We booked a penthouse suite with hot tub. Room - block 1 - lovely , sofa bed in the lounge pulls out to bed but we moved this into the bedroom so we could all sleep together. We stayed at Hotel Lliteras for 13 days while exploring Mallorca on a budget, and it met our needs. The rooms were cleaned, the towels were replaced, and the trash was emptied every two days. Though our side of the hotel was noisy, with sounds from neighboring doors on the same floor and below, earplugs made it manageable. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but this is to be expected in a 1-2 star...

A very nice hotel. The room was also big enough and the beds were comfortable too. We had half board, the breakfast and dinner was plentiful and delicious. The pool also had enough loungers. We felt very comfortable.

A wonderful place to relax, 10 minutes from the beach. It's very child-friendly, with a playroom with a beautiful mural. There's also a chest full of various children's items you can borrow, such as balls, puzzles, shovels, and beach buckets. A three-minute walk from the hotel is a huge, shaded playground for children. I highly recommend it. The service was fantastic and the breakfasts were delicious

We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. Every member of staff were exceptional, always greeted us with a hello, very efficient and professional. Lovely breakfast - would definitely come back

Hotel gave florida gangsters mitel vibe but in a good sense. Nice pinkish architecture. Rooms were nicely done with a fridge adn good balcony. Breakfast stole the show but free ice tea was amazing too. Pool facility was great but could get a bit crowded. Overall amazing hotel

The hotel was just great — perfect location, delicious food, and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was really disappointing. During our 8-day stay, the towels were changed every day, but the bed linen was changed only once. The room itself was never cleaned, the floor was never washed, and there was hair and dirt on the floor from the very first day.

Pool water bloody freezing. We went to main hotel pool by the sea , life guard won’t let us stay at the pool although we stay at sister hotel , we bought drinks from the pool bar. Lifeguard was rude to us. We asked to speak to manager , he didn’t dare to call the hotel manager

Myself and 4 mates stayed here for a long weekend and it certainly exceeded expectations. The bedrooms and inhouse facilities were all spotless and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just booked my second home for the fifth consecutive year. Great location. 4 resorts all within walking distance, if you don't mind a daytime stroll, but right on the border of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. The beach and promenade a 2 minute walk away. Went for 6 nights in October hotel is clean and tidy. Food is basic, I've found something to eat at each meal time. Lacks on snacks throughout the day only sandwiches on offer with no butter which are dry.. sort drinks and alcohol are fine.. Great location. Definitely would go back for a few days break
