A very pretty setting for the hotel, amongst trees and mainly very quiet. We had a junior suite on the ground floor which, while spacious, had a very strange layout. Hotel was fine in general, all you needed really. However when checking in, we had to wait over 4 hours for our room to be ready due to a lack of “cleaning staff”. I’ve never seen a place cleaner in my life, perfect for me and my wife, especially with my two young children friendly staff absolutely electric, I have never had a better holiday and would throughput recommend to people of all ages an unforgettable getaway.

We stayed here a week, we knew what we had booked and didn’t hope for anything special, for the very accessible price, it’s fine. The apartments are ok, they definitely need a little maintenance, there is a strong smell coming out of the shower, and it’s generally a little under-kept and dirty, but nothing that we didn’t already know. The pool is nice, and the staff is very kind.

We have just come back from here, cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely spotless and kept lovely by the very respectful staff, no fighting for sunbeds as nobody rushes down with towels first thing. Water refill stations by every block, supporting their environment awareness. Just so quiet and in a great setting. Would absolutely return to this lovely accommodation, thank-you!

Great and will stay again. Clean, friendly and helpful stacc. So much better than expected, I didn’t find the bar that expensive and the steps were steep but can always walk round but tbh it kept my holiday weight down!

The property is clean, with all the necessary amenities, the pool is well-maintained, and the reception is always available, beds are a little hard, some kitchen tiles are chipped. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. On foot, you'll have to get used to the stairs to get down to the beach; otherwise, there's a longer road.

Very clean, good location near the sea and everything. Be careful a lot if steps (may be 100) to access the beach and some (arround 20 ) to the pool, so with a baby and stroller it is complicated !!

The room was modern and clean. However, the bathroom smelled musty, even after the cleaning staff had come. The view from the balcony was great; unfortunately, there was no parasol or anything similar, so having breakfast on the balcony was difficult.

The location is the strong point of this establishment, as is the size of the apartments. The pool is clean and quiet. However, beware of theft from the rooms; I advise you not to request housekeeping (it's sloppy anyway) – you risk being robbed! And my complaint to the staff was useless! (My designer perfume, barely opened, disappeared! Beyond its monetary value, it has priceless sentimental value...

Where to start! A perfect mix of a hotel and an apartment. There was 3 of us and the hotel room was a prefect size for us. The complimentary cava at check in is a lovely gesture and a great way to start a city break. The rooftop pool and sitting area gives brilliant views. Would love to stay here again!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at one of the suites. It was beautifully furnished, the rooftop was a great space for relaxing. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is listed located in a quiet area but still very convenient for the city sights. I really appreciated the reception staff too who were very helpful. My family and I have been eating in this restaurant for many many years and always visit when on holiday. The food and service is amazing. You can't do any better than this for the price, although I checked in during low season so maybe the price was much less than it would be in the summer time.

The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the bed was and the room's cleanliness. There were a few chips on the flooring, one of which was in the bathroom, and I could feel it on my feet as it was raised slightly near the shower; these were minor issues. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and modern. The close proximity to the beach is great. The only negative comment would be that the buses drive past the hotel every few minutes which can be annoying during breakfast and dinner. Overall we would recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed for a week in May and enjoyed it immensely. Our room in the first was clean and quiet, and any requests were dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. The food was excellent also and good value for money. I have to give a mention to Lenka and Mauricio, whose good humour and expertise made our stay so memorable.

Great location, short walk to the Main Street and beach. Hotel has all amenities needed, staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are good size, we always choose seaview with balcony. I prefer the old building but this is purely preferential. Both buildings have the same rooms. Some more modern than others. Bathrooms are all the same. The apartment was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. The location is perfect, stunning view of the beach from the balcony and surrounded by restaurants. Everything we wanted and better than we could have ever expected. Looking forward to returning.

We visited Samaritana Suites for a short week vacation. From the start of the visit we were given excellent service from arrival to end of stay – excellent dinner on our first night – better than a visit to a Michelin star restaurant in center of Palma – and absolutely fine service around car / parking. The room was spacious, clean and we great comfort. Absolute excellent hotel and staff.

Amazing! This was my second time staying and it’s hands down one of my favorite places in Mallorca. The staff is incredible and the apartments are perfect.

The location of the apartments is very good. Right in front of the Cala Millor beach. From all the apartments beach can be seen. Very close to local shops, restaurants. Excellent view from the apartments.

I would absolutely recommend this place for families or groups of friends. Direct view to the sea, big bedrooms and big living room, roof terasse with grill accessories... What else do you need?
