Hotel facilities are ok, a small outdoor pool and another indoor pool plus gym and other facilities
Over the week we spent only 70 euros, every evening we took a bottle of wine and water. I highly recommend this hotel. If you want a high floor with a view, take a superior room
Booked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board
The spa was perfect. I had a very nice experience with them and the staff were also very kind and professional. Definitely recommendable.
Good location. Good facilities. The staff is very friendly.
What I find it disappointing is that the hotel is quite poorly maintained, for example walls in the corridor are a bit damaged. The cleanliness of the hotel room is another red flag: the bathroom sink was not clean

The only thing that could be better is the pool bar, which is lacking some kids dishes, and it would have been even better if there was poolside service
Every snapshot is picturesque. Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Very clean (rooms are clean)
Environment: Very good
Service: The lemon tea was delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel in Tenerife again
Little bit old but very clean with service at its finest. 3 pools accessible - infinity pool with ocean view was amazing. Room I stayed was 1622 (suite with ocean view, terrace and private outdoor bathtub)
Lots of swimming pools, perfect for sunbathing 🌞
Hotel complex has prefect size not too big not too small. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet even we had balcony on rock hotel side. If somebody need more action there is a free shuttle to playa de la america
Environment: Three accommodation buildings, one lobby, and one spa/gym; the three pools have different functions, and the water wasn't cold at all in the afternoon of November; the sunset views were absolutely stunning, truly living up to the hotel's name, Atlantic Sunset

Louisa, Layla and the other teachers were all great, very friendly and helpful, as we found all of the staff too. The hotel has beautiful grounds, views over the town to the sea, is very clean and kept in great shape
We had an all inclusive week in January to dodge the miserable uk winter. It was a wonderful break in glorious sunshine made even better by this fabulous hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful
The quality of the food in the buffet is excellent and varied for each meal. There is always an option to have something cooked fresh and a huge selection of everything else
Would definitely recommend the all-inclusive package as it’s excellent value and you would definitely consume more than the difference between this and the half board rate
Evening entertainment was available if that’s your thing, the usual singers, bands and so on, but I really wouldn’t have missed this if it wasn’t on
The two onsite restaurants are also excellent, with one included in the package and the other priced at 50% for food - but well worth it

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, close to the ocean and some parks, good view to mountain and ocean, fantastic amenities and entertainment like tennis court and swimming pool and live music
Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit
Our vacation at Hotel Puerto Palace was great. Overall, we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, given how many different places you can visit on the island, but the time we did spend there was wonderful
If there were no spots in front of the hotel, we always found a space on the nearby streets. There is a small grocery store next to the hotel. We would definitely visit it again
Special thanks to the housekeeping staff who managed to surprise our child by placing their favorite toy in an interesting way on the bed! The room was clean and quite spacious
The buffet food wasn't very diverse throughout the days, but it was perfect for us. Parking in the area was not a problem for us

The facilities suited all of us - whilst the kids spent their time at the kiddies pool, the grandparents headed to the adult pool area for some peace. Perhaps the major weakness was the animation team
Great location and spotlessly clean. Plenty of sun beds and beautiful pools (some impressive slides for the kids… and the big kids!). Rooms are spacious and modern. Reception staff were helpful and polite
Whilst the accessible bathroom was great, it was almost impossible to get the wheelchair into it without moving the bed. Two of the party were on a strict gluten-free diet
I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel. All the staff from management to the cleaners were so professional. The food was off a exceptional high standard
A 5 out of 5 experience! We will be back! There were 14 family members from different parts of the UK who met up at The Bitacora for a family holiday
Some were not punctual, so some activities did not start on time. One of our party was wheelchair bound

First the hotel is very nice and comfortable. We had a room on a high floor overlooking the ocean - recommend that! It was so peaceful to see the sunrise and sunset and hear the sound of the ocean
Easy location to get around from .
The beds were very comfortable. The gym is small but with an amazing view and has everything I needed. The heated pool in winter was a plus. The staff is great - friendly and helpful
Compared to what H10 publishes for Grand Class members (which we are):

Welcome gift - no
Lunch bon for two - ok
20% off bars and restaurants - no
Daily turndown service - ok
Bathroad & slippers - no
Hot watter kettle in the room - no
Complimentary minibar - no
The last time we booked with H10 was for their hotel in Adeje (where we got an upgrade to a bungalow, were served a bottle...
Perfect shower pressure, and hot water came instantly. Clean pool towels available every day. Very kind staff – both at the reception and in the bars and restaurant
The only thing I would suggest is the bathroom in the hotel rooms could do with improvement, the shower heads leak a bit and the glass shower doors need a new seal as water does get through and goes onto the floor
On a positive note, the turndown service was excellent 👌 although we also note that we did not have excellence toiletries! The food remains excellent with plenty of choice, and the waiters in the Excellence restaurant were amazing and very attentive
Overall, this year felt a bit flat compared to our previous visits. Not being able to get a seat for the evening entertainment really affected our enjoyment, and the absence of Aldo or Mickey was definitely felt
However, we were disappointed with one of the à la carte restaurants we booked. For the first time in three years, the service was extremely slow and not up to the standard we’ve previously experienced
We stayed on the Excellence package, and as always, the service itself is very good and worth the extra cost. Having access to branded drinks, cocktails, and a private sunbathing area is a big plus
I also didn’t receive the usual pre-arrival welcome email, which I had to chase before arrival. This caused unnecessary anxiety and made it feel like standards had slipped slightly this year
Our balcony was quite small, which didn’t bother us personally, but we later read that we should have been allocated a room with a larger balcony
The pools and absolutely spectacular tropical gardens are beautifully kept. There's something for everyone, shady sunbeds amongst the gardens or the sun terrace with great views of Fanabe beach
Very clean, high standard of decor, enough sunbeds so no fighting, very good restaurant, lots of places to relax, great sea views and heated pool that was a good temperature for October.
The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym
No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing
The hotel, staff, room and facilities were of a very high standard, as were the nearby Resturant and shopping facilities, however the resort was a bit untidy and in need of modernisation and a good clean.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful, it was so peaceful and the views were stunning. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back

I'm also very understanding of the fact that with Covid and the big loss in tourism, the budgets had to give to keep the 'light turned on', I'm hopeful things will be better for the hospitality sector and they will be able to bounce back
It was a great stay. the cleanliness was good, the facilities were great, the food was delicious and lovely live music. I had a really nice studio with everything you need. The staff was friendly.
If there was one improvement we would suggest beyond cleanliness, it would be to add a snack and drinks bar at the kids pool. It is not a major issue, but it would save the walk when spending long afternoons there
The hotel is pram friendly, with easy access to all areas. The kids pool is fantastic, with both big and small slides that kept our boys entertained for hours
We stayed at the hotel for two nights with our family and overall the experience was okay. The pool water was quite cold, even in the heated pool
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy

The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good
Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows
Could not fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel and complex. The staff were fantastic, very friendly on a very professional level nothing was a problem. I only had three things I would give feed back on
One was a night time noise started around 3am, sounded like a pump or air con. The second was lunch if you are all inclusive its not just the snack bar it is the buffe so don't miss out
The room was an 8 out of 10, mainly because you can tell it has been used for some time. Breakfast was included and it was great—thank you to the chefs and staff
Overall, the location is nice and it’s a lovely place for people who enjoy walking and exploring

Hotel very well
Maintained great room and very comfortable bed. Great location lots of bars and restaurants and shopping near by
Cant complain about anything, we asked for a room upgrade on booking and to our surprise they had done so, even with a bottle of bubbly. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy and large
Here are some things worth noting before coming : no wrist bands, instead you use your room key, which i found quite annoying , especially when in other hotels the kids can go straight up and get what they want without having to get me to find the room key each time
They say on arrival, there is no life guard until 11am, I did not see a single lifeguard my entire 10 days stay, just a guy in a corner giving out towels and collecting them so if you have young ones u may want to consider this
We paid for late checkout (€11per hour) but it doesn't include food or drink after midday, even if u pay extra
Things which I think could be improved: although our room was cleaned everyday, the tea cups and tea bags etc were never replenished, on other all inclusive I've been on they always have been
The all inclusive food options at the snack bar are quite basic compared to the food advertised (you can pay extra for these) it isn't explained to you that only certain things are included
The grounds of the resort are massive and impressive, great pool size and plenty sunbeds, never seen people fighting for one
My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool
Like others, we were worried about the reviews but figured we’d be eating out every night so even just for bed and breakfast and some drinks by the pool during the day, it was really good value
We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad. We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job
Pool bar was amazing, with great uplifting music
Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building
Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Food is delicious, and every day they have some themes for the dinner. Pools are always clean, and there's always enough space for all
Highly recommended!
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after a few days, it got a bit boring. There were no fun or engaging activities, no music by the pool, and the evening shows were dull
Even some soft background music by the pool could have made the days feel more enjoyable. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is a great choice
Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value
Very nice and family oriented hotel with an excellent service. Perfect for some relaxing holidays.

Charming hotel in a very central location. Some features, like the showers, could do with modernising, but the grounds are beautiful and the pool is large and heated all year round. The service was generally very good
Try the sandwich menu and drinks at the bar outside. Rado and Jacob will be outstanding hosts. There are 5 restaurants, but takes a lot of work to find their menus. Easier to just go there and ask to look at it
Nicely renovated and immaculately kept. It is a perfect hotel if you are NOT into the „classic“ all-in-tourism. If I had a complaint, it was the lighting concept in the room. Either too bright or too dimmed
The hotel environment is great, with a small botanical garden right next door. The room also has a large balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view. There are also many supermarkets around the hotel
Ask for garden view room on 3rd or 4th floor. They have a nice view of the hotel grounds as well as the hills above
The garbage truck passed by on the street outside around 6 AM and 10 PM, and it was really loud

The catering staff always welcomed us with a smile. The reception staff always happy to help. Ty especially to Ester Fabio and Luna for putting on amazing shows. We are all very grateful for the effort u all put in
Loved this hotel, The staff are super friendly which is refreshing. I cannot fault the food, a different theme every night as well as the usually selections. Desserts are also really good
Our stay here has been amazing. The staff are the nicest we've ever stayed with. The entertainment staff were so friendly and the activities were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family
The hotel itself is very clean and sea view room options. Also options to upgrade are reasonably priced

Excellent! From the moment we arrived, staff were friendly & helpful! Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of beds around the pool area. Food was good with plenty of options
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly Lianette
And Ramon who runs the pool bar who works extremely hard and he was great fun
Very small issue with our room which was rectified right away!
Common areas of the hotel are kept nice and clean pool area was also nice. Spa looked good loads of options for different treatments etc
As mentioned in other reviews Ramon on the pool bar is amazing and goes above and beyond, makes a very family friendly atmosphere around the pool every day
Food is good, a little bit repetitive, but this was not a problem for us for the type of holiday we were on (kids were more than happy and plenty for them)
The real selling point of this hotel is the staff in every area, all of them are very friendly and happy help with anything questions or issues
Just had a lovely 10 day stay at La Siesta. Hotel is very clean, rooms are a good size and also very clean. We are a family of 4, children 7years/18months, plenty for them to be entertained

Lovely hotel, stylish and feels like home. Christina runs a well organised operation with kind welcoming staff. Lovely pools and plenty of Sunbeds if you're up before 9! Breakfast is plentiful
Pool area is vast and whilst people are out at 7 am placing towels on sunbeds, an irritation of mine, there was sufficient beds even due f half term. Pool is saltwater but highly maintained and warm
All the staff are very friendly, efficient & constantly checking the guests are happy. A Comfortable room with a fridge that does keep drinks cold. A warm pool & normal temp pool
Pool bar good for drinks and lunch
Very impressed with how caring all the staff are. Heaters very efficient where evening meals are served. Half board option available at a reasonable cost for a 4 night slot if booked b&b, worth taking up
Entertainment/Activities during the day and evening. Good location to beach, shopping, other restaurants like Le Torre Del Mirador. Ely on reception, Caesar & Ruth & Steven deserve a special mention

Although someone did attempt to repair the gaps, significant drafts and noise persisted, making it difficult to sleep at times. I’d also like to mention the dining staff, whose attitudes were inconsistent
Additionally, I appreciated the responsiveness of the management; whenever we had a request, they genuinely tried to assist us. However, there were a few aspects that made our stay less enjoyable
The furnishings were outdated and would greatly benefit from renovation. The balcony doors, in particular, were poorly sealed, which resulted in constant noise from the busy street outside
As a younger couple from the Czech Republic, we didn’t feel as though the hotel considered us an equally important clientele. Another issue was the condition of our room
One particular instance stood out: while I was still eating, one of the staff members took my plate almost directly from under me and slammed it onto the cleaning cart
However, some of the older staff were less welcoming; on several occasions, they didn’t respond to our greetings, even when I repeated them to ensure they heard

Plenty sunbeds available at all times across the 3-4 pools and the slides + wave rider are excellent for older children
🌟 Hotel GF Victoria really surprised me! It's not a big-name brand, but the facilities are super new. It has two pools; one features a children's water park where you can let the kids loose
There's also a surf simulator, but you need to book it at the front desk. For lunch, you can order food right by the pool. This place is way cheaper than the Ritz-Carlton, but offers amazing value for money
There's also a rooftop bar with a trendy glass-bottom pool, but we couldn't go because our child was too young!
An excellent hotel with lots of activities for the children and also options to dine out. The beach is only a 10min walk
We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it

Excellent facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice but we did have a disappointing [and expensive] meal in La Parilla restaurant
On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel
Spotless room. Fantastic house keeping. Lovely breakfasts. Helpful reception staff. Great spa garden.
This doesn't take it away that the hotel is fantastic and looking forward to return in the future
The quality was nowhere near that which would be expected of a 5 star hotel
