Everything was very good. Pleasant service, a clean room (cleaned every day), and tasty food. One thing wasn’t great — drinks for lunch and dinner had to be paid for separately (including water, coffee, tea, etc.) and there was no kettle in the room. Very nice sea view, and I don’t know why people say the hotel needs renovation — in my opinion everything is fine.

I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar. I had the most incredible treatment at the Rock Spa. It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Best hotel in Marbella! The overall quality ensures you’ll have a wonderful stay. From perfect rooms with sea view, to wonderful food across the different restaurants and buffés. The facilities were average, the room was hot, the dining room was dirty, etc. The food was not very varied, the pasta was bland and the tomato sauce was watery and tasteless. They gave you leftover food from the day before. There were also quite a few mosquitoes, my whole body was covered in mosquito bites. I do not recommend the hotel.

I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking. This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review. It’s not worth it. Great one nighter though.

Great hotel for the golfing community, or if you want somewhere quiet. A fantastic pool area, or if you prefer sea and sand, it's a stones throw from the sea and some great beaches. Rooms were dated and not very clean. Previous occupants nail clippings and eyelashes were on the bedroom floor! Lobby and restaurant are much better, food was tasty but usually only lukewarm. Staff were very helpful and mostly English speaking, but bear in mind if hotel entertainment is important and you're English, it's all Spanish. This didn't bother us too much because we went out.

The hotel had a stunning and impressive exterior, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful interiors, a warm welcome service, and a spacious, comfortable room. Everything about this hotel was excellent. Enjoying breakfast in a bright, sun-filled space made the experience even better.

room service was perfect, location is good 15 minutes walk to center and 3 minutes to the beach. breakfast was okay but having fresh made omelets was good 🙃and waiting for coffee the none pleasant part but overall okay however I had better breakfast in the other hotels. stuff very professional and nice.

Excellent 4-night stay recently. Everything was dialed in so nicely. Food on site was phenomenal. Location allows for a short walk to wonderful cafes and food. Views of the sea are incredible. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Concierge helped with everything we needed, including mailing an item I left behind by accident. So glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Málaga.

Fantastic hotel which is attached the the shopping centre and the major train station. Excellent buffet restaurant at the front and lovely staff who were very helpful with finding ways to get to the city centre. Room was lovely and big and bathroom shower was amazing!!!

Everything was fine, but I didn't expect that booking a room directly there would be more expensive. Also, when I was collecting my luggage, they didn't tell me that it had already been taken out, so I had to wait there.

The hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! The location is convenient for taking the train to nearby places, such as Grenada. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel and it is also a 20-minute walk to the tourist attractions. The breakfast is good and the room is comfortable. However, the towels for the swimming pool on the 8th floor need to be picked up in the basement.
