Coded front door and rooms were great (no loosing key or keycard!)
Location perfect, a stones throw away from the beach, shops and restaurants galore!
Lovely private balcony area to people watch/sunbathe!
Room service/clean tidy everyday
Lovely terrace to escape from the madness of Adeje, too! Spent 6 nights here, but would suggest booking directly rather than through a 3rd party as we had issues with the company we booked with (Love Holidays) communicating between us and hotel
Fantastic location, clean comfortable rooms. Beautiful terrace to relax on.
Top tip, contact the apartment 24 hours before arrival to get room number and security code for doors. No reception area.
Not sure why this place has some bad reviews. Clean, tidy, spacious, good location with a sunny outdoor, semi private terrace. Very good value in comparison to other properties in the area
Love this place been 3 times already booking for next holiday. Love the informality, Very clean. Love the terrace so can mix with others or keep to yourselfs. Ideal for us.
At the very least, make contact with the hotel directly to make arrangements with them for access. Otherwise we had a great time here!

Firstly I will start by saying don't go on people's reviews mostly negative these apartments are really nice clean the food is amazing value all breakfast dinner and tea can't fault it the staff equally amazing the main pools by the outside bar are very cold but that's for me isn't an issue because if you go to the back of the apartments there is a lovely pool with a man made waterfall
Third visit here with our group in a room only basis.. Ticks most of the boxes once again. Clean, location geat, staff are helpful. Pool can get a bit noisy some days, but would return once again.
There’s something disarming about KN Aparthotel Columbus in Tenerife. It isn’t flashy or trying to sell you an illusion
The balcony views stretch wide and forgiving, the poolside hums with a rhythm that makes you forget the clock, and the staff move with that easy island grace that says, “no rush, you’re here now
It’s a place that knows what it is: a comfortable, lived‑in base camp for people chasing sun, late mornings, and maybe a hangover or two. Three nights here on my own felt less like an escape and more like a quiet reset
A great hotel with a four star plus experience
Entertainment staff amazing
Lifeguard and security guard amazing
Food is excellent and plentiful
A hotel I will return to time and time again.
Well done xx

Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great
Best value price service, excellent swimming pool
The beach and other sights (e. Siam park) are close by and easy accessable by car or taxi
The room was huge but needs some renovation (e. there was a broken flagstone in my bath room and a rupture on the couch)
There are lots of activities you can do in the hotel (pool, sauna, spa, gym, table tennis, billiard and other games) and the golf area around looks great from above (I don't play golf though)
Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion
Wonderful experience. Very good amenities, friendly and warm staff.
Located 2 lines from the sea, in fact, very close. Exceptionally cooked and fed! There is everything - seafood, chicken, lamb, etc. ! In the morning in the restaurant, brut champagne is made from alcohol
Enjoying the food and location. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. Staff friendly and service good. Restaurant staff clear tables and nothing too much trouble for them
The adult pool gets most of it's sun the furthest area away from the pool bar. Around the pool bar it's quite shady but the sun during the early part of the day is in the open tv middle bar area
Room cleaned every day if you want. We were all inclusive, food was really lovely and a great selection to choose from. There are three pools and the one we used was adults only
Pool towels can be obtained via the spa at no deposit just card given on arrival but make sure you take the towels to reception when you are leaving for them to check them off
No issues over sun loungers as there are plenty, the pool and surrounds were so clean. Each day there were pool activities and drinks and food available at the pool bar
Nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Clean and nice pools. Food is very good. Rooms are very large and we'll equipped. Cleaning service could be better but overall very good hotel.
great place to go great service great workers good food selection great atmosphere good location and great bar and entertainment
3 nice pools, loads of sunbeds, never had a problem getting a sun bed at any time of the day. The top pool could do with a bar up there as it is along way to walk down to get a drink
The area was nice with some shops and restaurants around. A short bus to the more lively places. Nice black sand beach within walking distance
Hotel in lovely location with lots of nice bars and close to beach. The hotel is on a steep hill so anyone with mobility issues should avoid this hotel as there are lots of steps in places
The rooms are huge,so much space-2 balconies-yes no air con which is a shame but manageable and wasn’t a major problem. Lots of storage space-Clean and functional. Housekeeping every other day which is fine

High standard hotel with excellent pools and activities for families
All inclusive drinks was all branded too!
Hotel is very very clean, staff friendly and all round a fantastic trip! My only feedback would be the evening entertainment could be better and also some afternoon pool entertainment would be good
Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Pool and pool bar were lovely. The food was amazing, definitely worth getting all inclusive. The room was brilliant and very big. Cleaners came in daily, very kind staff
Breakfast buffet was just ok but everything else about this hotel was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Very safe are and close walk to the playa America's.
Amazing Hotel
Fantastic hotel, probably the best I have ever stayed in, all inclusive was the best, steaks, roasted lamb, real top quality food
Area around the hotel not so great, but the moment you walk inside the premises, it was very good, would highly recommend

The main pool has a party atmosphere, but are two more pools if you prefer it quieter. The food has been good especially the pate and warm french bread, pulled pork, roast beef and the soup
Very loud but in good location, pool area great would not take my kids again but would stay for a girlie break. Rooms clean but furniture was broken and needs an update. Staff very helpful.
I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits
We have came here about 8 times and never had a bad experience. Our last day today and we have enjoyed it. The staff are great, room was clean however food wasn’t the best (we knew this anyway)
No complaints about the hotel, you get what you pay for. Be careful at the bar at the end of the road. they pulled a knife out on a boy at our hotel when he was sitting quiet, the
I've enjoyed everything I've eaten. The drinks are plentiful sangria is rocket fuel. Ignore the negative comments this is a great hotel Enjoy
Perfect place for relaxing break/holiday. 5min walk to beach. Shops and restaurants 1minute walk, plenty of options. Very clean everywhere, would definitely go back.
Nice
- staff
- ocean/swimmingpool-view
- rooms
Kitchen a little bit small.
I recently stayed at Pearly Grey Ocean Club Apartments & Suites and wanted to share my experience. First, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of the stay
Nice and clean hotel in a quiet part of Callao Salvaje
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to our overall experience. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement
Cleaning is only done twice a week, which might not be ideal for guests staying for longer periods. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In our case, the fan in Room 205 wasn’t working

Furthermore, the relationship between quality and price is outstanding, making it a great choice for travelers. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a pleasant and rewarding stay
The only thing I can fault is that some background music might have added to the atmosphere. The apartments are all white marble with rust red accents. We had a street view balcony and asked to be changed to a pool view
My recent experience at Apartamentos Casablanca in Puerto de la Cruz was truly exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the quality of the facilities and amenities exceeded my expectations
The service provided by the staff was exemplary, demonstrating professionalism and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
My recent visit to Apartamentos Casablanca in Puerto de la Cruz was truly delightful. I am pleased to rate my experience with five stars across the board
Incredible apartment, comfortable, spacious, and clean. It has everything you need to stay. Spacious and close to shops and the beach, a definite must-visit.

45 and being very warm compared to the cold pool and a baby pool being very shallow also lots of shops within less than a range between 1-5 minutes unless you take the 10 minute walk to the beach with a plentiful amount of shops and beautiful restaurants and in the dock there is a tunnel leading to even more beach and restaurants all tasting lovely
Stayed here in April, decent and clean but a massive flaw is the sunbed situation, not enough of them and we were forced to go the beach most days as we had nowhere to relax
Fresh and clean rooms (the housekeeping staff are incredibly helpful), a great location, a heated pool year-round, enjoyable musical entertainment every evening, and above all, exceptionally service-oriented, efficient, and friendly staff throughout the hotel
I enjoyed the fact that there was 6 different pools ranging from a deep one going down to 2. 05 and a medium pool with it's deepest being 1
Elderly people will struggle on arrival taking luggage to rooms as there's no lifts either and stairs are steep if you're on the upper floors. Can't fault the rooms and food but pool area a let down
We stayed on the top floor with a rooftop terrace and an unparalleled view of Los Cristianos! The head receptionist is absolutely phenomenal and incredibly dedicated to taking care of the hotel’s guests in the best possible way

Great apartments, really nice views. Location is great too.
Pool a bit too cold,.
The food in BB Lounge is low quality, unfortunately.
Restaurants KAR Bon and especially CHAR are excellent.
Despite reporting it each time, the problem has never been resolved. I keep being told that a technician will check it, either that night or the next morning, but nothing has changed. This has now happened five times
If it was not fixed the first few times, why is the same response being repeated???
Tonight, I had to walk to the hotel’s public shower room basically in the middle of my shower, with wet hair and my towel
This is making me very vulnerable and absolutely unacceptable for a FIVE-STAR HOTEL?
I am concerned about they are incapable of providing effective, satisfying responses on my issue, or any other issues if they ever arise
The stay so far does not feel up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I am staying from November 11–19, and every single night I have had issues with the shower temperature
Our suite (one of the smaller ones by all accounts) was a great size with an excellent sized balcony complete with loungers, table and seating. Full kitchen, double sinks in the bathroom, with separate shower and bath

My wife and I stayed in the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach adults only hotel for five nights in late September 2025. We hadn’t had chance to get a holiday all year and needed some rest and relaxation
The rooms are stunning, the rooftop pool and bar very quiet and relaxing. Staff are all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is sooooo good - with tables outside or in
Spacious room with a huge balcony and incredibly comfortable bed. The service at this hotel really stands out, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after
We love our 10 day stay at Royal Hideaway Corales. All staff are really wonderful. We have breakfast and dinner included. The balcony is private and large
Special shoutout to our waiter Paolo who greeted us with a smile every morning and was super attentive! Would highly recommend this hotel
The room was spotless all staff in hotel where very helpful and polite. The breakfast was smazong I would definitely go back.

We just came back from a 7 night stay. Our room and the hotel is always spotless. The staff and constantly cleaning. The room was modern and had everything you needed too. Same with the pool area was amazing
Very nice and clean hotel in a good location of town. The room felt large with a balcony view of the pool area, and we were met by a nice and service minded staff all together. Warm recommendations.
Good hotel if your looking for a quiet holiday. Adult only so no screaming kids bonus. Room was great, really clean and only a 5 min walk to the beach
The pool are was lovely also, not huge just right, sunbeds very comfortable and it wasn't noisy around the pool at all, very relaxing
Very helpful staff members, clean rooms, very private and well organised, excellent choices of food and drinks! Overall 5/5. We enjoyed our holidays a lot! Very close to the beach
We always managed to find sunbeds (in the height of summer holidays). Different cuisine each night and always delicious

Basically got what we paid , 3 Star hotel , rooms ok , bathroom ok but could do with a make over , both very tired Towels in bathroom not great and although maids come everyday , bed sheets only changed twice in 7 days Breakfast ok , but reheating food from last nights dinner, wrong Staff great All helpful Convenient for couple of bars and very good Italian restaurant
Location perfect extremely clean breakfast lovely staff Tried ringing but no answer friendly especially the guy at poolside bar.apartment lovely
A very nice hotel for friends or couples who want to be close to the sea. The breakfast is nice.
Lovely hotel, amazing staff, great pool. Lovely cocktails and bar food, great value too coffee 1 euro 30. Bars around hotel if want more lively
The location was far from optimal: it was impossible to reach the beach walking ( in particular with a stroller) and the area around the hotel was not particularly attractive

The iced coffee was lovely and the staff were fabulous. The cleaners were out every morning cleaning the entire pool area throroughly. We enjoyed the snooker table too for €1
The rooms are lovely and clean and quiet large
All the amenities you want in the kitchen including fridge
Staff are always fantastic
This is why we always come back to the Paloma as often as we can
Pool was immaculately clean, floor space around the pool washed every day except Sunday, staff was very friendly & helpful, room was clean, simple and well apportioned with air con in the bedroom
Excellent location, and we'll managed complex close to beaches, supermarkets and bars & restaurants. Good kids facilities and twin pools. I always use 'Tenerife Luxury' when booking to get a premium PB apartment
Had a brilliant stay at Paloma Beach. We had a lovely apartment which had everything needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was the hot tub was not working
The pool was fantastic and we loved hiring the fancy day beds around the pool. The only thing we weren’t sold on was the small cafe/bar, it smelled like a grease and smoke

The staff at reception lovely and the cleaners every where i always said hello and pool bar man friendly life gaurd nice to cant fault it lovely stay 😊
Pool easy to have a clear swim when I used it
Bottle of water in fridge for arrival which was a nice touch. Close to eating areas and about 15 mins to beach. Our major issue was sunbeds at the pool
Hotel was wonderful. Food in pool bar and restaurant was very good. Everywhere very clean. Lovely heated pool. Staff great. Room had everything we needed. We will definitely go there again.
Ok but could be great
Great location, rooms run down and outdated, solid foam mattress 😲very slippery at poolside, nice pool bar,if you can get a sunbed,no iron, iron board, brush ,mop etc,no air con
Asked lady at reception and was basically told (without looking up from her computer screen) not enough beds and better luck tomorrow getting one! We left after 2 days as relaxing by the pool is a big part of a holiday for us

Currently at Big Sur at the moment on our honey moon. Arrived to bubbly, beautiful sea view room, entered to a ice cold bottle of cava and truffles
Didn’t get a beach view, on the whole the staff were very good, apart from some misunderstanding, possibly as I am not able to speak or understand Spanish.
It felt like they were going out of the way to make your trip comfortable and special
Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s
Fabulous holiday- the staff could not be more helpful & considerate, the facilities were perfect for a traveller with mobility issues; super clean, spacious, lovely food and perfect access to lots of lovely restaurants
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great, struggled to lower the temperature from 28c to 25c despite being on all night

I love this hotel. Has his own style, beautiful view from rooms, good food. Now, channeling it for repairs and what will be the renovation of the unknown).
The bar serves great sangria! The staff is polite. We were by car so had no problems at all, visited all the beaches
The view from the Windows are incredible! Unforgettable ocean!
Hotel will be really fine as it is ready. Now a little bit handyman and noise. Food is delicous and people of hotel are marvellous! Service really good and I love my room! Especially the shower. 🎅
Was an amazing feeling of comfort during my stay in this object. The food offer is various and delicious. The mesmerizing view from the balcony is story telling about the vast ocean. I liked it!
Rested the three of us in adjoining rooms in October 2015. Unpretentious little hotel for little money. No kettle, corkscrew in the apartment! Dishes enough. Wi-fi near reception are good

Rooms are okay, do the job for the price can’t really complain, 5 star simply because of the lifeguard/barista at the pool amazing service and she was very nice and approachable.
The fresh bedding and towels carried a strong scent of detergent—very fresh and pleasant just like mummas washing (you know what I'm talking about) :)
Upon entering the apartment, immediately to the left was the bathroom, which was spotless
I was initially apprehensive after reading a few negative reviews, but please don’t let them put you off. I usually stay in 4- and 5-star all-inclusive hotels, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 3-star
However, it exceeded my expectations, and I was more than happy upon entering my modern, clean, and well-equipped room. (No cockroaches or bed bugs, as previously mentioned in another review
)
I stayed here with a friend during the last week of February into March. We booked a self-catering apartment with a solarium terrace. 10 minute walk to the strip which was perfect
Leaving the bathroom, a left turn down a short hallway led to the bedroom area, which was spacious and equipped with two single beds (or a double)

The hotel also seemed good in case you would consider staying for a workcation or just business as wifi quality was very good in the rooms and the rooms even had an ethernet connection
The room is spacious. The hotel has all facilities you need. Staff are very welcoming.
Beautiful boutique hotel, went half board, plenty of options with food both at breakfast and evening meal. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Lots of steps to get down to pool if your room is near reception
It is a smaller hotel which we enjoyed as it was quite and not overcrowded. The pool was big enough and if you did not sleep in, getting sunbeds (we went in 2nd half of September) wasn't a big problem next to the pool
The hotel was beautiful! The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.
Not only were the omelets absolutely perfect, but his cheerful personality truly lit up every morning. The hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. While it’s not the newest, it’s very well-maintained
