Don't get corner room over the smoking area or you can't sit on balcony for fumes. Sun in morning for about sixty minutes if lucky. Bus service to Nerja very good. Staff are very good, food ok gets a bit repetitive after two weeks, it's value for the price paid.

Staff are amazing. Food a bit bland but fresh and plentiful. Spa is brilliant, only 14 euros. The room service not great, they do the bare minimum. I would say more of a 3 star than 4. It's a bit remote, you really need a car. Local buses from downtown stop at 8.45pm.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Paid extra for a sea view room and loved it! Buffet pretty descent. Staff friendly. If you don't have the full all inclusive, at dinner, there are no free drinks included, not even water, so take your own with you if you don't want to be charged. My wife and I had a great time. The water was beautiful, beach was clean, the food was delicious , all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist Marivi, she was so kind to us and very helpful, felt like we were talking to a dear friend. She definitely made our stay that more special. This was our first time staying here and will not be the last.

Nice hotel, great rooftop and bar space on top floor. Service is OK, called reception to ask for slippers they told me to come pick them up... Also shower drain was blocked so water flooded the bathroom, this should have been spotted and fixed by housekeeping.

Great location near the train station. Lots of cafes and shops. The hotel has no restaurant but that's not a problem with all of the choices nearby. We hade a great holiday at this hotel in March 2026, playing golf and the bedrooms were great, great breakfast and good service. The golf courses were excellent and a little bit difficult. We were lucky with the weather for golf, although the sun was not so much. Over all a great hotel and location. We also took a taxi to Marbella and had a great time there for dinners.

We stayed in October when the hotel was relatively quiet. The evening menu/restaurant was very nice. Daytime menu a bit limited. Did not try the breakfast. Hotel is nice and welcoming. I think it’s a good 4star rather than 5 star. It’s quite grand but a little old fashioned inside. Pool and pool bar area was great for the time of year but I’d imagine would be too small at peak time.

It's a shame that so many groups of golfers are staying at the hotel and don't respect the other guests! There's a lot of noise and beer at the pool, and also noise in the hallways when they come back at 2 a.m.! They should be grouped together in a separate wing of the hotel so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the other residents.

Location and facilities were excellent. Pool is large and very clean. We had relaxing massages with Luis and Eva and they were tops. Easy walk to old town restaurants and mosque/cathedral and the Roman bridge. Great stay.

It is a five star hotel. Room equipment is ok with this level of hotel. However the service can be better. The hotel location is great. We just spend about 15mins from Cordoba Train Station on foot. Also the tourist attraction, old town and Cordoba Cathdral is not far away. We just walked about 10mins from the hotel.

Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. We already us ether Spa as we live locally and chose a night in the hotel as a break from cooking and to use the Spa. Very pleasant stay. Great for families with kids, with a great animation team especially Paqui and Carolina (my kid loves them). The apartment was great and the food was good. The only less good review is regarding the limit of one hour per day in the spa (including the indoor pool).

I found the cleanliness a bit lacking, and the air conditioning maintenance wasn't great either. For example, even when set to heat at 30 degrees, the air was still cold. Overall, it seems like a very old hotel, despite a recent cosmetic refresh.

The rooftop bar was gorgeous and Breakfast was good value for money. But the room next door to me had their TV on till Midnight most nights. I wear hearing aids and could hear everything The walks may be very thin but it was not good. So with this is mind I wouldn’t stay there again. We had a lovely week. We booked a junior suite - the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a decent sized single bed. There is a kettle, mugs and a small fridge plus 2 complementary bottles of water on arrival. Shower gel and hand soap are provided. The TV had British channels not that we watched it much but it was nice to sit on the sofa and watch The Chase before getting ready for dinner...

Disappointed. Didn't make a difference by paying extra for a port view.

Family traveling, booked two rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean, daily serviced. The indoor pool was cold (travelling in January). Breakfast was great value. In overall we were highly satisfied with the stay

The hotel itself is spotless clean, but there was no atmosphere, it’s really close to train station, but old town was about 25 minute walk which was not ideal, we stayed on NYE and the bar closed cause they had a ri ate function on upstairs so was not ideal for the rest of the guests,

Great size room. A bit aged bathroom - slippery bath math while showering  and definitely won’t have a bath here. Location wise good for metro to airport and another connections. Away from busy tourist old town.

This hotel is conveniently located between the bus/train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit dated (especially the bathroom). The pool/spa section was nice and clean but there are not male/female locker-changing rooms so it’s a bit strange. The location is near the city center, the room is spacious, and the TV is new and large. It has a swimming pool and excellent facilities. The breakfast is rich, and there's a paid parking lot. It's a very good resort hotel.
