This was a pretty satisfactory hotel for our trip with friends. The only problem was that there was no elevator for our room upstairs, which was a bit tiring. However, the room was very spacious and even had a bathtub.

Staff was great ! Monika speaks some French so it was great ! She is very helpful and was a great 2 nights and if I ever come back I will stay in . Diff will recommend to friends and family ! Great job

The location is in the old town, but there is no parking.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for three nights. Immaculate condition. Clean & tastefully decorated and furnished. Beds are very comfortable. I can not find any faults. 5 minutes walk from a very clean beach But it's a bit far away from all the amintes. If you have a car no problem. FYI.bus 220 ten minutes walk will take you to the haert of marbella .

Generally stay at the Pablo or Pedro but first time trying the Marco and so loved it we were stopping in one of the superior rooms which is a wow, my favourite complex and doing a short visit for three day's from Boxing day

This was a week break for just the two of us in September after the school holidays. We stayed in the Don Marco but there were three hotels in a complex and you could use the facilities in all of them. I have just returned from a fabulous all inclusive week in Don Marco. The food was very good and the drinks were proprietary brands. We had a room overlooking the beach which had lovely views. My only complaint was the loud booming music from the Irish bar - the bass really blasted out! The old Town was well worth a visit, using the quaint lift for 50c each. Would definitely return.

The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit far from the main area. Parking is convenient with its own parking lot. Breakfast is average and not very plentiful. The view depends on the room's location; it's likely to be obstructed by trees. You could say the view isn't great.

To be honest, I was very disappointed. It looked quite nice, but in fact, because it was a hotel converted from an old house, it was all made of wood, so there was no hope for sound insulation. No feedback can be provided. My trip was cancelled due to middle east crisis and my hotel booking is with non cancellation. My trip was cancelled beyond my control as my flight was cancelled by the airline. I have wrote to hotel for refund or appeal for credit or postponed my stay and was rejected by the hotel. Trip.com was not able to help on this matter.

This hotel was vert close to the train station and very reasonably priced. They had all the facilities we needed, a restaurant with great service and helpful staff. The hotel was basic but well located close to the long-distance train station, right outside a bus stop that would take you straight into the historic centre, and not far from the Metro either. The staff were very friendly although the hotel was a little run down in appearance.

Very close to the centre, the hotel is lovely, always clean. Staff is lovely, Ana was wonderful and such a great person of staff, made our stay that much more personal. Only issue we had was parking, if you’re trying to find some for free it’s quite difficult .

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate....

We repeat in the apartments and we are very happy. The staff is very friendly and especially Paqui, the children's entertainer who our children adore and has been one of the main reasons why we have repeated. We went after seeing a Black Friday offer of 117 euros in a deluxe room including breakfast and dinner. We already us ether Spa as we live locally and chose a night in the hotel as a break from cooking and to use the Spa. Very pleasant stay. Great for families with kids, with a great animation team especially Paqui and Carolina (my kid loves them). The apartment was great and the food was good. The only less good review is regarding the limit of one hour per day in the spa (including the indoor pool).

We were given a lovely room overlooking pool (012) but hotel is getting tired and there is road noise from adjacent main road. Breakfast was very good and pool area lovely but overall hotel needs a deep clean and refreshing.

Rooms have no A/C. Dusty between furniture. Thermostat only gives heat. With it turned off our room was still warmer than the hallway and outdoors. Parking barely fit a very small economy car. 4point turn needed just to get into the parking garage, and guided by a staff! Great staff, friendly and helpful. Location is a bit of a hike to see anything worthwhile.

However, there were a few issues - for example, ants in the dining area and no complimentary water at dinner, as you had to buy it from them. Location of the Palmasol hotel is really nice. During the sunny days it takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the sea beech. Surprisingly warm water in the middle of October - 23-25 (C) Palmasol also one of the closest hotels to Marina - huge place of attractions : restaurants, entertainment, all kinds of shops, game places, etcetera.

The hotel's rooftop bar is absolutely fantastic! As a guest, you don't have to queue, and we even received complimentary welcome champagne upon check-in. You can easily take over 100 photos at the rooftop bar – it's perfect for getting some great shots.

I love sitting outside and enjoying the scenery. The team is nice, although they can get a bit overwhelmed. Great gift shop contains swimming rings and magnets. The food was amazing, they had a huge variety of dishes and desserts. We got a swimming from the gift shop and we went to the hotel pool, it was very big ( 7years old said it) and there was a small pool 130cm deep everywhere. We have stayed at the holiday world hotels previously so did know what to expect. The hotel was great, and clean. Our room unfortunately had ants but I think thats quite standard in Spain sometimes and they cleaned it regularly and left us some spray. The place was impeccably clean and staff are lovely . Staff told us they enjoyed their work and it is a lovely place to to work. Entertainment staff provided varied entertainment to suit everybody. We will be returning.

This hotel excels on these point: 1. Staff so kind and helpful, nothing to much trouble 2. No fighting over sunbeds 3. Rooms massive with great living space 4. Activities around pool, great getting everyone involved. Improvements needed: 1. Food is okay however sometimes not cooked properly even rice or pasta (simple things) 2. Entertainment, nothing about really or would need to travel and book...
