The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed - cutlery, crockery etc. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was lovely. The pool was small but perfect. We never had a problem getting a lounger
The pool bar served lovely drinks and food. The gym was basic and some of the equipment didn't work, so we ended up not using it. It was too hot as well as no a/c. But that was a very minor negative
I stayed here with my daughter last year. The hotel is in a great location. Close to bus stop, shops, beach and restaurants. There is a Lidl about 15 mins walk for shopping
The beach is a short walk, although we went to a beach in the next town Los Gigantes and it was better! The breakfast we had included was great. Self catering was possible but limited in the apartment
The apartment had 3 bedrooms and was clean and spacious for a family of 5. The pool area was small but suitable for our family and we always got a sun lounger
The breakfast was amazing!!! So much choice every day, we couldn't have asked for more. It was the best thing about the hotel in our opinion. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely come back to this hotel

The location is wonderful, near the sea and multiple restaurants so couldn’t be better. My main gripe is that we booked a pool View room which sounds very nice
Nice clean pool area. Very local to all amenities, perfect location for the beach, bar's and restaurants.
Amazing complex. Service and food fantastic. Very friendly and professional staff. Fabulous location near beach and so many restaurants. Apartments spacious and very clean. Highly recommended.
A lovely hotel very close to the beach. Turns out the hotel was In the process of upgrading the facilities which led to a nicer than expected room. Our room was right opposite bars though so quite noisy
There are steps everywhere, many without rails so are dangerous for this 82 yer old. Steps to the front of our room without anything to hold onto which for me could be unsafe
Fantastic location, plenty of restaurants outside the hotel. very clean refurbished one bed apartment. Everything you could ask for breakfast. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Cold pool but kids didn't care

I stayed here for a week and i was worried by the reviews. Basic, clean, comfortable and cheap. Cleaning was offered daily and staff were all lovely. Shops 1 min away and a nice walk down to the beach approx 10mins away
If your mobility isnt great then i would suggest a taxi back, 5 euros. There was general noice but nothing to complain about. I would recommend these apartments if your looking for cheap and cheerful
The food and drink prices at the pool were reasonable. We were in room 202 it was clean and not noisy. Location was good much better than where we stayed previously in tenerife (further up the hill)
The weather in Puerto is nice all year round: although I went in October, I was able to have a swim in the outdoor pool (the weather was brilliant!) Re
If, like me, you want peace and quiet, I would suggest ground-floor, away from the swimming pool
An extremely happy stay at the Pez Azul for a very reasonable price. Room cleaned every day, blackout blinds in room for a good sleep, fridge/freezer to store food. Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice

We absolutely loved it and we will be back next year! Thank you!
Nice, tidy but tired rooms. Lovely views, great location. Disappointment 😞 with food, half board only but was hungry 💁♀️. Nice people and service.
Great location, good amenities and lovely pool
First of all I want to say thanks to the receptionists and the amazing cleaners that were doing a superb job and being very friendly and helpful!
We had a great stay at Bahia Playa and loved the location and the pools! The big pool is heated to 24 degrees so well above that in the afternoon on a sunny day!
The food was not very exciting but there are...
The hotel is in a quieter part of the town but there are bars and restaurants close by. The beaches are also nearby but there was no swimming while we were there as the sea was polluted
The Location is absolutely stand out , sea views , near beach , easy to walk into De La Cruz. Parking is difficult in the area but not impossible. I’d stay here again because of Thomas and because of the location
We stayed here for 5 nights in late October 2024 and really enjoyed the time. The hotel is split into 2 large buildings with a swimming pool in between
Some days the pool is empty, others - mostly in the evening, the residents come for a swim. Think the pool bar is closed on a Wednesday and Thursday. Lovely food and drink there, very friendly too
A very special mention to the wonderful Shambhu at the Alondras apartments, he went above and beyond to help us as my niece was moving to Las Rosa on a permanent basis and we had so much to sort out why a gentleman! Look forward to going there again in the near future Thanks again Nicola Ashley and Kayleigh
We are just leaving today after a 5 day stay and it was a wonderful place it's a very quiet residential area but has everything on our doorstep and plenty of buses into Los Cristianos and Las Americas for a busier time
Alondras park is a peaceful and relaxing apartment complex. The people who live there and the locals of the area are so friendly. Alondras park is a lovely way to absorb the local culture of Tenerife
As soon as my partner and I arrived Shambhu made us feel right at home! Any questions we had he was more than happy to answer. The apartment was lovely and clean, beds were super comfy
The highlight of our holiday was the hospitality given to us by Shambhu! He is such a kind and helpful man, if you have any queries or problems Shambhu is always keen to help

I had a fabulous break in Tenerife for a week staying at the Oro Blanco apartments in November. The flights and accommodation package booked was cheap, so I didn't expect a massive room on arrival
The staff at the hotel were friendly including the lovely woman who served at the Hotel Pool Bar. I couldn't quite work out why the bar didn't stay open until later as it shut at 6pm
Pool area closed at 7pm half way through holiday which was not ideal if you don't want to stay out after dinner or can't stay out late due to Kids even leave the area lit to allow people to bring a couple cans of their own to drink around the pool
Room decor needs updating. Staff were very friendly and hard working. Especially in the restaurant and house keeping. Rooftop pool while not heated was warm enough to cool off at the end of the day with a good view.
The rooms were perfect, clean and enough space to chill after a night out. 24hr entrance which is perfect. Food nice but service stops at 4pm which was a little early for an evening meal. Great pool
Feel the need to do this as reviews like this sometimes make my final decision when booking a hotel abroad! Stayed in this hotel from the 26th May to June 5 2018 and this hotel came up the cheapest on a lot of holiday sites, but don’t be put off by that

Can't fault the place for the money we paid, big spacious apartment we had with amazing views, lovely pool area and bar, friendly staff, and a onsite supermarket for everything you need, it's a 25min walk to the beach and we only paid 5 Euros back up the hill tho we once walked to los cristianos and back and walked to los americas twice to meet friends so we ain't frightened of a little exercise,...
There are loads of sunbeds, it was lovely and quiet and very relaxing. We stayed in a three bed apartment. We knew it was 3 stars and weren't expecting much, but we were disappointed
A nice quiet hotel with what is needed for a decent stay. Good points *hotel restaurant and bar , food is good, reasonably priced. *plenty of sunbeds , no one fighting for them. *gorgeous view *pool is nice
Minimal entertainment for kids. It’s a good 25 min walk down to the beach etc. This hotel could have more going on but I suspect they’re up against other hotels that aren’t so far away from the centre
The complex was really clean and the staff nice and friendly. The pool area was lovely and the pool bar reasonably priced. The food was great for breakfasts, snacks and evening meal
Had a fantastic stay , very clean rooms , value for money , only bug bear pulling cases up hill , pretty steep hill !!!!! Other than that we will be staying here again .
Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple...
Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people
Rooms, pool and staff were excellent. Loved our stay here.
There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music
We loved the wibe and place! Downfall was bed it was broken, loud and sleeping like on scout beds. My back was in agony!
Otherwise it was perfect stay
Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative
Even on check out I was allowed to still use the pool and put my luggage in the luggage room, thanks you xxx
We have been coming here many years and get what we expect for 2 star. Staff amazing, pool area great etc. However, this time the apartment was filthy! The electric kept going out and the microwave nearly blew up
Boy oh boy, am I glad we took the chance! We all opted for steaks off the grill. 2 T-Bones, a Sirloin and a Fillet was ordered. We got chips, salad and grilled seasonal vegetables as our sides
They take the time to interact with you but in a subtle, non-invasive way and with such an easy, natural manner that you feel like you are amongst your friends, eating in their home with them hosting you
The flavour on the bark was so well balanced and just perfectly complimented the sides. The cook on it - medium rare - was perfect. So succulent, juicy and flavourful! Top notch food for sure
I cannot rate this place high enough! I wish there were 10 stars available! Stumbled upon this place because the restaurant we were initially intent on was unexpectedly closed

Excellent location, spacious rooms, very happy with our choice of accommodation. Only thing that would have improved it would be heated pool, but for a beach front property it’s not an issue
Vista Sur apartments are in a perfect location, a few paces from a beautiful beach. It was very well situated for shops and restaurants. The pool was small but spotlessly clean. Sunbeds were always available
The cleaning staff are the best. Our apartment was constantly cleaned and towels changed. The location is brilliant in walking distance of beach restaurants shops and bars …I would highly recommend Vistasur Apartments
firstly I do not know why this is not 4 star…The whole complex is amazing. The staff are first class and so helpful. The guys at the pool are fantastic always have beds ready and very friendly
The entire process was really straight forward. Front-line property on a particularly nice stretch of Las Vistas beach, a short walk from absolutely everything but not as noisy as other areas nearby
These apartments are fantastic. We had a seaview room 137 and what a fantastic view. All the staff on reception always had a smile and only to happy to give you any information

Great location! The old town, the beach, the bus station, everything is nearby. Everything is very old and typical Spanish. There is a pool, but it's not very nice
The position is great, right in the square where with the action is. the roof top pool is great and the roof had the advantage of a patio where you can smoke, even when the pool is shut ( pool opens 10-18
I never leave any review, a little because of time and a little because I don't know what to write, here but I have to. I don't understand the bad reviews they leave, because they do it
THERE ARE COCKROACHES!!! On the last day before checkout, there was no hot water, which was terribly uncomfortable! The pros: location, good price!
Some of us had internal rooms with no balcony, this was not made clear when we booked, however in some ways this was an advantage in the end, our friends in the adjoining hotel tropical who had balcony got a lot of noise from the square till after midnight
The TV was terrible and although they advertised satellite TV there was no way you could change the language to English as the hotel has some how locked the language to German or Spanish

Great apartments and access to private swimming pools
1st floor pool side apartments have large private sun bathing area or top floor has private roof areas. For cooking, no large cooking knives, spoons, tin opener or cork screw only a spatula
Don't go all inclusive they do not do food you have to go to the hotel over the round and the food is awful. 10 min walk to the beach and nice restaurants at the front
Nice simple apartment with great kitchen facilities. Small pool but very quiet and easy accessible. Place well cleaned and staff very friendly
We've just enjoyed a lovely week here and found nothing to moan about (other than seeing a couple of people putting six/seven towels on the sun beds one morning, which had no bearing on the hotel!) The apartment was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and we were fortunate to have a balcony in the sun
The man who rented the apartment was extremely generous and flexible, calling to let me know if I needed to have a late checkout it was no problem at all & had left a bottle of wine & some lovely local snacks which I was not expecting at all

Overnight stay on way home from La Palma to Tenerife airport. Comfortable enough, nice staff. Basic breakfast (extra). Significantly overpriced
Nice hotel. Pool, solarium, good size apartments. Friendly staff.
Luckily we were able to move to a quieter room (208), it was underneath the pool so we were lulled to sleep each night by the sound of trickling water but woken at 7:30am each day by (presumably a cleaner) dragging sun beds around above
Liked the area as a lone female felt safe. Staff lovely. Very helpful. The only thing was the beds weren't very comfortable. But i would stay again. Facitities good. Lovelybar for breakfast and drinks and pool area.
The rooftop pool was a nice addition but I wish the hotel upheld their rule of not allowing beds to be reserved with towels as it's a small area. The rooms are a good size and clean but not sound proof
Washer and dryer in the common area. Room with spacious balconies, equipped with a functional kitchen, there is an iron and ironing board. If we come to the island again, we will stay only in this hotel

It has also a large balcony that allows you to sit and enjoy the view or the sun. It also has a clean pool with enough sun beds and umbrellas. The only serious downside of those apartment is the noise
5 mins walk to HippoDino Supermarket-opens 7 days /week
10 mins walk to the sea front
Location, location, location. Small pool, no air con, no sharp knives in the cutlery tray. Very noisy from the nearby Oratavia hotel. Staff are very good and friendly. It is centrally located which is what we wanted.
The con: The hotel is very old, both the furniture and the building (like there was a little hole in one of our windows). Microwave ovens are sorely missing. Pool is small and old (but clean)
Also, being very central during weekends and fiestas you can hear all the loud music from the clubs and discos around, the crowd talking loud until late in the night and the street concerts that go until 2-3am in the weekends
The kitchen would need a bit more updates and tools, plates and cutlery especially if you plan to stay for more than a week and intend to cook indoors

Luckily a German couple staying in the hotel arrived precipitously while we were trying to figure out what to do. They explained how things worked, gave us Maria’s phone number and eased us into our first day
Good job! Breakfast is great with plenty of options and variety. Staff members were all helpful and nice. Parking is available on the property as well. A well earned 5 star review by many others as well
It's about a 10 minute walk to the town centre, so easily accessible for sightseeing and evening meals. Breakfast was served in a lovely morning room with a great choice and everything always fresh
We are so grateful to the amazing staff AND guests at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious! The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and extremely walkable to the town
The neighborhood is quiet, the house charming , the location safe and central. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you EVERYONE for a wonderful stay

Beds weren't the best but we slept reasonably well and were given extra pillows on request. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We ventured up to the pool on the way back from the beach and had a quick dip
Lovely Studio Appartment
Lovely, well equipped studio apartment with a balcony. Only stayed one night but would stay again and enjoy the pool and sun terrace. Friendly, helpful reception staff.
Room was modern and had good facilites, was a comfortable stay. Hotel was close to everything needed, supermarkets, resturants, town, beach, transportation
The area was a little drab but the pool itself was clean. Breakfast was a pre order with a good choice available. There was also a selection of fresh pastries brought to the table before the hot food arrived
Yogurts, fruit, bread, preserves, tea, coffee and juices were also available. We were very impressed with the selection available and the service and cleanliness within the breakfast area
The real selling point of this hotel is it's central location, within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, shops and Lago Martinez. All in all a good stay at a bargain price
Appears the reason for a one star is that pool bar opens, sells drink, people on holiday enjoying themselves can be rowdy shock horror. The fact that they are “ northers” makes them exceptional
The pool bar on site opens sporadically, snack food and drinks available and showing mainly Scottish football when it’s on. Generally very peaceful here. We will definitely be back again
Other not so good reviews are maybe applicable for the other apartments in Yucca Park. You hear people returning from the city until like 23:30. A lot of services, restaurants, massages just nearby
Undoubtedly a fantastic location! Close to Fañabé beach, which is virtually on the doorstep and Playa Del Duque, which is a short 5-10 mins walk. There is a taxi rank and supermarket and all amenities very close by
As it happens I wrote a 5 star review in 2024 about the pool bar. If you are thinking of hounding to Yucca read my previous review for balance

The pool is lovely and quiet with plenty of sunbeds. All the staff that we met seem to work very hard every day and still so friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean
Great hotel, after many many years coming to playa de las Americas and stopping in just about every hotel las Americas has to offer this hotel is a little hidden gem, 2 minutes from the beach and only a 5 second walk across the road to the patch
Central to many areas around playa. Limited sunbeds but loved how you couldn’t reserve them. Our deluxe junior room was amazing. Some bits tasty but just Luke warm as under heat lamps Staff were helpful and friendly
Quiet if you want to relax, but close to the hassle and bustle when you want to party! The beach is a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of shops nearby for all the essentials
The only downside, which I had already read about beforehand, was that the pool water was freezing cold at this time of year :-) We will definitely be back!!!
