Magical, Authentic, boutique experience! Very amazing location and walkable to everything in Granada. The rooms were clean and unique. This was a memorable place for me and I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Granada! The staff were friendly and kind.

We had a really lovely stay in this hotel. We were happily surprised about the beautiful romantic room and atmosphere. We felt really welcome! In special, our compliments to Raul from the reception and Marie from the breakfast (we hope we remembered the names correctly), they did everything to give us the warm welcome and pleasant stay. Beautiful hotel with charm and character. The location was perfect for wandering the narrow streets, walking to the Alhambra or grabbing a bite to eat. We had a mostly good experience at Palacio de Mariana Pineda. The room was comfortable with ample space. The location is excellent, right next to Plaza Nueva. It was hard to carry my luggage upstairs because there was no elevator, but it was close to the Alhambra. It says Alhambra view, but I could only see about 1cm lol. It was okay because the location was good.

Great location. Room had a beautiful view. Did not have good air conditioning working in November. We were able to keep door open since it was very quiet with just the sound of Mediterranean tide. This property is located right in the heart of the square- the Balcony of Europe. Step Outside your hotel and you have restaurants and shops galore. The hotel staff is excellent and the rooms are very clean. Furniture is basic but we had everything we needed. Some rooms offer an incredible sea view. We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.

Good hotel to take some rest with some nice old-fashioned and functional features in the room, such as a mini fridge with small bottles of water, proper glass cups and a bench to put your bags. Spa with Finnish sauna, unfortunately not available to book together with the room and a fee for whole Spa "circuit" was a bit too high.

We have stayed at the Trinidad before when under Roc ownership. The new owners, Alua have made some improvements but it is far from being a four star hotel and doubt it ever will be. Solid room. The style was a little funky but it was nice and in a great location. Service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff bent over backwards, in other instances we had to ask several times for things (eg to have ac fixed) or they couldn’t answer basic questions and didn’t take initiative to get answers. That said, I’d stay there again and these are things that are easy enough to fix.

Had a stay of a couple nights and the hotel, while simple was very comfortable and cozy. The room had an old style heater that was wall mounted. The bed was very comfortable and the extra blankets in the closet were handy given the night temperatures. Overall a very pleasant stay given the short trip.

From walking through the doors we were made very welcome from the friendly Happy staff. What a beautiful place. We had the studio room and it was BIG with many amenities. The service was top-notch. The manager and other workers could not be more accommodating with luggage, parking etc. If you happen to go to Cordoba (which is a must) everything is within walking distance to this hotel. Also the rooms are very clean and noise free.

This was a lovely sanctuary for us. Geraldo greeted us warmly and offered fantastic suggestions about how to plan our day and evening in Cordoba. I absolutely loved how quiet it was! I slept so well after many nights of disturbed sleep in Madrid. I highly recommend this spot for hospitality and phenomenal sleep!

In many ways, the hotel is a three star one, but the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff are worth more than 3 stars. You can see it's a 3-star hotel in that for example the room didn't have that many amenities and the soundproofing wasn't the best. It's quite a walk from the station. The establishment operates two hotels, and the 'Basic' annex was closed. My navigation initially led me to the wrong entrance; you need to go around to the south side and enter through the main 'DONA' door where the front desk is located. The building has a rather enclosed and confusing layout, with winding corridors that can feel a bit claustrophobic.
