Hotel very well Maintained great room and very comfortable bed. Great location lots of bars and restaurants and shopping near by

Cant complain about anything, we asked for a room upgrade on booking and to our surprise they had done so, even with a bottle of bubbly. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy and large

Here are some things worth noting before coming : no wrist bands, instead you use your room key, which i found quite annoying , especially when in other hotels the kids can go straight up and get what they want without having to get me to find the room key each time

They say on arrival, there is no life guard until 11am, I did not see a single lifeguard my entire 10 days stay, just a guy in a corner giving out towels and collecting them so if you have young ones u may want to consider this

We paid for late checkout (€11per hour) but it doesn't include food or drink after midday, even if u pay extra Things which I think could be improved: although our room was cleaned everyday, the tea cups and tea bags etc were never replenished, on other all inclusive I've been on they always have been

The all inclusive food options at the snack bar are quite basic compared to the food advertised (you can pay extra for these) it isn't explained to you that only certain things are included

there was always some type of activity to do around the pool, and the activity team was so pleasant and enthusiastic, we would go again next year but we think it will be still under refurbishment, But we look forward to going again when everything is finished, if we can still afford it🤣 Thank you for a lovely holiday

Recently renovated hotel, the staff were amazingly pleasant and so helpful. The rooms were fresh and clean with the feeling of newness. The breakfast was plentiful, with so many choices to please everyone

The hotel bar is pleasant which is ideal for any afternoon or night caps drinks. There were plenty of mini markets around the corner for any needy items

Ideal location to walk around the back streets to the center town near the church. We enjoyed our stay here so much we have already booked the next holiday in the same hotel for June 2026

Refurbishment is due in 2024 The Sol Arona was good for the purpose a one night stay over before the flight home. The hotel is very tired actually it's closing down in 3 weeks for a one-year refurbishment.

The only thing that I will say is, we went at the start of December and the swimming pools were absolutely freezing, didn't stop us going in but took some time for our twin toddlers to give it a proper go 😅

To our surprise the brilliant reception staff took us to view a family suite and it was perfect, two bedroom with beds and cots and a living area with access directly to the pool and bar area

Cleaners are there every morning to doing there thing so clean they do a great job well done to all them. Supermarket on the front stone throw away if you like us and want milk coffee and some goodies to chill with

Lovely water play area set away from the main pools as well where children can play and parents are able to watch them and chill on the sunbeds at the same time. Food was plenty and we had no complaints

This hotel was simply amazing with the best customer service we have ever had. I could not fault anything the price we paid. We certainly be back again soon. Thank you everyone for this wonderful experience ❤️

Very clean credit to this hotel for keeping it fresh. Very friendly staff food is ok. Entertainment is more for the kids not as much for adults from what I saw anyway. Tv is not fire stick friendly

Charming hotel in a very central location. Some features, like the showers, could do with modernising, but the grounds are beautiful and the pool is large and heated all year round. The service was generally very good

Try the sandwich menu and drinks at the bar outside. Rado and Jacob will be outstanding hosts. There are 5 restaurants, but takes a lot of work to find their menus. Easier to just go there and ask to look at it

Nicely renovated and immaculately kept. It is a perfect hotel if you are NOT into the „classic“ all-in-tourism. If I had a complaint, it was the lighting concept in the room. Either too bright or too dimmed

The hotel environment is great, with a small botanical garden right next door. The room also has a large balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view. There are also many supermarkets around the hotel

Ask for garden view room on 3rd or 4th floor. They have a nice view of the hotel grounds as well as the hills above

The garbage truck passed by on the street outside around 6 AM and 10 PM, and it was really loud

The hotel has 2 pools, 1 quiet for a more relaxed experience and the main pool which is beautiful and includes daily entertainment, get yourself involved and have some fun, it's what holidays are all about

The catering staff always welcomed us with a smile. The reception staff always happy to help. Ty especially to Ester Fabio and Luna for putting on amazing shows. We are all very grateful for the effort u all put in

Loved this hotel, The staff are super friendly which is refreshing. I cannot fault the food, a different theme every night as well as the usually selections. Desserts are also really good

Our stay here has been amazing. The staff are the nicest we've ever stayed with. The entertainment staff were so friendly and the activities were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family

The hotel itself is very clean and sea view room options. Also options to upgrade are reasonably priced

My son was happy he got to carve a pumpkin. We needed a break and u guys delivered. We loved the escape room and the ghost tunnel. Would and will recommend ur hotel to anyone xxx

Fantastic hotel - clean modern rooms, 2 main outdoor pools, plus a quieter 'infinity' pool, a wellness centre (including jacuzzi, steam room and sauna), gym and a large buffet style restaurant

We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern

Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas ***** which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep

Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also

So all day no drinks or food for children before flying after paying in a package for this and had to make other arrangements for them. great pool side activities for kids

Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower!

Our room was serviced daily and linen and towels changed frequently. The lobby bar was great and very reasonably priced. Breakfast offered a good choice with omelettes cooked to order

The hotel is located by the sea, which is a good location, but the breakfast wasn't very good. I think if you want peace and quiet, don't come here; choose another hotel.

They offered lactose free milk which was great for me I would stay here again

Nice Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Good sangria and reasonably priced drinks. Complimentary water each day Good selection at breakfast and the English Breakfast tea is nice. I enjoyed the omelettes made to order

The hotel is in a fabulous location, on the sea front and close to the old town and many bars and restaurants. All staff were friendly and professional and Fatima our room maid was particularly wonderful

As a vegetarian,  this was frustrating. Air con/heating was not on in our room. All in all, a great holiday,  but with a few tweaks the hotel could be perfect. We will probably come again one day

From the moment we were temperature checked at the door, to watching the daily deep clean of the pool area, by a team of about six men, in wellies and pressure washes, to the constant presence of the cleaning staff, we felt totally safe

Very beautiful and amazing hotel. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The swimming pool is so nice and beautiful. Staff members are very polite. Great kitchen amenities and many others like the bar, spa and gym!!!

The whole hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, including the pool and the rooftop cafe. There were also plenty of sofas, tables, and chairs where you could sit or recline

Mold can seriously affect one's health, especially for families with children, and I hope they address this. Then another customer service agent took over, and nothing was resolved; the issue was just left hanging

The public areas were very spacious and clean, and there were many activities available. Third, you could book various tours directly opposite the hotel's front desk, and communication in English was seamless

Although someone did attempt to repair the gaps, significant drafts and noise persisted, making it difficult to sleep at times. I’d also like to mention the dining staff, whose attitudes were inconsistent

Additionally, I appreciated the responsiveness of the management; whenever we had a request, they genuinely tried to assist us. However, there were a few aspects that made our stay less enjoyable

The furnishings were outdated and would greatly benefit from renovation. The balcony doors, in particular, were poorly sealed, which resulted in constant noise from the busy street outside

As a younger couple from the Czech Republic, we didn’t feel as though the hotel considered us an equally important clientele. Another issue was the condition of our room

One particular instance stood out: while I was still eating, one of the staff members took my plate almost directly from under me and slammed it onto the cleaning cart

However, some of the older staff were less welcoming; on several occasions, they didn’t respond to our greetings, even when I repeated them to ensure they heard

Plenty sunbeds available at all times across the 3-4 pools and the slides + wave rider are excellent for older children

🌟 Hotel GF Victoria really surprised me! It's not a big-name brand, but the facilities are super new. It has two pools; one features a children's water park where you can let the kids loose

There's also a surf simulator, but you need to book it at the front desk. For lunch, you can order food right by the pool. This place is way cheaper than the Ritz-Carlton, but offers amazing value for money

There's also a rooftop bar with a trendy glass-bottom pool, but we couldn't go because our child was too young!

An excellent hotel with lots of activities for the children and also options to dine out. The beach is only a 10min walk

We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it

Breakfasts were quite generous. The apartment was fully equipped: kettle, kitchenware, hairdryer, pots, cutlery, even an iron! There was also a sponge and dish soap provided

The evenings were without a doubt the highlight - full of dancing, laughter, & unforgettable moments, especially at the Pink Party! The effort, passion & professionalism from the entire animation team is exceptional

Every day there was a mini disco for the kids – such a great touch, even off-season. Parking was a bit tricky since the hotel doesn’t have private parking; street parking is very limited

On route back to the UK after an incredible stay at Hollywood Mirage & I couldn’t leave without sharing just how special this trip has been

The main pool is heated to a nice temperature though you do have to book a pair of loungers using the hotel app which is a great asset for hotel information etc

We were ‘fitted’ with our natty little bracelets which along with access to our room the bracelets were scanned both in the restaurants and bars to build our drinks bill! On the subject of drinks we found the price of the drinks to be very reasonable compared to some hotels we’ve visited previously

The bars - there is one on the end of the a la carte restaurant which serves the pool area during the day

Breakfast too was a high standard even having proper pork sausages and baked beans!! We loved the coffee machines which offer the best machine coffee we’ve had!! The al la carte restaurant sadly we didn’t take up the offered one evening meal as we were happy with the buffet

The spa is worth a visit we had a 90 minute session for only 20 euro. The sunbed booking system is a brilliant idea. We had a Double room with pool view fantastic shower A good variety of evening entertainment too

Normally we have a spring break however this year we chose to grab some late sunshine to top up our Greek tan gained in September. We’d visited Costa Adeje 7 years ago staying at the Hotel Guayarmina Princess

Can't fault the hotel, lovely rooms and great pool. It was my birthday a few days before we went and my partners a few days after we got there. When we arrived we were both wished happy birthdays

Accomidation is perfect place to stay with family. Apartment was cleaned everyday. It's has 2 pools for adult and kids. A gym, playground for the kids

Fantastic hotel we stayed in block four overlooking main road which wasn't a problem with traffic noise. Pool bar lovely service from staff very friendly 👌 not a problem with sunbeds

We loved our stay here, the most convenient location and the greatest facilities. The lunch at the pool bar was second to none.

There was no mad rush for the sun loungers in the morning, though there was people reserving them with towels. The atmosphere at the hotel was nice, and it is clearly oriented towards families

The hotel cleaning staff do a wonderful job. I especially want to praise the man cleaning the pool area every evening. He works thoroughly, and the pool area and toilets are always immaculately clean

The service and people who work here are amazing, everyone is so friendly, attentive, and responsive! Big thanks to Layla and Valentino, they are really cool, really enjoyed communicating with them and we’re pleased by their service and work! The aparthotel offers assistance with excursion reservations, such as Loro Parque, trips to Teide and Masca, and trips to La Gomera

We also really enjoyed the everyday parties at 4pm, like White Party, Rock Party, Pink Party, and Foam Party! It was more for kids, but still to look after it is still so cool, funny, and cute

Its a 3 star with 2 star prices in my opinion so don't expect more than a 3 star. Its clean, it's friendly, have pool activities on and overall a good hotel. Highly recommended if you want beachfront on a budget 👌 👍

I've been going to plam beach for many years now and always enjoy my stay there it was first time I went for Christmas the weather was fantastic and the hotel really had a good time

We really enjoyed staying at Ona Palm Beach

I’m happy I chose palm beach hotel because it’s so beautiful and the staff are amazing and they have great facilities and they have nice food and they have good restaurants and they also have a great price, I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to come visit

We stayed on the 10th floor so got a great view. The towels and sheets are unfortunately changed daily, which is not so good. On the whole, this hotel gets a very good rating and is recommended

Lovely stay at this hotel for our third time. The entertainment every night was of a high quality and very enjoyable. The food and service in the restaurant was top notice. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Amazing hotel staff were so approachable and caring especially that me and my wife are pure vegetarian and they always went out there way to cater for us we would highly recommend this hotel and it's only a few mins walk to the beach and bars The plus point was they did a off the menu for our 2 year wedding anniversary

On the whole this is a very nice Spanish hotel & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it

Great location in centre of resort. Basic accommodation, but good value for money. Always able to find something good to eat in restaurant. Food plentiful and drinks inexpensive

First the hotel is very nice and comfortable. We had a room on a high floor overlooking the ocean - recommend that! It was so peaceful to see the sunrise and sunset and hear the sound of the ocean

The beds were very comfortable. The gym is small but with an amazing view and has everything I needed. The heated pool in winter was a plus. The staff is great - friendly and helpful

Perfect shower pressure, and hot water came instantly. Clean pool towels available every day. Very kind staff – both at the reception and in the bars and restaurant

The only thing I would suggest is the bathroom in the hotel rooms could do with improvement, the shower heads leak a bit and the glass shower doors need a new seal as water does get through and goes onto the floor

On a positive note, the turndown service was excellent 👌 although we also note that we did not have excellence toiletries! The food remains excellent with plenty of choice, and the waiters in the Excellence restaurant were amazing and very attentive

Overall, this year felt a bit flat compared to our previous visits. Not being able to get a seat for the evening entertainment really affected our enjoyment, and the absence of Aldo or Mickey was definitely felt

However, we were disappointed with one of the à la carte restaurants we booked. For the first time in three years, the service was extremely slow and not up to the standard we’ve previously experienced

We stayed on the Excellence package, and as always, the service itself is very good and worth the extra cost. Having access to branded drinks, cocktails, and a private sunbathing area is a big plus

I also didn’t receive the usual pre-arrival welcome email, which I had to chase before arrival. This caused unnecessary anxiety and made it feel like standards had slipped slightly this year

Our balcony was quite small, which didn’t bother us personally, but we later read that we should have been allocated a room with a larger balcony

We only stay bed and breakfast, but there’s a plethora of options, you won’t go hungry. The staff were so kind, they left a bottle of champagne and glasses in our room for my birthday, completely blown away

sweeping, mopping and generally keeping pools and surrounding areas a lovely place to spend the day. I’m a fussy eater but never left hungry. Thank you Santa Maria for a 2nd brilliant stay. Will definitely be returning!

Returned to the Santa Maria after an excellent stay in January. Requested low floor and pool view as my hubby has walking difficulties. Was given exactly that with added bonus of walk-in shower

From reception to restaurant to lifeguard (struggling get parasol up so he quickly did so for me) to animation staff. Pool guys do an excellent job

Hotel staff is very nice and every time they helped me well - also, when I asked for luggage room and what was a nice surprise there’s also a room for the guests who already checked out of their room to take a shower before travel

I'm also very understanding of the fact that with Covid and the big loss in tourism, the budgets had to give to keep the 'light turned on', I'm hopeful things will be better for the hospitality sector and they will be able to bounce back

It was a great stay. the cleanliness was good, the facilities were great, the food was delicious and lovely live music. I had a really nice studio with everything you need. The staff was friendly.

If there was one improvement we would suggest beyond cleanliness, it would be to add a snack and drinks bar at the kids pool. It is not a major issue, but it would save the walk when spending long afternoons there

The hotel is pram friendly, with easy access to all areas. The kids pool is fantastic, with both big and small slides that kept our boys entertained for hours

We stayed at the hotel for two nights with our family and overall the experience was okay. The pool water was quite cold, even in the heated pool

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool

Like others, we were worried about the reviews but figured we’d be eating out every night so even just for bed and breakfast and some drinks by the pool during the day, it was really good value

We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad. We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job

Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building
