Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Food is delicious, and every day they have some themes for the dinner. Pools are always clean, and there's always enough space for all

Highly recommended! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after a few days, it got a bit boring. There were no fun or engaging activities, no music by the pool, and the evening shows were dull

Even some soft background music by the pool could have made the days feel more enjoyable. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is a great choice

Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value

Very nice and family oriented hotel with an excellent service. Perfect for some relaxing holidays.

The hotel itself is clean and has fantastic facilities such as a roof top pool area, a gym and great dining options. Having breakfast and dinner here is completely worth it fresh good quality with much to choose from

These guys really need to include blankets on the bed I bloody slept with bath towels to keep me warm what on earth is going on with this hotel.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Oro Negro and it’s just as good as before ! The staff are lovely, the food is EXCELLENT, (so much choice)! And the location is perfect ! A ten minute walk from the beach, and Los Cristianos is walking distance too

Both at breakfast and dinner there were chefs cooking on the spot – preparing omelettes and pancakes in the morning, and fish or meat in the evening right in front of the guests

The cocktails at the bar were very good, especially the piña colada. Everyone working at the reception, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping was very friendly and welcoming

The room was comfortable and suitable for a couple. One thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom developed an unpleasant smell from the drainage system at some point, but it eventually resolved on its own

Would also like to thank Catie, the swimming pool bartender (I believe I got the name right), she is amazing at what she does, always working with a smile on her face and she was just such a nice lady it was lovely to meet and chat with her

There were no negatives for our stay the staff were all friendly and helpful in all areas, we had a problem with our safe which was sorted instantly

The hotel is in a great location and very close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We’ve already rebooked for next year

Fantastic location the staff at reception and restaurant are very pleasant rooms are clean and comfy beds a large selection of food to choose from cant wait to return

We went all inclusive and the food and drinks at every meal were the best we've had so much variety nobody could say there wasn't anything to suit them at every meal

We were sat in the restaurant while there was a storm outside and it started flooding(nothing that they could do) they tried their best to sweep it away and put towels by the door to stop the floor and moved everyone from the side that it was coming from

Some of the reception staff seemed miserable and offish for the start of our visit of checking in. They were helpful in ways of getting Beach towels that were 25 Euro deposits each

We paid extra to get a sea view room and it was lovely! The room was clean when we got there and was a very nice bed, we were however a little bit annoyed that they’re two single beds and pull apart in the night if ur by the centre of the bed so me and my partner had no choice of sleeping in a single bed together or separately

If you are visiting for a nice relaxing stay i would say this hotel is awfully loud at night! The roof top bar is on the 7th floor and played until late, we stayed on Level 5 and it was still so loud you could hear the bass of the songs which wasn’t great to sleep in

I walked through the reception on our third day and someone was at the help desk a normal couple asking a question and the person at the desk was speaking back to them in a horrible manner! i was shocked, their tone was awful and spoke in a very argumentative way

The waitor and waitress staff in the restaurant were nice but could be more observant with how many plates are on tables i had seen multiple tables with at least 6 plates stacked just sat there while there was no fresh plates waiting to be used

Wonderful clean room. Superb customer service throughout. Great breakfast with both British and European food. Hotel is well maintained and excellently managed.

The hotel food is good, and I also want to commend the handsome young man at the front desk; his service was superb, and he even guided me on how to park—he was incredibly nice! The cleaning lady was also incredibly kind

I think the service at this hotel is truly impeccable! In short, if you want a hassle-free experience, this is the place to go

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly Lianette And Ramon who runs the pool bar who works extremely hard and he was great fun

Very small issue with our room which was rectified right away! Common areas of the hotel are kept nice and clean pool area was also nice. Spa looked good loads of options for different treatments etc

As mentioned in other reviews Ramon on the pool bar is amazing and goes above and beyond, makes a very family friendly atmosphere around the pool every day

Food is good, a little bit repetitive, but this was not a problem for us for the type of holiday we were on (kids were more than happy and plenty for them) The real selling point of this hotel is the staff in every area, all of them are very friendly and happy help with anything questions or issues

Just had a lovely 10 day stay at La Siesta. Hotel is very clean, rooms are a good size and also very clean. We are a family of 4, children 7years/18months, plenty for them to be entertained

The pools are fantastic; they're on the hotel's rooftop, and it's fantastic. The service and attention were top-notch. Plus, if you don't rent a car, the bus station is right next door, which is fantastic

The rooms are newly renovated, have a large balcony, and if you're lucky, you'll have a view of the city and not the neighboring hotel. Location: a bit far from the beaches, but close to the bus station

This hotel is very close to the largest bus terminal, less than five minutes' walk, and very convenient to the airport. The front desk staff are also very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast has a huge variety and something for everyone—it's great! The rooms are also cleaned daily, leaving them spotless without touching or moving your belongings

Located on a top of a hill with 360 Degrees views! Very good price-performance ratio. Solid 4Star hotel with 2 large outdoor swimming pools. It would be great to see more Spanish food options on the menu

The bar staff were all so fantastic, serving top-notch cocktails every time with a smile. One downside was my partner suffered an allergic rash across her body after the adult pool - although I was ok

Thankfully It did clear up in 24 hours though. She’s completely fine with Chlorine pools here in the UK, so maybe it’s some other chemical? If you have sensitive skin I would just be careful

The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and hard working. The hotel’s location and facilities are truly unmatched and stunning. The adult only pool was heaven

Our room was always spotless, the buffet was absolutely delicious (we didn’t struggle as vegetarians), and the all-inclusive offering of main-brand alcohol and cocktails was a huge plus

So funny, attentive, and full of great recommendations, including the most delicious local wine from La Orotava (which we’d actually visited that same day!)

We were allocated room 15421; the room was compact but it was well equipped with mini bar, (water replenished daily) tea/coffee facilities, use of robes and complimentary slippers

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

This is our first visit after the refurbishment and we were very impressed from the start. The reception was calm and unhurried and the staff as always were welcoming

There is a window between the bathroom and bed area which is strange but there is a blind that can be lowered, there is a sensor in the bathroom which activates the light during the night but unfortunately because of the window it lights up the bedroom! The only downside to the room for me personally was on the balcony which had a trellis divider which lacked privacy, something possibly for the management...

We stayed were there wasn't too many people which we loved as we wanted just a chilled holiday which is exactly what we got! I noticed a review mentioning loud music nearby, but it was just some music playing which could be heard by the pool and it stopped around 8pm, so it really wasn’t an issue at all

The wardrobe space is open which seemed strange and we felt that there could have been a little bit more storage but it was adequate enough

Also there's a 'coffee shop' 5 min walk from hotel 🌱 Hotel is very chill vibes, hotel looks stunning from the outside 2 great pools, smaller one very quiet area, second little more life but still perfect for chilling

The room was in block G and it was spotless with a lovely view of the main pool. Food was fine, plenty to choose from and the staff in the restaurant were really polite and friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect

Pool area is lovely I don’t think hotel is anywhere near full and I’d expect it a lot busier next few weeks, plenty sun beds and private areas to position them. We haven’t tried any of the food so can’t comment

I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews, for the money you pay to come here it is very good value for money; if you want 5 star then there are plenty of them hotels in the area

Heard a lot of people talking about the brown water, we did experience this on the last night, but this happened to us before in another hotel around the corner

We just left the tap running for a few minutes and it was clear again

Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. Roof top pool is a lovely space to go and relax and sunbath if u just want to chill

Had to pay for the safe and the first card the gave didn't work. Pool towel deposit was 20 euro for one. We could wall to lovely roof top pool via 1 flight of stairs

Rooms were clean & of a decent standard however the mattresses on the bed were very firm & the pillows were thin & very uncomfortable so very difficult to get a good nights sleep!!  Rooftop pool area was good for making the most of the Tenerife weather but again the sun loungers were very out dated & uncomfortable

  Swimming Pool & jacuzzi were basic & did not get cleaned at any time during my 3 night stay

  I would stay here again but only for a very short stay because of the location & price but not much longer than 2 nights especially if you are looking to sleep well!

  My room was cleaned each day & of a good standard but my bed was ‘re-made’ and not actually changed for my short stay which isn’t really acceptable

The pool area was good and the pool was lovely to swim in. Staff could not do enough to please you

Our room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the pool with Mount Teide in the background. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional — especially Jordan at reception

There are a lot of activities for everyone - you can play darts, games, tennis, pool

Hotel is located in the north of the island , which is greener and more beautiful than the south. The beach (where you can watch surfers) and the town are within a short walking distance

The entertainment was excellent, with plenty of activities throughout the day and fun evening shows. Special mention to Eriani, who was absolutely fantastic at getting everyone involved

The pool was indeed huge, and it should be noted that the water was directly drawn in from the sea, as the hotel was right next to it! This is the only slight downside, as debris from the sea at times , did contribute to a dirty pool which was slightly unpleasant

Brilliant, friendly service from the staff. Apartment was clean and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, and the food was good too

Great location on the island for beaches, the pool is great, and the staff is very friendly. Great food near the hotel.

Family trip. Incredible pool. It's seawater and right next to the ocean. When the tide comes in, the waves crash into the pool. The apartment is large and well-equipped. There's a supermarket next to the hotel.

Area very Spanish which we liked . Apartment spacious but drain smell in bathroom.We bought some air freshener No "beach"amenities and pool was dirty and cold.

A little far from the touristy spots (Los Christianos was about a 45 minute bus ride away), but buses were pretty frequent, inexpensive and bus stops were right outside the hotel

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good views, great food and drinks, a heated pool for children and separate for adults. The animation is excellent.But the noise from the road.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had. The location is probably the best in Tenerife, considering the price. The hotel bar is awesome for a great price. 10/10 hotel.

Service, is outstanding, the bar staff know your order the first day, and the entertainment team are hilarious and amazing with guests (they might threaten to throw you in the pool tho lol) The location is good, right I'm the center of everything really the only downside is there are a lot of hills but the taxis (usually) are under €5 to get places

The guys working here are ABSOLUTELY amazing so welcoming and funny to be around really made our experience here. I’d come back just to see them again

Animation is super, every day some activities, the guys are very friendly, they make your holiday fun, unforgettable and comfortable for everyone

The only negatives would be our bathroom had an interesting smell coming from it all week, even after being cleaned, the walls are very thin, so if youre a light sleeper you may struggle

Also they don't really give you any information when you check in, but thankfully id read lots of reviews before going so knew roughly what was going on and where

Staff were welcoming and friendly however I feel as though we couldve been given more information on the services/activities on offer at the hotel as it was only on our 4th day that we found the minigolf/gardens ect

The animation team were great fun, we were very impressed with the free activities offered (archery and shooting being our favourite)

We highly recommend this hotel. The food is delicious, everything is fresh and varied. The view from the top of the hotel is amazing, the pool is amazing, clean, and the jacuzzi is amazing

Pool area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds to choose from and a complimentary snack bar for all inclusive guests

This 3-star hotel truly exceeds expectations and offers more than many 4-star properties. From the very beginning, everything was well organized and comfortable

The grill station, in particular, is a standout, largely thanks to the brilliant lady running it, who deserves a special mention. However, this is where the four-star claim starts to wobble a little

In our two-bed room there was a single plug socket (apparently encouraging digital detox), no fridge, no kettle, and not even complimentary water

That said, it doesn’t spoil the view in the slightest, and unless the pitch suddenly learns to block horizons, the scenery remains stunning

It was our first visit to Tenerife we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Concordia playa Hotel Puerto De Cruz was in a very good location. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff very friendly

We used the Taxi a few times and the price they change is very reasonable

Enough of all groups of staff spoke perfect English too Food was ok and the pool area was nice too

To complainers about the hotel pool - cmon guys get a life, there are plenty of excellent beaches nearby, walking distance away

I am surprised after reading few bad reviews about this hotel, so here is my review: - room, and bathroom are spacious, cleaned very well six days a week (we stayed at ninth floor) - water pressure is great, plenty of hot water, bets and pillows are comfortable - buffet breakfasts and suppers are great - versatile menus, plenty of choices - hotel is close to everything All three elevators operated...

Now some things to improve: - air conditioning was loud and inefficient, luckily in November we can just open balcony door - wifi is poor, often disconnecting or lowering speed - juices served are actually a colored water, that turn into plain water as breakfast or supper progresses - bathtub, but I prefer to have a shower cabin - yes, in many other countries this would be a three star hotel, so what

This is actually a very good hotel with an excellent location. The pool is lovely, and the gym is great. The room could be a bit better, but overall it's fine.

We had a really nice stay in the hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. In the hotel there are more nice and cosy corners to sit and relax 😊. Nice breakfast and a lot of choice

It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days

Place needs a revamp as does the pool. Studios are tired but well designed good selection of equipment. Bathroom shower could do with a clean and deep clean the tiles. Fairly central with good eateries nearby

Had a wonderful stay at Coral Teide Mar! Everything was great from start to finish. The room was especially impressive—very well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Visited here twice, and will definitely be back! Considering the price, the hotel was very good. It fully matched what we paid for. The room was cleaned regularly, the trash was taken out, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming

The room was great, decent size, very comfy bed and pillows. The apartments were very well situated and had plenty of restaurants and bars near by

I didn’t try the pool because we spent most of our time outside sightseeing. The area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants, so it’s not a destination like Los Cristianos

This is based on the rooms themselves more than anything as the hotel is very grande in places, its in a quite location and it has good facilities and a decent pool

Only went to lunch once fresh chicken pasta like a paella burgers hot dogs fresh fruits chips all the usual for kids as well,evening meals were great fresh paella evevery night as well as steaks pork chops lamb chops chicken fish all

grill on differing nights fresh suits in abundance all the day fresh salads every day pizza available every night and fresh pasta and any sauce you can think of with it loved it all of it 😋

The food was really good breakfast was great full English,meats,cheese,fresh fruit,cereals,fresh juices,coffee,still and sparkling water and te usual fizzy drinks

We have been here many times and love the size of poolside where you can always get a sun bed. It’s a little dated in parts but the positive aspects over rude the very small negatives
