Alex in reception has given exceptional service. We arrived as my husband had just left hospital and Alex was so helpful and understanding of the issues we were having. Every time we dealt with him, he was professional and very competent. We have stayed in several NH hotels and never received such good service and he is always smiling and reassuring. We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Good location, nice buffet breakfast, suoermarkets across the street. The thing needs to be improved is to put a shower curtain in between the two glass doors on the bath thub to refrain water splashing on to the floor. Maybe that is contemporary design these days

The room size was decent, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The bathroom facilities were complete. It's a 20-minute walk to the church, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There's also a tram stop to the old town. On the last day, I bought breakfast, which was €25 and quite expensive, especially since it was almost all cold food.

The room was much bigger than what you'd typically find in Barcelona. Right across the street, there's a Chinese supermarket. A truly memorable...

The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.

Gorgeous hotel. I wished we stayed longer here. The decorations, the courtyard, and our room are very beautiful. Only small problems with the awkward bathtub door and squeaky bed. The staff was very nice to check us in at 11pm. They did hold our luggage after we checked out to explore a bit more, which was very helpful for us. We just had a great visit at the Tarifa Lances hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. We liked the details and colours in the room and also most of the styling throughout the hotel. All staff was very kind and professional 👌🏽, compliments! We have some little tips for the hotel to become even better than it already is: - the beds are a bit squeeky, especially with al the wood behind it...

Nice hotel, clean rooms, spacious bathroom and amazing breakfast (absolutely worth buying). However the room is bit dark, the pool was closed. Also it would be great if people at the reception speak better English. Nevertheless we felt good here and still recommend it of course.

Location of the hotel is great, parking below the hotel and Mercadona right next door. The hotel was very clean, the room pretty. Only downside was the additional bed in the room for the third person. It was a convertible couch and it felt like you were laying directly on the springs and metal of the couch frame. Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Hotel Tarifa Lances surprised me with how clean and spacious it is—from the rooms and baths to the lush grounds. The lobby staff welcomed us like old friends, and the restaurant, while a bit of a splurge, delivered on quality and ambiance. Plus, being so close to the port made our day trip to Tangier effortless. A great mix of style and practicality.

My daughter and I had a lovely holiday at this hotel. Special mention goes to Sergio the night receptionist who was the reassurance we needed after a stressful journey there from the UK. Our cleaner (Andrea?) was a ‘Diva’ as my daughter says and Patricia at the spa was absolutely lovely. The room and bathroom were spacious with excellent shower and the balcony overlooking the pool was well placed....
