Excellent Breakfast, room with sea view with luxury mattress, dinner at a good 4ku. Location on the 5. Parking trouble. Wifi catches perfectly, downloaded movies.

Lovely stay at this hotel for our third time. The entertainment every night was of a high quality and very enjoyable. The food and service in the restaurant was top notice. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Amazing hotel staff were so approachable and caring especially that me and my wife are pure vegetarian and they always went out there way to cater for us we would highly recommend this hotel and it's only a few mins walk to the beach and bars The plus point was they did a off the menu for our 2 year wedding anniversary

Great location in centre of resort. Basic accommodation, but good value for money. Always able to find something good to eat in restaurant. Food plentiful and drinks inexpensive

Comfortable unpretentious hotel. Rooms comfortable and staff very pleasant and helpful. Good location on the seafront. Food excellent though the self service restaurant can be very busy. Pool good but garden a bit small

Hotel is located in the north of the island , which is greener and more beautiful than the south. The beach (where you can watch surfers) and the town are within a short walking distance

Our room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the pool with Mount Teide in the background. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional — especially Jordan at reception

The entertainment was excellent, with plenty of activities throughout the day and fun evening shows. Special mention to Eriani, who was absolutely fantastic at getting everyone involved

The pool was indeed huge, and it should be noted that the water was directly drawn in from the sea, as the hotel was right next to it! This is the only slight downside, as debris from the sea at times , did contribute to a dirty pool which was slightly unpleasant

Brilliant, friendly service from the staff. Apartment was clean and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, and the food was good too

Family trip. Incredible pool. It's seawater and right next to the ocean. When the tide comes in, the waves crash into the pool. The apartment is large and well-equipped. There's a supermarket next to the hotel.

Area very Spanish which we liked . Apartment spacious but drain smell in bathroom.We bought some air freshener No "beach"amenities and pool was dirty and cold.

A little far from the touristy spots (Los Christianos was about a 45 minute bus ride away), but buses were pretty frequent, inexpensive and bus stops were right outside the hotel

sweeping, mopping and generally keeping pools and surrounding areas a lovely place to spend the day. I’m a fussy eater but never left hungry. Thank you Santa Maria for a 2nd brilliant stay. Will definitely be returning!

Returned to the Santa Maria after an excellent stay in January. Requested low floor and pool view as my hubby has walking difficulties. Was given exactly that with added bonus of walk-in shower

From reception to restaurant to lifeguard (struggling get parasol up so he quickly did so for me) to animation staff. Pool guys do an excellent job

Apartment was spacious, very clean and bright. Lots of nice little touches including a bottle of fizz and a card wishing hubby a happy birthday. Lovely letter to thank us for choosing the Santa Maria

The only negatives would be our bathroom had an interesting smell coming from it all week, even after being cleaned, the walls are very thin, so if youre a light sleeper you may struggle

Also they don't really give you any information when you check in, but thankfully id read lots of reviews before going so knew roughly what was going on and where

Staff were welcoming and friendly however I feel as though we couldve been given more information on the services/activities on offer at the hotel as it was only on our 4th day that we found the minigolf/gardens ect

The animation team were great fun, we were very impressed with the free activities offered (archery and shooting being our favourite)

We highly recommend this hotel. The food is delicious, everything is fresh and varied. The view from the top of the hotel is amazing, the pool is amazing, clean, and the jacuzzi is amazing

Pool area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds to choose from and a complimentary snack bar for all inclusive guests

We had a very pleasant stay at Catalonia Oro Negro. The services were good overall, and Monica from the reception was especially kind and helpful. We also received a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise

The hotel is in a great location — very close to the beach, with a supermarket just 5 minutes away, and various restaurants within a 10-minute walk

The room was comfortable and suitable for a couple. One thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom developed an unpleasant smell from the drainage system at some point, but it eventually resolved on its own

Both at breakfast and dinner there were chefs cooking on the spot – preparing omelettes and pancakes in the morning, and fish or meat in the evening right in front of the guests

The cocktails at the bar were very good, especially the piña colada. Everyone working at the reception, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping was very friendly and welcoming

We celebrated my husband’s birthday whilst we were there, and they gave us a bottle of champagne ! The entertainment staff were amazing too ! Highly recommend !

It was our first visit to Tenerife we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Concordia playa Hotel Puerto De Cruz was in a very good location. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff very friendly

We used the Taxi a few times and the price they change is very reasonable

Enough of all groups of staff spoke perfect English too Food was ok and the pool area was nice too

To complainers about the hotel pool - cmon guys get a life, there are plenty of excellent beaches nearby, walking distance away

Location - very good with shops, supermarkets and a beach are just around. The only complaint was the crowd outside cheering for EURO 2024 qualification games every day. They were damn loud until after midnight

Staff were brilliant and very polite. Rooms were basic but expected for the price. However, boyfriend loved the bum washer. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Good location, right by the beach

Would also like to thank Catie, the swimming pool bartender (I believe I got the name right), she is amazing at what she does, always working with a smile on her face and she was just such a nice lady it was lovely to meet and chat with her

Some of the reception staff seemed miserable and offish for the start of our visit of checking in. They were helpful in ways of getting Beach towels that were 25 Euro deposits each

If you are visiting for a nice relaxing stay i would say this hotel is awfully loud at night! The roof top bar is on the 7th floor and played until late, we stayed on Level 5 and it was still so loud you could hear the bass of the songs which wasn’t great to sleep in

I walked through the reception on our third day and someone was at the help desk a normal couple asking a question and the person at the desk was speaking back to them in a horrible manner! i was shocked, their tone was awful and spoke in a very argumentative way

We were sat in the restaurant while there was a storm outside and it started flooding(nothing that they could do) they tried their best to sweep it away and put towels by the door to stop the floor and moved everyone from the side that it was coming from

The waitor and waitress staff in the restaurant were nice but could be more observant with how many plates are on tables i had seen multiple tables with at least 6 plates stacked just sat there while there was no fresh plates waiting to be used

The bar staff were nice there was a few in the downstairs bar that weren’t as friendly but i suppose they work long hours but still need to be better with their service skills

Place needs a revamp as does the pool. Studios are tired but well designed good selection of equipment. Bathroom shower could do with a clean and deep clean the tiles. Fairly central with good eateries nearby

Had a wonderful stay at Coral Teide Mar! Everything was great from start to finish. The room was especially impressive—very well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Always a warm welcome from the staff who go beyond to make sure you have a special stay 😊 perfect location to explore the surrounding areas, pick ups available for excursions around the island, and plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance

Considering the price, the hotel was very good. It fully matched what we paid for. The room was cleaned regularly, the trash was taken out, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming

The pool was fantastic and the grounds were very well maintained, with grass and luscious plants and trees. It was very peaceful around the pool, no loud music

It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days

The hotel food is good, and I also want to commend the handsome young man at the front desk; his service was superb, and he even guided me on how to park—he was incredibly nice! The cleaning lady was also incredibly kind

This year we were on the second floor just above the restaurant and no sun on the balcony until late in the afternoon

I asked if next time we could state our preferences when booking and without hesitation we were given another room overlooking the garden with lots of sunshine

The hotel’s location is another big advantage – right in the heart of Costa Adeje, just a few minutes’ walk from stunning beaches, luxurious shops, and restaurants

The hotel was very close to the seafront and my room had a sea view. The immediate surroundings were very busy and built up with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep

The beach nearest was fine but the prettier beaches were a walk away along the promenade. The front of the hotel was directly onto a busy street with steps leading up to the entrance

The pool area was large and well kept and I never had a problem getting a Sunbed. Food at the pool bar was delicious

From the balcony I could see the sea which was nice

This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the rooms are modern & clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. I had breakfast every morning & there was a great choice ( I'm vegetarian)

We have front room with two balconies and the views are amazing. Pool area lovely and more than plenty beds for everyone whatever time you come down to the pool

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Returned home on the 10th February. On arrival swift smooth check in and was greeted by Natalia on reception. Our room was side sea view on the 2nd floor with decent size balcony

00 for 2 sunbeds with parasol with waiter service for beach bar and food. Costa Adeje is about 45 minutes coastal stroll, which leads on to Las Americas and Los Cristianos where it is very lively

We had room with balcony facing the sea. The view is really nice, i think that are 200m to the sea. People were really nice and helpful. We had only breakfast included

The room has a separate lounge area with tv , seating , and with basic kitchen but had everything we needed. But the location is perfect for us. Breakfast was amazing with all choices you could want

We really appreciate spend time in the pool area where one evening we participated to a dinner event when we ate very good dishes tipical of the different Canary Islands and we try also wine made in Tenerife itself

Recently returned from a 2 week stay. Fantastic hotel lovely friendly staff very clean rooms. Can’t fault anything made to feel very welcomed and really enjoyed our stay will definitely return and recommend

40 am due to delays and the restaurant had been closed for hours. But knowing that we may be hungry, we were met with a small buffet ( amazing!) The room is incredible and suitably located for my mobility

I've just come home 🏡 from 10 nights. The staff go above and beyond. The food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere and facilities are fabulous. I loved every minute I spent there

We got a move to a pool view room it was a nice room with nice views , air con could be better, maid service good We stayed bed and breakfast , the breakfast was very good and the staff were really nice and helpful

There are sunbeds, 2 hot tubs and drinks available too at the rooftop. Mostly older people in the hotel, so nice and quiet

I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR but FOR 2 WEEKS because 19 nights wasn't long enough. Thank you all for making my holiday in Puerto de la Cruz the best solo holiday I've ever had

The pools are fantastic; they're on the hotel's rooftop, and it's fantastic. The service and attention were top-notch. Plus, if you don't rent a car, the bus station is right next door, which is fantastic

The rooms are newly renovated, have a large balcony, and if you're lucky, you'll have a view of the city and not the neighboring hotel. Location: a bit far from the beaches, but close to the bus station

Close to the beach, rich breakfast

This hotel is very close to the largest bus terminal, less than five minutes' walk, and very convenient to the airport. The front desk staff are also very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast has a huge variety and something for everyone—it's great! The rooms are also cleaned daily, leaving them spotless without touching or moving your belongings

The hotel is located very nicely, near the beach. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is all very good with a variety of different foods for different cultures each day. The rooms are decorated nicely and spacious

The pool is very big, one with a slide another with lots of space for swimming

This hotel is perfect for families and people who like activities. The location is perfect,close to shops,beach and airport as well as Siam park. Atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly

Lorenzo,Eline, Francesca, Alessio,Georgia,Nikoletta,Arianna,Laura, Marco,Nico and Alex are brilliant at the animation and also performing amazing night shows. They are very dedicated to what they do

The animation team are always so happy and cheerful while working which makes everyone around them even happier. They work extra hard during the day, while also performing a show every night

There is a kids club for the smaller boys and girls and different activities for adults and older children + teenagers including archery, football, ping pong, water polo and lots more

Enjoyed stay at Los Olivos, staff were very nice, food was good,room was clean. Only let down was room not cleaned. Had to tell them it had not been cleaned after asking for it to be cleaned the previous day

Good quality rooms and balcony. The kitchen area is also helpful with a kettle, iron and toaster. The Skybar is really nice and the infinity pool on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend.

Over all pleased We stayed in a 2 bedroom duplex villa with private plunge pool/jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and overall was clean, decor a pit grubby and could do with a frehenup

Very good food and location The hotel was 3 minutes from the beach which was a big plus. The hotel was good but the sofa bed was not very comfortable, it needs a new mattress

We went on a holiday as a family of 18 and we had the most fantastic time the staff were amazing cannot do enough for you the food was amazing lots of choices and a kids corner with plastic plates bowls and cutlery for them there is a pool baby pool and a splash pad there was one small issue the splash pad had a bridge you could go over I didn’t go over it my niece did and she said it was a bit slippery...

The pool area was clean and tidy, only downside was no inflatables in the pool however they do have different things going on in the pool for the kids to join in on regularly

A fantastic family holiday spent here! We had room 240 which was so spacious, sun loungers on the balcony and a sea view

Food was to a good standard something for everybody at every meal time, pool snack bar handy for the kids

It really is a paradise for children and makes things much less stressful for parents. The pools are very clean and clearly well maintained, which we really appreciated

The service and atmosphere created by all of the staff was second to none but the star of the show was ENZO in all honesty he made our holiday went above and beyond he really deserves some recognition as the effort he makes i'm sure goes above and beyond what is expected

Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. Roof top pool is a lovely space to go and relax and sunbath if u just want to chill

Rooms were clean & of a decent standard however the mattresses on the bed were very firm & the pillows were thin & very uncomfortable so very difficult to get a good nights sleep!!  Rooftop pool area was good for making the most of the Tenerife weather but again the sun loungers were very out dated & uncomfortable

But the black out electric blinds where the best idea ever. There are signs everywhere about zero tolerance at the pool for parties and glass drinks and that you would be removed from the hotel

Had to pay for the safe and the first card the gave didn't work. Pool towel deposit was 20 euro for one. We could wall to lovely roof top pool via 1 flight of stairs

  Swimming Pool & jacuzzi were basic & did not get cleaned at any time during my 3 night stay

The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the shopping areas and the local restaurants
