Hotels on first line in Tenerife

Pool was lovely and we were also able to get a bed. This was a sisters trip, we were very happy to stay here. Near to beach and shops, good area to go for walks every morning

Only downside was the private apartments people staying 12 weeks or more think they owned the place sunbed wars was ridiculous queues in the morning before 8am and running to get favourite spot same people every day same spot everyday leaving the towels on beds long periods of time

We don’t even think about staying anywhere else. Fantastic pool and bar areas, fabulous food but, best of all, the friendliest team we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

The hotel is spotless including rooms all round and the pool area is well kept too, The food is lovely has lots of choices and carers for all tastes and ages I can't fault a thing and the central location near the sea front gives easy access to the harbour bars and las Americas 10 min walk away we can't wait to return in December again for Xmas

Lovely clean hotel staff friendly. Food all inclusive we was breakfasts and lunch amazing buffet at tea time was a bit repetitive. Drinks cocktails were amazing. Pool nice brilliant hotel this is our 2nd visit

The Best Hotel in Tenerife !!! We stayed in this hotel in Aug 2024 and Aug 2025. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I cant fault one single aspect. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed and more

The apartments are amazing and very clean and the people in the reception and at the pool bar are very friendly and there are plenty of sunbeds.

Lovely location . The Staff were so friendly couldn't do enough for us .. We only stayed 4 nights on a planned quick visit but will go back again.

Apartments are spotlessly clean and have everything you need. Beds so comfy and grounds are well maintained. Pool bar serves nice cocktails and food but only open until 5. Reasonably priced too with really friendly staff

Apartment has everything needed for a relaxing break. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Jet2 requested a low down apartment as I am using crutches. Perfect spot opposite pool area

The only downside was no toaster and no grill so toasted sandwiches were off the menu. The outside pool area was kept lovely and clean with a small bar for coffees drinks and food

No problems getting a sun lounger at any time of the day , the pool area has a great Bar with a large selection of snacks & drinks all at a reasonable price , a pint of San Miguel costs 2

The hotel has a great location, close to everything, and the breakfast is plentiful. There are parking spaces, but they are not easy to find, so it's best to ask about parking in advance if you need to park.

Breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but there was enough to find something satisfying. The spa area on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and the distant Anaga Mountains

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the Atlantida Hotel in Santa Cruz. The service at the reception from Francisco was genuinely amazing

We saw how much he enjoyed helping us and how much he cared for us to have a good time at the hotel. He takes his job really professionally and we really see a lot potential in him

they never told me anything (not if I didn't see the insects anymore, or what action they were supposed to take, or if I was satisfied, or even a possible proposal to change rooms

I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and excellent service!

The buffet restaurant is small and i can imagine it getting very busy in peak summer months. Round the pool is nice, plenty of sunbeds but again in summer I bet it's a different story

Lovely hotel great pool and sea view… Disney eat much or drink Al inclusive as so cheap to eat out which we didn’t realise

I don’t understand why this place gets the bad reviews it does. We are very seasoned travelers and have stayed in 5* luxury and 2* basic accommodation in the past. For me this was a typical 3* Spanish hotel

The pool is freezing but so is every pool I have ever been in in Tenerife - be brave it’s refreshing and wakes you up!! The only down side I would say is the lounge area on an evening

Cockroaches! I read they are everywhere! I saw 2. Both at night and both in the walkways round the pool. None in the apartment, so not too bad

There is not much ambiance- there are three pool tables but two of them don’t work. There are no signs up so they just swallowed our euro

Only two days stay, but massive apartment, great views, and a nice, calm atmosphere of the place. The aparthotel is quite English (both other guests and the staff), but super friendly

Very nice hotel at the end of a road (privacy) with parking and a nice view over Los Gigantes. The houses are on 2 floors, very nice and comfy with terrace and sunbeds.

Our second visit in the same year! Reasonably priced, amazing setting, great little apartments. Absolutely love this hideaway. Value for money is great and keeps us coming back

While I was there a couple people used the lift & the life guards were not only quick at getting them in & out the pool they were incredibly thoughtful & caring to the wheelchair users needs which was so lovely to see

Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. The pools are nice, kid friendly

Excellent Holiday in this beautiful and perfect hotel. All the animation team are very great and friendly, Erika, Katy, Amelie, Sergio and Jesper, Thank you very much, can’t wait ton come back in July

Lots of stuff to do, lovely pools (for kids and adults), boulevard very close (2mins walk). It's big, clean has good airco, nice bathroom and all kitchen appliances that you need. The staff is very nice and humble

Bungalows are opened with a wristband key, this was amazing as it was so easy to access your bungalow without sharing a key, everyone got a wristband

The hotel is small and quiet, it has a chilled atmosphere and is beautifully furnished with plants and greenery all around

Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast each morning and fine dining restaurant. Wish it was closer to the beach but was definitely walkable. Staff was so kind and very good at meeting all our wants and needs

Fantastic hotel, the accommodation is top class, beautifully fitted out and the private outside area and pool in the villa is very impressive. This was our second time visiting and we will be back

It has a beautiful infinity pool and incredible decoration. When I entered my villa, with a private pool, I was impressed by how good it smelled, how clean and well-kept every corner was

I was impressed, shocked… Coming to this hotel has been a true dream come true! If I had to choose a favorite part… I would choose the room since it has a huge bed that surrounds you and makes you rest without limits

The location is excellent, the room is small but comfortable, there is parking on site 👍, the only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, every day the same omelet, fried eggs, sausages.

We had a great time staying at Hotel Tenerife Golf and Sea View! The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious throughout our stay

Very tatty everywhere you look - the outside is dirty and needs a painting. The furniture in the sunbathing area above the pool is falling apart

Although we didn’t get the chance to enjoy all the facilities since we were busy exploring the island, it was definitely a great place to come back to and relax

The stairs have duck tape to hide broken parts, the bathrooms are years past their best - even some bleach spray on the blackened silicone would help

Whole place needs a total renovation - this place has so much potential, a real shame it's being left in a state of disrepair

For a 4 star hotel, it definitely fails for me. I've been in other 4 star hotels which almost felt 5 star, whereas this felt more like a 3 star

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location - slightly removed from the madding crowd, but still close enough to walk

An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon. The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning

This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff

We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night

The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night. I cannot say enough food things about our experience

The pool was freezing but it was December ☺️ The food was great, fresh cooking station at dinner, lots of fish dishes and fresh salads

Everything was OK, within expectations for this hotel classification segment. The activities and entertainment staff deserve a positive rating.

Never the less meals were different each day. Staff friendly helpful and accommodating. Facilities were easy to access and comfortable. The pool has plenty of loungers and seating

Food/snacks are available throughout the day, including in all exclusive, we checked in had our evening meal checkout is at 12 however lunch is at 1 but you can store your luggage and have lunch with a ticket provided if you choose to have your band removed 😀 Taxi available all the time bus round the corner €3 euros to more lively area like los Cristianos

I've returned from a wonderful week away in silencio , our stay was lovely , staff are friendly, after reading the reviews I was nervous to stay however I was pleasantly surprised, Cleaning was spot on went above and beyond 👌 Food had a great variety, not much of a veggie option

Lovely views , This is perfect for quite chilled holiday plenty of entertainment

Staff are very efficient and nice. Daily maid service, plenty of toiletries in bathroom. We have a one bed apartment which is very clean, spacious and has a balcony overlooking the sea , promenade & beach restaurants

The hotel is excellently located, in the middle of beach, bars, shops and restaurants. We loved the style of the complex as it feels like a mini village within the resort of Costa Adeje

Love it but it could do with a little re-vamp. I’d recommend apartment with pool view if travelling with children - quieter option & lovely view of pools

Highly recommend, we had a tiny issue and this was resolved so quickly. We were here to do a wedding ceremony for a couple, so for a peaceful space beforehand, this was the perfect place

Breakfast was excellent, with tasty coffee, a wide selection of fresh fruits, sparkling wine, and even a barraquito – for me like a liquid tiramisu! We felt safe and relaxed during our stay, and the hotel’s location made it very easy to explore the area on foot or by public bus

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help

The location is great maybe you don't need to rent a car at all but if you did, be aware you have to pay 16€ per day for the closest parking near the hotel. Apart of this, we were really happy with our stay

The food is always chips bread fish and pasta, salad was ok, not much variety. The breakfast was ok changes every day. The pool bar was easy to be served

The entertainment letter often didn't turn up for scheduled events and didn't encourage people to partake. When they were on the professional musicians were excellent. Full marks to Roberto the bar man who was excellent

Rooms are clean although very dated. Food is basic and unfortunately cold. Our 2nd visit to the hotel, the first being during fiesta last summer so we thought we'd give it another go as it was very busy last year

Location is idea, the receptions is nice and modern, the lifts are small and a bit dodgy, the room are nice and big the bathrooms are a bit dated. The balcony is massive, rooms are clean and bed in comfy

Unfortunately, the food still disappointed and we ate out every night which defeats the object of all inclusive. Roberto was lovely and polite and Elena who did the entertainment was lovely

Reception team is very warm and welcoming and very, very helpful (particularly the lady on reception today). The lifeguard is so friendly and helpful around the pool

We have visited Sir Anthony many times and it is still as fabulous as ever! In fact The service from the current team of staff was exceptional! Breakfast is fab, nice selection and quality food

Asked for granola as they didn’t have this and from the second day we had homemade granola brought to our table which was delicious! The chef also made us homemade hash browns, which were also delicious

Staff were very attentive at breakfast and plates were cleared away very quickly. The pool area was very clean and service around the pool was excellent! Our room was lovely, and kept very clean

Stayed Christmas week with a good view of the town and church from the 5th floor. Didnt use the air con as the nights were cool enough to sleep well. The sea and local amenties only a short walk

The pool is clean and very refreshing on a hot day staff speak English well & Spanish and German

Nice hotel with a old school look. Liked the pictures in the main reception area. One was the Mayor of Puerto in the 19th century who used to live there. Reasonable price food and drink

Cafe restaurante was excellent food, drinks in the sun and service. We had pork chop and tuna steak for lunch. Reasonable prices, delicious food and great service.

The culture shock was sunbathing Christmas day when used to freezing back home

The hotel is located on a pedestrian square and is amazing, the church opposite is beautiful, on a Sunday evening they do a parade down the main street. There are lots of restaurants nearby, which I can say they are fab

Views of both mountains and sea. Sunbath in the beautiful cliffs or hike on the many paths by the sea. All walking distance of hotel. I’m in my 50’s and so this was very convenient

Would however recommend to others, we used it as a base and travelled into Los Christiano every day, lots of little restaurants close by which offer a good variety

Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian

I was wearing my Hidden Disabilities (Daisy) lanyard to indicate that I have a disability, but situations like this make me feel like I’m wearing it for no reason, as it doesn’t seem to be taken into consideration

A well organised and well run establishment. I see people complaining that their apartments were only serviced once in a week and it makes me wonder how often they change their bedding and towels

Great location, rooms are clean, large swimming pool with sea water, and always available sun loungers, a five minute walk to a beautiful beach.

Me and my partner wanted a relaxed holiday and we found this little gem. Reception staff were amazing and friendly. Pool/restaurant staff were somewhat friendly. Food was lovely and well prepared

The singer every other night was amazing and really fitted the relaxing vibe of the hotel. The location is amazing was able to go out to the local pub and watch the football and pop to the local shops etc for gifts

The lack of air conditioning doesn’t matter if you open the balcony door because you also get the sounds of the waves which were so relaxing. Will definitely return in the near future

-The hotel has fantastic sea views. I enjoyed watching the sunrises, sunsets and hearing the sound of the sea. - Food was varied and of good quality. Salad bar during lunch and dinner

Been going to Las Madrigueras the last five years and will keep coming! Already reserved a room for this year visit! That's how we fell in love with the place on our first visit! Staff from the hotel to the golf course are all very helpful:-)

First time at this hotel and golf course. Honestly cannot fault anything. Hotel beautiful, rooms amazing. Breakfast really fabulous and no queue for omelettes as they serve you at table

Evening dinner is out of this world level. Staff professional, efficient and friendly… nothing an issue. Golf course is the best one we have played abroad. Water features and rough, all well looked after

I have to mention toilets on the course, which are also immaculate. Honestly first time, but we are already booking for next year

We are staying in room 2 (deluxe suite) the bed is comfortable and huge, it has a private balcony. The golf course and access is perfect. The pool is warm enough to take a swim and the sun loungers are comfortable
