This property is located in lap of luxury. You have tons of restaurants around walkable distance.. the iconic Marbella hotel is five minutes walking. And forum shop is 2 mins. We stayed here for four nights. It was the best property we could’ve picked.

The hotel is located in the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and finding restaurants. However, the hotel view isn't very sunny, the rooms are rather dark, the carpet isn't very clean, the towels are old, and the hot water in the bathroom is inconsistent (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). Aside from these issues, everything else is excellent.

I enjoyed stopping here. Poolside vibes, nice chilled atmosphere. There's a barber shop at the hotel and you can book through a QR code. My hotel room had a shaving pack which was a nice touch... i'll definitely come back again.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired—there was noticeable dust on the furniture and quite a bit of hair on the floor. A little more attention to cleaning would make this place much better !

Had a wonderful day in Cordoba. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of both the train and bus stations, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom has bidet and bathtub if you want to relax. The only negative thing is that there’s no electric kettle and no free coffee or tea and worst is there’s no complimentary bottled water.

Don't get corner room over the smoking area or you can't sit on balcony for fumes. Sun in morning for about sixty minutes if lucky. Bus service to Nerja very good. Staff are very good, food ok gets a bit repetitive after two weeks, it's value for the price paid.

Rooms are nice. Very spacious. We had a second floor room with pool and sea view. Big balcony. Location is out of town but it's a lovely walk along the sea front or you can catch a bus which is only 1 euro. Taxis cost 8 euros. Staff are amazing. Food a bit bland but fresh and plentiful. Spa is brilliant, only 14 euros. The room service not great, they do the bare minimum. I would say more of a 3 star than 4. It's a bit remote, you really need a car. Local buses from downtown stop at 8.45pm.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Paid extra for a sea view room and loved it! Buffet pretty descent. Staff friendly. If you don't have the full all inclusive, at dinner, there are no free drinks included, not even water, so take your own with you if you don't want to be charged. The rooms were clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. It would have been even better if tea, coffee, and bottled water were provided in the kitchenette area. My wife and I had a great time. The water was beautiful, beach was clean, the food was delicious , all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist Marivi, she was so kind to us and very helpful, felt like we were talking to a dear friend. She definitely made our stay that more special. This was our first time staying here and will not be the last.

We had a wonderful stay in Chiclana Vincci. Everything was perfect from the pool to the food and the room. We booked on their website as it was cheaper there. It was 10 out 10 for value for money. We are definitely going to return.

We had a fantastic time at The Westin. The golf course was stunning, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. We hade a great holiday at this hotel in March 2026, playing golf and the bedrooms were great, great breakfast and good service. The golf courses were excellent and a little bit difficult. We were lucky with the weather for golf, although the sun was not so much. Over all a great hotel and location. We also took a taxi to Marbella and had a great time there for dinners.

We stayed in October when the hotel was relatively quiet. The evening menu/restaurant was very nice. Daytime menu a bit limited. Did not try the breakfast. Hotel is nice and welcoming. I think it’s a good 4star rather than 5 star. It’s quite grand but a little old fashioned inside. Pool and pool bar area was great for the time of year but I’d imagine would be too small at peak time.

It's a shame that so many groups of golfers are staying at the hotel and don't respect the other guests! There's a lot of noise and beer at the pool, and also noise in the hallways when they come back at 2 a.m.! They should be grouped together in a separate wing of the hotel so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the other residents.

We just went to the restaurant which is very spacious and has seating indoors and outdoors and by the pool. Food was tasty, they could increase the portions since price to portion ratio was pretty high.

The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.

They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

All the staff is amazing me and my family are very happy probably we coming back next year. My kids have a lot of fun at the Kids Club and Minidisco with Stefy, Eva,Vero and Fabi. Me and my wife are having a laugh every night with Natalia. She do it pretty well with the quizzes,bingos and dances. Everything is very clean and the waiters are marvellous

Came here for 5 nights and we had a great stay! The room was very clean and today with all the things you needed. The beds where comfy. The staff where helpful, only thing I could complain about was there was no free access to drinking water anyway. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of choices. I would of thought they would of had a kids section with it being a very child friendly hotel...

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella. The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts...

Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Ruined by the atrocious service at the bar. Possibly the worst ever experienced. No management. Staff disinterested. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. You have to order at the bar..and wait there to collect your own drinks...

I saw staff guiding foreigners to their rooms, even giving them flower rings upon check-in. Yet, for us Chinese guests, there was no guidance, no explanation of breakfast or Wi-Fi, and certainly no flower rings. After pre-checking in earlier, I was promised my luggage would be in the room, but when I returned exhausted in the evening, I still had to go down to the baggage area to find it myself. And...

We had a lovely week. We booked a junior suite - the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a decent sized single bed. There is a kettle, mugs and a small fridge plus 2 complementary bottles of water on arrival. Shower gel and hand soap are provided. Our stay was most enjoyable. This was our 4th stay at the Riu Monica. We stayed for 3 weeks and we were well looked after. Wifi was free anywhere in the hotel. Beautiful property in a great location. Be aware the hotel is rebranding from Kempinski to Melia and will be closed from Oct 1, 2025 until April1 , 2026 when it reopens under the Melia banner. Stayed for 1 week in September. The hotel is located at the side of a busy road which isn’t really an issue as all the rooms are located at the rear. The area in general wouldn’t be the cleanest and seems like it’s a place that tried to be a bit of a resort in the early 00s but failed. Beware of the 5* claim. It is definitely not. 3.5* at best. Nice hotel. Gave it 3 stars for location as its a bit out of the way of things. Major road in between hotel and all local shops and restaurants. You have a 15 minute walk to cross over the road across high foot bridge. The pool is excellent. Never that busy and no kids. Rooms cleaned everyday by helpful staff. The hotel has a great location. Food was ok nothing special. The rooms are dated and need some maintenance. The staff try their best except it is amazing to me there was no free bottle water in the room or robe since it a spa hotel. My massage with Laura was great!

Property not to large, rooms good size and with lifts . Variety of eating places. Food good quality. Soft drinks available pool side but coffee only in cafe. 25 minutes walk to Marina and other eateries. Reception very helpful in booking taxi’s and any needs . All staff hard working and friendly.
