The Bali is a very friendly hotel in a good location. It isn't the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be but everyone seems to be having fun. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the children's activities and had the best time. We've stayed here several times before and would not hesitate to return.

The room was amazing. The food buffé was really good, many options were available. Overall very clean hotel and rooms. My toddler loved the kids club and had wonderful time there. We must have been palmed off with the worst room in the hotel, room 338. We would have had it changed but as we were staying 1 night and arrived at 6pm it wasn’t worth the hassle. Food was pretty good at breakfast and dinner.

Too many people. Crowded & we were initially given a room with a terrible view right next to the A/C ventilators & over a parking lot. I paid for a superior room so I was so disappointed. Luckily I asked for another room on the second day & the kind Manager moved us to a much better room. But still at about 4am there were drunk men yelling in the hallways.

Lovely stay in Occidental. Expensive for what it is but it is a nice hotel with all the amenities you need, lovely staff and clean.

Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees. Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-equipped. There was a decent variety at breakfast, but the food wasn't particularly good, and at 21.5 euros per person, it wasn't great value for money. Friendly and helpful. Lovely room and place to stay. Great restaurant around the corner for dinner. Very close to the tourist attractions. Breakfast was a little boring, but ok.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall we found our stay to be excellent. The room was clean, modern and spacious but would have benefitted from a ceiling fan or air conditioning in the bedrooms. Similarly, the kitchenette was really handy but would benefit from the inclusion of simple cleaning products for dishwashing. Beautiful location right by the beach – and the beach itself is lovely, clean, and not crowded. The pool area is nice too, although there were quite a few children. It was easy to find free parking just outside. Keep in mind that the area is quite small and there’s not a lot going on, but there are plenty of restaurants around. If the interior were updated, this could become a truly good hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The hotel is located slightly outside of the city center, but that’s perfect for us because we had a car and didn’t want to drive in the Santa Cruz district (I highly recommend you don’t try drive there!!). Absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Sevilla Center. It was indeed a great hotel and with great facilities and amenities. The hotel is located right at the heart of Seville and very convenient with lots of eateries around. Also quite convenient for sightseeing. Highly recommend!

The hotel changed our reservation before we arrived, I guess to a room with a city view. This was lovely looking at the cathedral. The room was spacious but an awful smell from the bathroom and drains, had to leave the bathroom window open. Nice hotel, bit of a walk from the center but not too bad. Would stay again.

Good location, nice buffet breakfast, suoermarkets across the street. The thing needs to be improved is to put a shower curtain in between the two glass doors on the bath thub to refrain water splashing on to the floor. Maybe that is contemporary design these days
