks in the restaurants

All inclusive option was very well priced, plenty of options for everyone at meal times

The room was spotlessly cleaned every day and the cleaning lady deserves a big thank you as she found my husbands wallet, which had fell under the bed, which we were not aware of at the time

The bed was comfortable and the proximity to the beach was great. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to find fresh food (e. , groceries) within walking distance. Eating at the hotel's restaurant was the only option

We have to give a huge shout-out to Montse at the bar for her amazing mojitos – they were absolutely the best we've had! Finally, thanks to Laura, the guest experience manager, who gave us fantastic recommendations on what to visit in the beautiful Cabo de Gata area

The staff were average, not amazing, not unfriendly. The gates don't open when you approach the hotel with an uber, so you have to walk to the hotel from the gate

Wide corridors and large bedrooms! Bonus was in the corridors there are pure water dispensers! Free water! Nice quiet location just 10 mins to very large quiet beaches and small supermarket! Booking half board is a must as no restaurants near by!!!!!lovey walks on doorstep! We walked a total of 50 miles in the week! Food pretty good and a glass of house red wine only 3 euro!

I can imagine the town being lively and having a good choice of eateries once the season gets going. There are no taxis in the town so if you don’t fancy the walk back, ask the bar/restaurant to call you one

We booked this hotel as a little get away for myself and my sister. Didn’t book it as all inclusive but when we got there, there was no problem upgrading everyone at reception was very helpful and kind

The food is all buffett style with an enormous choice at each sitting. Drinks are reasonably priced (we were B&B). The pools and surrounding areas are again very tidy with plenty of sun beds

Being early in the season, the snacks offered at the poolside bar were very limited. The walk to El Rompido is about 40 mins at a slow pace and again, due to being pre-season, very few venues offered evening food

Amazing, I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff and helpful. We went all inclusive and the food was amazing fresh prawns, meat and fish to cook to order. There was something there for everyone

We had a large room with an amazing view of the sea and pool. Spotlessly clean and spacious. We had the half board option and there was tremendous choice and quality of both the breakfast and evening meal food

Everything was perfect, from the way they treat their guests to the food, restaurants and room service. We were having our honeymoon and got a free upgrade. Highly recommended to everyone.

What a memorable long weekend we both enjoyed for my partners 50th birthday! The staff were all so lovely, friendly and polite! Food was out of this world! Beautifully presented and such a vast choice! As for the room and hotel itself

The position of the hotel was beautiful, looking out to see. Everywhere was kept really clean. We were there for a week and witnessed the pool area being cleaned at least three times with a proper pool cleaning machine

Surprisingly warm water in the middle of October - 23-25 (C) Palmasol also one of the closest hotels to Marina - huge place of attractions : restaurants, entertainment, all kinds of shops, game places, etcetera

Since it was Valentine’s weekend, the hotel was fully booked, which meant some waiting times. One thing to note is that to enter the restaurant, you have to queue and go down a flight of stairs

Location of the Palmasol hotel is really nice. During the sunny days it takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the sea beech

Hotel room a little basic but clean with fridge and tea/coffe, kettle, breakfast choice was good, noise from construction site opposite hotel was awful but unavoidable, hotel location is excellent with the marina just over the road

Pleasant staff, nice bar, restaurant and reception areas. Food is good, hire a car and use this as a nice quiet base to explore from

Don't get corner room over the smoking area or you can't sit on balcony for fumes. Sun in morning for about sixty minutes if lucky. Bus service to Nerja very good

If you don't have the full all inclusive, at dinner, there are no free drinks included, not even water, so take your own with you if you don't want to be charged

Massage at the spa was very basic and definitely not worth the money. Spa hottub & hot stones were cold so only ended up going once. Beds are acceptable but not pillow top comfort

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Paid extra for a sea view room and loved it! Buffet pretty descent

Food a bit bland but fresh and plentiful. Spa is brilliant, only 14 euros. The room service not great, they do the bare minimum. I would say more of a 3 star than 4. It's a bit remote, you really need a car

Excellent hotel, good location friendly staff. Very big bedroom nice and clean. Very good choice of food for lunch, evening meal and breakfast. Evening meal had freshly cooked prawns and razor clams

This place was a pleasant surprise, didn’t expect it to be this good, the lady at the check in desk upgraded us to a presidential suite and it was amazing

At the end of the week the tapas bar has opened for the season and offers nice drinks. As the weekends are usually fully booked in this hotel we had difficulties to get a sun bed on Saturday

We would have preferred to get freshly pressed juices which would better fit to a five-star-hotel. Furthermore, it would be great if the selection of bread could be improved. Mainly toast and white bread has been served

We had dinner in a lovely Italian, again our second visit. Breakfast the next day was great, wide choice replenished whilst we were there, hot and tasty

It was DEFINITELY WAY overpriced for the quality. Limited options but reasonably priced. There's nothing nearby the hotel. Due to our travel, we arrived with the restaurants were closed

The hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping

Totally amazing hotel! Staff were great (especially Pepe) and the rooms were clean and spacious. There were also very fun programs throughout the day. I highly recommend coming here if you like having a great time!

Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. Simple replacement of existing sockets would help here

Very comfortable large room with view of the beach. Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had an excellent choice with good variety and the food was delicious

The hotel had a lot of facilities like big pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, theatre, 2 restaurants and bars. The garden was kept very well. The beach outside was clean and big

They had a special section near the pool and in restaurant for suite guests. The hotel was totally full with family crowd. The food was quite good and reception staff very helpful

It is located about 100 km from Almeria airport on Vera beach. We had booked a suite which was very spacious overlooking pool and sea. There was jacuzzi in the room itself

Property not to large, rooms good size and with lifts. Soft drinks available pool side but coffee only in cafe. 25 minutes walk to Marina and other eateries. Reception very helpful in booking taxi’s and any needs

There is a buffet where there is a really good selection of fresh salads cheeses cold meats etc. The hot buffet hosts chicken fish different stews

There is a nice restaurant near by called Ramos. The views from the restaurant are wonderful and lots of choice at breakfast. The hotel needs work to have a four star rating

Had a great weekend away everything you need is available at the hotel ,however if you want to go anywhere you need a car.

The staff at the hotel are really helpful. The rooms are large as are the beds. Towels are changed daily as are the beds. The restaurant is large and accommodates lots of people

Hotel spotlessly clean and i thought drinks were good price. It is 20 minute walk to newrest anything so a car would be advantageous

The town is small, so i would definitely recommend having a car in this area, unless you're fine with only staying at the pool and/or beach, and staying in the immediate area for food — the area is blocked off by waterways on all sides but you can take a ferry into Isla Cristina for a few more options (also small though) We took a day trip to Sevilla and Olhao portugal from here, which were very doable

The entire experience is very good if you are looking for an all inclusive system. Food of the restaurant could be even better for a 5 star experience in a 4 star hotel

sadly we didn't have nice neighbours, they were Brits who played loud football games and music all day, and they didn't listen to our requests to tone it down. The staff said they couldn't help us

The hotel had 2 + a slide, and daily dances / music to entertain the children attending. We definitely preferred our side, but the sound from the other pools was present most of the day

The pool area is nice but it depends which part of the resort your rooms are in, which pool you can use. Since we were in the appartment area, we had one pool available

We were three birdwatchers from Norway who needed a place to stay near the airport. The plane landed after midnight, so we needed a hotel with a 24-hour reception. I got a single room on the sixth floor

Including the room cleaning service. The only thing I was keen on was the room itself, outdated, but none the less well maintained. I would be happy to stay again in the future had a great relaxing time

Family of 5 ( wifi 12 euro for a week for 2 devices and worked everywhere on the hotel grounds ) Oh and drinks were all real brands nothing watered down

The restaurant was fine nothing special but always found something to eat for kids and adults. Location is slightly out of the way but nice walk to Fuengirola then a taxi back but this wasn't an issue for us

Had read some poor reviews and considered changing hotel. Wasn't too busy facilities are excellent food varied and plenty choice. The place was impeccably clean and staff are lovely

dining area can become busy at prime times but the helpful man at the front desk of dining area will find you a seat. the hotel is near the beach and lots of bars and shops in the area

snack bar at poolside is great plenty of choice for a wee snack great atmosphere around the pool from the animation team they do keep the kids and adults entertained

The hotel rooms were ok but a little cramped, was supposed to be room enough for a family, only 3 of us - my wife and I and our daughter but we found it a little small, limited space and storage etc

I would of thought they would of had a kids section with it being a very child friendly hotel, no children's plates or cutlery. The entertainment was good and drinks where reasonable

The buffet is very varied, and everyone can find something they like. Our son loved the mini disco from the first day, especially Beny. We adults also really enjoyed the evening activities with Natalia

The staff where helpful, only thing I could complain about was there was no free access to drinking water anyway. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of choices

Evenings are always good , kids club is very welcoming. Shoutout to Natalia, Vero, Eva, Fabi and Stefy. Kids club is amazing for our little brother. Bingos and night shows are marvellous with Natalia

Me and my wife are having a laugh every night with Natalia. She do it pretty well with the quizzes,bingos and dances. Everything is very clean and the waiters are marvellous

The pool is too small if the hotel is at capacity but the ocean is 5min away. Many shops and restaurants and of course next to the ocean

We had the thematic room 454, which is perfect. Comfy double queen beds next to each other- that makes it a great family bed, large enough for all! Across from the submarine bunk beds! Two bathrooms- with all amenities

Family holiday The Diverhotel Roquetas de Mar is a great place for families with kids , they have a great service and a good food. The beach is in short distance 5min to walk. I would recommend this place.

We opted to eat evening meals away from the hotel as it wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped. Good food at times excellent other times the odd poor day but we could always find something delicious

We stayed for 7 days at Don Marco in Torremolinos and had a really enjoyable experience. Our room was spacious with a great balcony and an excellent shower

Food you have to travel to the other hotel complex to get your meals we opted for full board no drinks with meals and over priced water and wine

Irish bars just outside so you can always go for drinks out of the hotel. The walk to the centre is a lovely walk the steps were a welcome daily challenge

Really good hotel in a great location. Super clean , lovely food a whole variety so you won’t get hungry. Beware you have to pay for your drinks when you’re full board which nobody tells you about

The hotel is located in a wonderful area, with a good access to the beach and a spectacular view. The foods were highly delicious with an intersting variety.

We have had far worse food in two other 4 star hotels in Fuengirola. We always find lunch better than the evening meal, you can change from evening meal to lunch with no notice on any day, this is a great plus

Great transport links, the train station is just at the rear of hotel, no problems with noise levels, buses stop a short walk away. Transport is cheap and sometimes free on buses in early and late season

This hotel is at the quiter end of Fuengirola, there are still shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk away, on the promenade

The food is variable( in our opinion), we had a couple of nights that were poor during our last 14 night stay, some nights it was far better than others. It's not the worst food we have had and its not the best
