Just stayed there for a week with my wife and 3 kids, absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. Pool area was kept clean an tidy. Would definitely go back. The only down side is no hotel restaurant/bar. Highly recommend this place to stay. Staff were all helpful and welcoming too.

Nice apartment with a little kitchen - so perfect for low budget travellers that aim to cook at home. It’s a bit of a walk but totally fine (15 min).  All in all really recommendable.

Stayed here in August with my mum and little girl (3). From arrival to departure all the staff we met were excellent, on occasion going above and beyond for our needs. Ideal location close enough to everything while being slightly out of the way. Rooms were basic but suited our needs and had no issue with the cleanliness. We enjoyed our holiday so much we have booked again for next august.

Staff top notch! Rooms run down and bathroom old and we had a 2 room suite with kitchen. Too many kids that were poorly behaved and loud. Should NOT let kids in the spa area. They destroyed the atmosphere and were wild. Beautiful setting!

My favourite place to stay in Mallorca. Ponent Mar is so peaceful. Rooms are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better in Palmanova.

I recommend this hotel. It's trustworthy. I was absolutely shocked by how many attractions they had for the children, how many games, how many ideas, how well organized. Welcoming staff, great location and good entertainment. Only downside was the area around the main pool was only partially non slip - walking through the bar from the pool could be quite slippery! This was such a pleasant surprise. I booked this holiday for myself and my 14-year-old son. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman. The hotel itself was very clean, spacious and had all of the amenities required for a lovely holiday. There was a few food options on the breakfast and evening meal. We were given the option to sit inside of the restaurant or outside with a lovely view of the pool...

Very close to the main Santa Ponsa beach and nightlife but far enough away to be in a quiet area, highly recommended. Lifts to get up and down to apartment, the apartments pool is a decent size and just next door is the Hotel Casablanca which is connected to the apartments and we were allowed to use the pool and bar there too. Well recommended

Jimmy was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine desire to make sure everything was perfect really stood out. Amazing place lovely staff, Pablo was quite friendly and show us around, really recommend the spa! Close to the beach, good food, cocktails so good Toni great bartender! Apartments big and clean and the hotel well maintained, we can not have a little problem with the shower but as soon as we tell reception the fix team solve it! Coming back next summer!

Better than I expected, I would stay at that hotel again. Everything was fine and very well organized, with good cleanliness and friendly staff.

Incredible, we were pleasantly surprised in every way from the moment we walked through the door. The reception staff, the rooms... a 100% success, if I returned to Mallorca I would return to the same place without hesitation.

Me, my partner and my baby went to Majorca in October and stayed at HSM Calas Park. We were a little worried from some of the reviews, however had the best time! The hotel is in a great location with some nice bars and restaurants around and a 5 min walk to the beach. The rooms are very clean and modern, the little kitchen set up was so handy with us having a baby with sterilising and prepping bottles...

Amazing time here at calas park. The staff are exceptional! Polite and friendly remember your drinks. The rooms are spotless and to a high standard. The food is ok there’s always something you won’t go hungry and food is served from 8am until 11pm. The views are amazing and it’s so quiet just what we needed thank you for an amazing time

We’ve just returned from a 5 day break to HSM Calas Park. We’ve loved every minute of our trip. The hotel is clean and in a good location! The staff work tirelessly to cater for guests. From the animation team to the barmen to the reception team and the restaurant staff, all were welcoming, kind and smiling!! The holiday has been everything we’d hoped it would be and more. Hotel a nice hotel, just the amount of steps down to pool/ bar area ok for younger people but not for us older ones. Rooms where lovely and spotless clean with fresh towels every day. Drinks where good a special shout out to Tano he was the best bar person. Staff work very hard to look after you , no sunbed wars we went down various times and always got one. Food was a bit hit and miss im afraid...
