A fine, small hotel right at the entrance to the old town. We particularly liked the cleaning service (fresh bedding and towels during the week) and the small terrace, where the delicate aromas from the restaurant below made us want to eat. A dynamic, professional, and efficient service team!

My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here and it was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zhero. Thank you to the kind staff who helped me get a taxi to the airport when it was a challenge. The staff friendliness was a highlight of my stay. I would return again next time I’m in Palma. There are a few restaurants nearby and access to a public beach and public transportation.

We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!

Lovely spot outside Palma. Great value for money. Clean tidy. Breakfast was average nothing special. The pool is great but a putty it closes so early. It’s located in a quiet are but just a short walk from the restaurants and beaches. We stayed in the annexe on the second floor overlooking the pool. No problem getting sunbeds. The corridors and rooms are in very good condition and the shower in the bathroom was good. The air conditioning in our room was the best I have had on a holiday - quiet and effective

Light in bathroom wasn’t working properly, when it says parking available, it is only on the streets which is no problem but we should know in advance. Technology was a bit old like lights, AC, and showers.

A simple yet well-maintained property offering excellent value. The room had modern furnishings, a very comfortable bed with a topper, and a lovely balcony with a sea view—a real highlight! Helpful and lovely staff, good quality room and location - AC not working well

The air conditioning didn't work well, it was very old and barely blew fresh air, and to turn on the bathroom light you had to enter it without seeing because it was next to the sink.

Just left this hotel after a 2 week holiday. Can’t fault the staff at all, bar staff Maria, Blanca, Toni and Jose all very friendly and helpful. Martina the entertainer was always about providing activities for everyone and the Diego the lifeguard always making sure everyone is safe and happy. Excellent apartment room 20 me and my wife stayed for 1 week from the 1st October lovely sea view and all the staff throughout were very helpful and super friendly will definitely be going back again.

From start to finish Ana was just so amazing and helpful she went above and beyond for my stay, she is the main reason I would stay there again, the rooms are gorgeous and loads of space the shower is lovely too, all the staff at the poolside bar are just brilliant too, I honestly couldn't recommend these apartments enough!

Agree with other comments that the apartments are basic but spacious. 2 things lacking for us , no bedside lights and the shower pressure is very poor. Fantastic location and other facilities good. Fantastic apartments for the money you won't get any better in Parma Nova. The location is probably one of the best spots you could get for the money. The rooms were clean and tidy. Is grateful if you want a little base to go out and eat at night and have to lunch you and there. We didn't try the food there but we don't anyway. Would definitely come back.

positive: very beautiful sea view, large studio negative: apart-hotel without elevator, work in the hotel during the stay (noise of drill), unsuitable equipment (example: bathtub without suitable cap to retain the water!, hot water tank of 75 L insufficient to take a bath!, connected TV but insufficient wifi! therefore impossible to watch, TV too low compared to the bed canopy.

Very nice staff. The location is excellent, right in front of the sea and the rooms are great. The air conditioner works well and they let you use beach umbrellas, antisun cream, glasses etc. I totally recommend to come here

It's a nice place for the money. Room is huge with big bed and couch. The view is very nice, we enjoyed having wine on the balcony. The owner is a friendly german woman who merry is and explained everything. There is small fridge in the room. Plates and glasses. No kettle or microwave. Parking in the city is free and easy to find.

I lika the room but hotel nets was loudly with a lot of young people. We had a room with two windows and a big terass.

The staff were so lovely, always helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights, the apartment was so nice, clean, had everything we needed. The only downside we had was noisy neighbours with small babies who cried all night keeping us awake, we originally booked hotel nets adults only but wasn’t informed of its closure and us being moved. Overall the hotel was so lush and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Simple, unpretentious pension, excellent location near the port, restaurants, bars and bus stop for easy sightseeing. Clean room with modern bathroom, air conditioning. It was a very nice time we have spent here with my friends. The hostel is not big and very comfortable, situated not far from the beach. It has its own pool in the yard full of flowers, what makes it very cozy. The hostel team is very friendly and attentive, always gave us different tips and took care about us during all our stay there. I can recommend it. For sure we'll be back next year.

Rooms are tiny so it's ideal if you want to spend time outside. Ours had a tv and a balcony. Bathroom looked clean and the price was alright. The hotel is close to the beach, but if you want to walk to Palmas attractions it's going to be a long walk. We didn't see much of the receptionist, but the cleaning lady was nice.

So there were circumstances that I had to stay in a hostel. For me, this is the first time I have lived for a long time in such a place. But all my fears disappeared when I saw it from the inside: the room was cleaned, there was a washing machine, bed linen was clean and changing, shower, pool. There is quite a decent kitchen, nice neighbors. I liked it, I do not regret staying in this hostel.
