Hotels with pool in Tenerife

The location is great maybe you don't need to rent a car at all but if you did, be aware you have to pay 16€ per day for the closest parking near the hotel. Apart of this, we were really happy with our stay

com so we need to talk with the manager but after 4 days of our stay no explanation or excuses for us

Great place with a great view of the ocean and Mount Teide. Cozy rooms, friendly staff. You want to come back here again and again

Only I would like to mention there isn't any parking available for this hotel

I emailed them 3 times after i read the reviews about parking to pre-book the parking for our stay but no response! After i showed them the emails and messages in the trip. com they said we haven't checked the trip

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help

Location -brilliant Rooms-large and very clean Good value -yes you could get better food if you want to pay twice as much for it ! Always friendly staff Aquatics,Zumba,table tennis great fun with Elena

The entertainment letter often didn't turn up for scheduled events and didn't encourage people to partake. When they were on the professional musicians were excellent. Full marks to Roberto the bar man who was excellent

Rooms are clean although very dated. Food is basic and unfortunately cold. Our 2nd visit to the hotel, the first being during fiesta last summer so we thought we'd give it another go as it was very busy last year

Unfortunately, the food still disappointed and we ate out every night which defeats the object of all inclusive. Roberto was lovely and polite and Elena who did the entertainment was lovely

Not sure we will return to this hotel again but would definitely return to the area as its nice and peaceful

Overall I enjoyed the holiday

Staff were very attentive at breakfast and plates were cleared away very quickly. The pool area was very clean and service around the pool was excellent! Our room was lovely, and kept very clean

Polite and attentive staff with eyes for the details. We went for the Canarian Soul Nights dinner, nothing was short of perfection. Special thanks for the services from Lis, Nacho, Massimo, Antonio, Jessica and Bryan

Asked for granola as they didn’t have this and from the second day we had homemade granola brought to our table which was delicious! The chef also made us homemade hash browns, which were also delicious

We have visited Sir Anthony many times and it is still as fabulous as ever! In fact The service from the current team of staff was exceptional! Breakfast is fab, nice selection and quality food

Best sea views are from the third floor as you can see over the trees (especially from the rooftop terrace) and also you do have the plunge pool and sun loungers on the rooftop for a bit of added luxury

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and by the end of the week my family were ordering lots of crepes with fresh strawberries and multiple cups of hot chocolate - we didn't need lunch after such an excellent breakfast everyday! We only ate dinner at the hotel once, for the Canarian soul night, but again the staff made sure that all my dishes were adapted to be gluten free

Stayed Christmas week with a good view of the town and church from the 5th floor. Didnt use the air con as the nights were cool enough to sleep well. The sea and local amenties only a short walk

Staff were more than happy to provide anything we needed & answered many of our touristy questions with pleasure! They have a 24 hour reception that is there to answer the door during the night/early morning if you go out/come in

Rooms were cleaned when requested with new soaps, toilet roll, fresh towels, beds changed & made, bin empties, bath gel & shampoo provided

The culture shock was sunbathing Christmas day when used to freezing back home

On first arrival the receptionist was very pleasant and very helpful, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name ( I'm sure the management can work out who she is by my check in on the 2/9/25 at 1 pm) she is a credit to your hotel

The hotel is located on a pedestrian square and is amazing, the church opposite is beautiful, on a Sunday evening they do a parade down the main street. There are lots of restaurants nearby, which I can say they are fab

Great little hotel with lovely apartments and sizeable rooms that were will fitted. There's a bar on site and a tourist shop. The pool looked good but it was too nippy to have a try

This hotel is closed and a building site shell, no windows, no nothing… FYI Sept 2022

It's ashame there is no double beds only 2 singles but we just put the beds together. Mattresses a little on the hard side not very comfortable for my liking but other than that everything was great

Would however recommend to others, we used it as a base and travelled into Los Christiano every day, lots of little restaurants close by which offer a good variety

Receptionists and housekeeping were so lovely and smiley! Everything was clean and tidy, food was good! Great views from our apartment

A well organised and well run establishment. I see people complaining that their apartments were only serviced once in a week and it makes me wonder how often they change their bedding and towels

We had an overall brilliant stay at Ona Beverly Hills and would definitely return! What we loved: * The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help – they really made the stay special

* Rooms are cleaned every 2 days with fresh sheets and towels, which we really appreciated. * The breakfast is absolutely worth it – such good quality and a great start to the day

We did report the noise to reception, and to be fair, the staff handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. However, the group came back a second time

At first, we weren’t sure what they were doing—it seemed like a college group heading out for the night. But when they returned the second time, it felt like something completely different

Me and my partner wanted a relaxed holiday and we found this little gem. Reception staff were amazing and friendly. Pool/restaurant staff were somewhat friendly. Food was lovely and well prepared

The singer every other night was amazing and really fitted the relaxing vibe of the hotel. The location is amazing was able to go out to the local pub and watch the football and pop to the local shops etc for gifts

Fernando, who works at the restaurant, showed great commitment to excellence making sure everything was perfect! The team member in the pool area was really kind ensuring that guests had an umbrella by their lounger

Very good hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff. Cleanliness and quality. The bedrooms are very large. Beautiful swimming pool with ocean view. Unbeatable price.

If you’re looking for something laid back and chilled then this is the place for you. Shops and lovely restaurants across the road. If you’re looking for a more club environment then that’s about 20 minutes away

Strongly suggest visiting La Libelula on the other side and a nice cocktail bar, called Eden, which had nice evening entertainment (a saxophone player). The hotel is in close proximity to a supermarket

Been going to Las Madrigueras the last five years and will keep coming! Already reserved a room for this year visit! That's how we fell in love with the place on our first visit! Staff from the hotel to the golf course are all very helpful:-)

First time at this hotel and golf course. Honestly cannot fault anything. Hotel beautiful, rooms amazing. Breakfast really fabulous and no queue for omelettes as they serve you at table

Evening dinner is out of this world level. Staff professional, efficient and friendly… nothing an issue. Golf course is the best one we have played abroad. Water features and rough, all well looked after

I have to mention toilets on the course, which are also immaculate. Honestly first time, but we are already booking for next year

We are staying in room 2 (deluxe suite) the bed is comfortable and huge, it has a private balcony. The golf course and access is perfect. The pool is warm enough to take a swim and the sun loungers are comfortable

A very nicely maintained hotel with a well appointed and quiet pool area, spoilt by patchy service dispensed grudgingly and with an air of supercilious disdain

The breakfast is fantastic and tasty, with a great selection. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, a short distance from both the beach, restaurants and shopping

Breakfast was excellent quality and staff were superb, I even had a phone call before arrival from Nikolas in reception to discuss my room request and found us a perfect location for our needs

The location is excellent, the room is small but comfortable, there is parking on site 👍, the only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, every day the same omelet, fried eggs, sausages.

Even better was the private pool access, shared with only nine other flats – a fantastic feature that added a touch of luxury and tranquility to our stay

Modern, pool on the roof top, sunbeds, balconies for each of the rooms, mini studio type rooms with a big wet room, little kitchen area and a big tv, even provided robes, slippers and room refreshed everyday

The location was perfect, it just a few minutes walk from bus garage and the sea. We had a sea view from our 6th floor balcony. All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful

The room was clean and had a hot fast running shower. Pool area was clean and quiet with great views of Puerto De La Cruz. We did not eat there but did use the bar and had a delicous cocktail

The pool is really small and good to cool down in, not so much to swim in but the beach is just down the road

On the 7th floor, there is a terrace with a pool and a view of Teide

There's laundry facilities downstairs also (5 euro a load) and the rooms are all catered for self catering with a hob and all!Staff are incredibly helpful and overall I would definitely recommend and stay here again

There isn't any air-conditioning but the ceiling fans were perfect and cooled the room. We didn't use the pool but did go to the bar on a night

For the price we paid we expected basic, but clean. My expectations were low, they shouldn’t have been. We have only had positive experiences here

A good 25 minute walk to the beach, but close to shops and bus station. The place has a lot of steps as my ankle found out on the first night. ! The pool was ok, water was pretty cold

This is only our second visit to Los Cristianos and to be honest with you, the low price for 5 days was what swayed me into booking this hotel, I knew we had previously stayed a little closer to town and the beach but the extra walk up a slight hill was not a deal breaker

Spacious apartments, cleaned daily, friendly and welcoming staff - we knew there was no air con, don’t really feel you need air on at this time of year it is cool enough at night to sleep comfortably

Came here for a long weekend trip. We usustay down the hill at the Aguamar but thought we'd try this place. We were able to check in early and given our room. The Room was big and everything clean

The hotel is about 20 min walk from the bus station but is in the town centre next to main shopping area. We choose this hotel because it is 15-minute walk from cruise terminal

The pool on the roof did not work - this was very disappointing. For some reason, there is no toilet brush or hygienic shower in the toilet

There is not enough parking nearby and it is difficult to drive up in a personal car. We did not use the hotel parking, because we read reviews that it is very narrow

This hotel is lovely in every respect. It has been in the same family since it was built and most of the staff have been there many years. This alone speaks volumes as to how well it is run and how nice everyone is

It was excellent and he continued to make them for me when asked. A welcome drink at check-in is a nice touch too. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Puerto de la Cruz

I asked for a whiskey old fashioned cocktail ( not realising at the time it wasn’t on the cocktail list) and he googled it and told me he could make it no problem

I was a little disappointed that the indoor pool advertised on Google was part of the spa at extra cost. Access to the spa has to be booked - not really spontaneous for holidays

We spent two nights at this hotel while on a hiking trip of the northern Tenerife. We had a very nice stay - the room was maybe a bit small but very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed

I’ve already visited three times this year alone, which says it all about how welcoming and enjoyable it is. The pool bar is now under new management, and what a difference it’s made

Pools are beautiful clean staff amazing and so friendly everything we wanted and more it was an amazing holiday hotel views and bar and restaurant was great to so would highly recommend for anyone from single married friends children families it's amazing in everything already looking forward to going again next year

Taxis into town and other places are good value

The studio is perfect for two people, very clean and with everything you need. The pool was great, and the lifeguard made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended. I would definitely come back.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more

Fab pool bar serving food and drinks during day with very friendly staff, good prices then evening bar and restaurant opens up. Entertainment in the evenings. Well positioned for night life but in a quiet area

From check-in to checkout the staff at reception were outstanding and very helpful. The staff at the pool bar (Stacey, Peter) were brilliant and couldn't make you more welcome

Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s been modernised. Washing machine in the apartment too which is very handy for a familly or a long stay.

The only minor letdown was the pools, which were unfortunately far too cold to comfortably swim in. It would be great if at least one pool were heated to a more comfortable temperature

A special mention must go to Patrick in Casas Ducales and Luis at the Beach Club, both were outstanding and made our stay feel extra special

It got busy very quickly and staff seemed harassed and short staffed. We were sat by a doorway and kept getting brushed past when the staff were going past because there wasn’t much room there

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, largely thanks to the incredible staff who truly delivered a 5 star experience

Facilities on offer - range of pools, bars and restaurants as well as location by the beachfront

The studio was in a different building and it felt a bit separated from the main part. It had appliances and everything you might need, just missing oil and salt. The other room was looking at the pool and the ocean

The shower area around the pool looks old and dirty. The floors were not properly cleaned. We stayed with a crawling baby and we could see all the dirt that was left, was not too much, but wouldn’t hurt to mop

The hotel has a few buildings, so it doesn’t feel overcrowded even though it was fully booked. We are overall happy with our stay hence my 5 stars. However, I’d like to add some feedback on things that can be improved

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were communicating our transfer between themselves. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. The location is great - close to the central part and the beach, but not noisy

Wouldn’t recommend going to the volcano with a baby, just because the road to the top is full with dangerous turns. Definitely would advise to take a sick pill as you are travelling zig-zag for an hour

Instead of a soap bar, a normal hand soap can be used. The soap bar makes the sink area too messy. Our sink was blocked when we arrived and it blocked again during our stay

Staying In the hotel perla just now leave tomorrow morning arrived 19th november all I can say is the staff are lovely food is great I have had the best time ever first holiday alone thanks to all the staff maids, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception loved my stay thanks to all of you for making it a holiday to remember lots of love
