The only thing that could be better is the pool bar, which is lacking some kids dishes, and it would have been even better if there was poolside service
Every snapshot is picturesque. Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Very clean (rooms are clean)
Environment: Very good
Service: The lemon tea was delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel in Tenerife again
Little bit old but very clean with service at its finest. 3 pools accessible - infinity pool with ocean view was amazing. Room I stayed was 1622 (suite with ocean view, terrace and private outdoor bathtub)
Lots of swimming pools, perfect for sunbathing 🌞
Hotel complex has prefect size not too big not too small. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet even we had balcony on rock hotel side. If somebody need more action there is a free shuttle to playa de la america
Environment: Three accommodation buildings, one lobby, and one spa/gym; the three pools have different functions, and the water wasn't cold at all in the afternoon of November; the sunset views were absolutely stunning, truly living up to the hotel's name, Atlantic Sunset

Louisa, Layla and the other teachers were all great, very friendly and helpful, as we found all of the staff too. The hotel has beautiful grounds, views over the town to the sea, is very clean and kept in great shape
We had an all inclusive week in January to dodge the miserable uk winter. It was a wonderful break in glorious sunshine made even better by this fabulous hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful
The quality of the food in the buffet is excellent and varied for each meal. There is always an option to have something cooked fresh and a huge selection of everything else
Would definitely recommend the all-inclusive package as it’s excellent value and you would definitely consume more than the difference between this and the half board rate
Evening entertainment was available if that’s your thing, the usual singers, bands and so on, but I really wouldn’t have missed this if it wasn’t on
The two onsite restaurants are also excellent, with one included in the package and the other priced at 50% for food - but well worth it

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, close to the ocean and some parks, good view to mountain and ocean, fantastic amenities and entertainment like tennis court and swimming pool and live music
Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit
Our vacation at Hotel Puerto Palace was great. Overall, we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, given how many different places you can visit on the island, but the time we did spend there was wonderful
If there were no spots in front of the hotel, we always found a space on the nearby streets. There is a small grocery store next to the hotel. We would definitely visit it again
Special thanks to the housekeeping staff who managed to surprise our child by placing their favorite toy in an interesting way on the bed! The room was clean and quite spacious
The buffet food wasn't very diverse throughout the days, but it was perfect for us. Parking in the area was not a problem for us

The facilities suited all of us - whilst the kids spent their time at the kiddies pool, the grandparents headed to the adult pool area for some peace. Perhaps the major weakness was the animation team
Whilst the accessible bathroom was great, it was almost impossible to get the wheelchair into it without moving the bed. Two of the party were on a strict gluten-free diet
I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel. All the staff from management to the cleaners were so professional. The food was off a exceptional high standard
A 5 out of 5 experience! We will be back! There were 14 family members from different parts of the UK who met up at The Bitacora for a family holiday
Some were not punctual, so some activities did not start on time. One of our party was wheelchair bound
Apart from the bread, there did not appear to be any gluten-free options such as cereal

First the hotel is very nice and comfortable. We had a room on a high floor overlooking the ocean - recommend that! It was so peaceful to see the sunrise and sunset and hear the sound of the ocean
Easy location to get around from .
The beds were very comfortable. The gym is small but with an amazing view and has everything I needed. The heated pool in winter was a plus. The staff is great - friendly and helpful
Compared to what H10 publishes for Grand Class members (which we are):
5% discount - ok
Welcome gift - no
Lunch bon for two - ok
20% off bars and restaurants - no
Daily turndown service - ok
Bathroad & slippers - no
Hot watter kettle in the room - no
Complimentary minibar - no
The last time we booked with H10 was for their hotel in Adeje (where we got an upgrade to a bungalow, were served a bottle...
The only thing I would suggest is the bathroom in the hotel rooms could do with improvement, the shower heads leak a bit and the glass shower doors need a new seal as water does get through and goes onto the floor
Beautiful hotel, sea view room has an amazing view. The staff are wonderful and polite, the bar staff are entertaining and wonderful. The evening entertainment is brilliant
Very comfortable with fantastic sea views. The cleaning staff are second to none and the whole hotel is spotless. The food and drink is excellent and plentiful
So much so that if you weren’t seated by around 7pm, there was nowhere to sit to enjoy the evening entertainment, which really took away from the experience
Overall, this year felt a bit flat compared to our previous visits. Not being able to get a seat for the evening entertainment really affected our enjoyment, and the absence of Aldo or Mickey was definitely felt
On a positive note, the turndown service was excellent 👌 although we also note that we did not have excellence toiletries! The food remains excellent with plenty of choice, and the waiters in the Excellence restaurant were amazing and very attentive
However, we were disappointed with one of the à la carte restaurants we booked. For the first time in three years, the service was extremely slow and not up to the standard we’ve previously experienced
Aldo in particular always made a point of mingling with guests, having a laugh, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, which seemed to be missing this year. Hopefully the new team will improve with time
The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym
No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing
This hotel was absolutely beautiful, it was so peaceful and the views were stunning. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back
This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago
We love this hotel having been countless times now it’s always spotless staff friendly and great location, peaceful and food amazing.
Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last week

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Attentive staff.
It was a great stay. the cleanliness was good, the facilities were great, the food was delicious and lovely live music. I had a really nice studio with everything you need. The staff was friendly.
If there was one improvement we would suggest beyond cleanliness, it would be to add a snack and drinks bar at the kids pool. It is not a major issue, but it would save the walk when spending long afternoons there
Apartments a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Great view of the sea from our balcony. Staff are amazing as is the food. Pools are really nice and poolside snacks and drinks are plentiful
Not very far from popular tourist spots. We hired a car for 2 days and found some nice beaches to visit close by. Overall we are glad we booked our holiday here, and will definitely visit again
The hotel is pram friendly, with easy access to all areas. The kids pool is fantastic, with both big and small slides that kept our boys entertained for hours

The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good
The third was the food it was cooked perfectly there was plenty, lots of choice but it was all very bland. It needs more seasoning some fresh chillies just to perk it up. These are not criticism just feed back
I was worried after reading lots of negative reviews about the food but I could find no fault at all!
I spoke to several people over the holiday who also moaned about the food but I think the moral of the story is if you dont like the nature of a buffet, then don't book an all inclusive holiday!
Each meal had a huge array of foods to choose from and it was so easy to eat healthy - freshly cooked...
Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows
Could not fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel and complex. The staff were fantastic, very friendly on a very professional level nothing was a problem. I only had three things I would give feed back on
One was a night time noise started around 3am, sounded like a pump or air con. The second was lunch if you are all inclusive its not just the snack bar it is the buffe so don't miss out

Everything was great however no clear indication of what food and drinks where in the all inclusive package outside of the dinning hall.
Here are some things worth noting before coming : no wrist bands, instead you use your room key, which i found quite annoying , especially when in other hotels the kids can go straight up and get what they want without having to get me to find the room key each time
They say on arrival, there is no life guard until 11am, I did not see a single lifeguard my entire 10 days stay, just a guy in a corner giving out towels and collecting them so if you have young ones u may want to consider this
The walk up 7 flights of stairs was very tiring after walking all day. The water pressure and hot water to the shower was again very hit & miss. The beds were comfortable, 3 doubles and 1 single room
I would come back here, the entertainment team were lovely, especially Midani (sorry if spelling is incorrect)
The flat its self was situated in the 7th floor of a 1950”s building with a very old fashion 2 person lift that did not work very well and at times not at all
The grounds of the resort are massive and impressive, great pool size and plenty sunbeds, never seen people fighting for one
My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool
Like others, we were worried about the reviews but figured we’d be eating out every night so even just for bed and breakfast and some drinks by the pool during the day, it was really good value
We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad. We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job
Pool bar was amazing, with great uplifting music
There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it
Highly recommended!
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after a few days, it got a bit boring. There were no fun or engaging activities, no music by the pool, and the evening shows were dull
Even some soft background music by the pool could have made the days feel more enjoyable. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is a great choice
Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value
Very nice and family oriented hotel with an excellent service. Perfect for some relaxing holidays.
The Roca Nivaria hotel is a very good option in the area and would not hesitate to recommend it

The hotel has 2 pools, 1 quiet for a more relaxed experience and the main pool which is beautiful and includes daily entertainment, get yourself involved and have some fun, it's what holidays are all about
The hotel itself is very clean and sea view room options. Also options to upgrade are reasonably priced
The catering staff always welcomed us with a smile. The reception staff always happy to help. Ty especially to Ester Fabio and Luna for putting on amazing shows. We are all very grateful for the effort u all put in
Loved this hotel, The staff are super friendly which is refreshing. I cannot fault the food, a different theme every night as well as the usually selections. Desserts are also really good
Our stay here has been amazing. The staff are the nicest we've ever stayed with. The entertainment staff were so friendly and the activities were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family
My son was happy he got to carve a pumpkin. We needed a break and u guys delivered. We loved the escape room and the ghost tunnel. Would and will recommend ur hotel to anyone xxx

Very small issue with our room which was rectified right away!
Common areas of the hotel are kept nice and clean pool area was also nice. Spa looked good loads of options for different treatments etc
As mentioned in other reviews Ramon on the pool bar is amazing and goes above and beyond, makes a very family friendly atmosphere around the pool every day
Food is good, a little bit repetitive, but this was not a problem for us for the type of holiday we were on (kids were more than happy and plenty for them)
The real selling point of this hotel is the staff in every area, all of them are very friendly and happy help with anything questions or issues
Just had a lovely 10 day stay at La Siesta. Hotel is very clean, rooms are a good size and also very clean. We are a family of 4, children 7years/18months, plenty for them to be entertained
Fantastic service from the waiter, Ramon. He is on the bar from morning until night and works tirelessly
As a family, we would definitely stay again at this hotel, thank you to all at La Siesta

A wonderful hotel with every possible convenience. Excellent service! The hotel grounds feature beautiful seawater pools. Excellent location next to Del Duke Beach.
Pool area is vast and whilst people are out at 7 am placing towels on sunbeds, an irritation of mine, there was sufficient beds even due f half term. Pool is saltwater but highly maintained and warm
Lovely hotel, stylish and feels like home. Christina runs a well organised operation with kind welcoming staff. Lovely pools and plenty of Sunbeds if you're up before 9! Breakfast is plentiful
No freezing swims! Sunbeds are comfy and lots of towels are available; however get your towels the day before so you can grab your own referred location early! Towels available from 10 am. Breakfast buffet is fabulous
Entertainment/Activities during the day and evening. Good location to beach, shopping, other restaurants like Le Torre Del Mirador. Ely on reception, Caesar & Ruth & Steven deserve a special mention
Only 30 mins from Tenerife South airport the hotel is located close to the beach front but is also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Ideal! Rooms are very clean and well appointed

Plenty sunbeds available at all times across the 3-4 pools and the slides + wave rider are excellent for older children
🌟 Hotel GF Victoria really surprised me! It's not a big-name brand, but the facilities are super new. It has two pools; one features a children's water park where you can let the kids loose
There's also a surf simulator, but you need to book it at the front desk. For lunch, you can order food right by the pool. This place is way cheaper than the Ritz-Carlton, but offers amazing value for money
There's also a rooftop bar with a trendy glass-bottom pool, but we couldn't go because our child was too young!
An excellent hotel with lots of activities for the children and also options to dine out. The beach is only a 10min walk
We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it

The service was excellent, the breakfast was very complete and varied, and what I would highlight most was the impeccable cleanliness of all the facilities. Without a doubt, a place I would return to
Fabulous gardens, aviary, the gym was excellent & breakfasts were outstanding. Our last night we had dinner in
Had a great few days here, such a beautiful place. Spacious rooms, clean and comfy beds. We had a suite with sea views and it was perfect
Excellent facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice but we did have a disappointing [and expensive] meal in La Parilla restaurant
Some sunbeds waterproof surface were a bit damaged so they absorbed water and when you will lie down you will get wet from it, we hope they will pay more attention to that. There are two swimming pool available
On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel
We were allocated room 15421; the room was compact but it was well equipped with mini bar, (water replenished daily) tea/coffee facilities, use of robes and complimentary slippers
The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list
This is our first visit after the refurbishment and we were very impressed from the start. The reception was calm and unhurried and the staff as always were welcoming
There is a window between the bathroom and bed area which is strange but there is a blind that can be lowered, there is a sensor in the bathroom which activates the light during the night but unfortunately because of the window it lights up the bedroom! The only downside to the room for me personally was on the balcony which had a trellis divider which lacked privacy, something possibly for the management...
We had checked in online so it was a very quick process
The wardrobe space is open which seemed strange and we felt that there could have been a little bit more storage but it was adequate enough
Normally we have a spring break however this year we chose to grab some late sunshine to top up our Greek tan gained in September. We’d visited Costa Adeje 7 years ago staying at the Hotel Guayarmina Princess
AMENITIES: Room was superb and cleaned daily (if you wanted, we skipped a couple of days as not needed) Safe easy to work and use, fridge with complementary beverages (nice touch - does cost if you want them re stocked, we didn't need to as plenty included in the AI)
Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Princess Inspire. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet options for half board, with plenty of variation for 5 days and comfortable bedroom
We were ‘fitted’ with our natty little bracelets which along with access to our room the bracelets were scanned both in the restaurants and bars to build our drinks bill! On the subject of drinks we found the price of the drinks to be very reasonable compared to some hotels we’ve visited previously
Balcony was over looking the pool, sea view was partial due to the sister hotel directly in front of us. Rooms were cleaned everyday and housekeeping were fantastic
So we chose the Princess Inspire next door to our previous visit. Very glad to say we had a great 7 night half board break booked as a package through TUI

the breakfast here is decent, nothing special but not bad too. the location is ideal as it's right next to beaches, strip and resturants. there is a cafe below the hotel if you fancy breakfast
I've been going to plam beach for many years now and always enjoy my stay there it was first time I went for Christmas the weather was fantastic and the hotel really had a good time
The maids, entertainers, receptionists, restaurant staff, everyone did a great job! The staff's work really does affect the overall impression of your stay!
Also, as I understood, Palm Beach recently became part of the Ona chain, and they are striving to improve the quality of service and the hotel itself
We really enjoyed staying at Ona Palm Beach
Beautiful property in the city center.... Several rooms have sea views and the apartments are very large with all the comforts.
The service and people who work here are amazing, everyone is so friendly, attentive, and responsive! Big thanks to Layla and Valentino, they are really cool, really enjoyed communicating with them and we’re pleased by their service and work!
