Firstly I will start by saying don't go on people's reviews mostly negative these apartments are really nice clean the food is amazing value all breakfast dinner and tea can't fault it the staff equally amazing the main pools by the outside bar are very cold but that's for me isn't an issue because if you go to the back of the apartments there is a lovely pool with a man made waterfall

Third visit here with our group in a room only basis.. Ticks most of the boxes once again. Clean,location geat,staff are helpful. Pool can get a bit noisy some days, but would return once again.

There’s something disarming about KN Aparthotel Columbus in Tenerife. It isn’t flashy or trying to sell you an illusion

Located 2 lines from the sea, in fact, very close. Exceptionally cooked and fed! There is everything - seafood, chicken, lamb, etc. ! In the morning in the restaurant, brut champagne is made from alcohol

To assist the patrons, she added a translation app to her phone on her own initiative. A wonderful young lady, who just loved to help and serve the guests in the rooms under her charge, with usual smile on her face

The animation team do their best to entertain guests. The shows have been OK but very standard except for the Latino night show. Those three guys were amazing and really got the crowd on their feet

Pool towels can be obtained via the spa at no deposit just card given on arrival but make sure you take the towels to reception when you are leaving for them to check them off

The main pool has a party atmosphere,but are two more pools if you prefer it quieter. The food has been good especially the pate and warm french bread, pulled pork,roast beef and the soup

Very loud but in good location,pool area great would not take my kids again but would stay for a girlie break. Rooms clean but furniture was broken and needs an update. Staff very helpful.

I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits

We have came here about 8 times and never had a bad experience. Our last day today and we have enjoyed it. The staff are great, room was clean however food wasn’t the best (we knew this anyway)

Enjoying my stay at Casablanca. The apartments are very clean, we’re in a studio with a nice pool view. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine on our first night

High standard hotel with excellent pools and activities for families

All inclusive drinks was all branded too! Hotel is very very clean, staff friendly and all round a fantastic trip! My only feedback would be the evening entertainment could be better and also some afternoon pool entertainment would be good

Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Pool and pool bar were lovely. The food was amazing, definitely worth getting all inclusive. The room was brilliant and very big. Cleaners came in daily, very kind staff

3 nice pools,loads of sunbeds,never had a problem getting a sun bed at any time of the day. The top pool could do with a bar up there as it is along way to walk down to get a drink

The rooms are huge,so much space-2 balconies-yes no air con which is a shame but manageable and wasn’t a major problem. Lots of storage space-Clean and functional. Housekeeping every other day which is fine

Plenty of drinks included in all inclusive including a different cocktail of the day every day. Food was lovely-different every day,plenty to eat for all,salad bar huge,nice selection of desserts

Elderly people will struggle on arrival taking luggage to rooms as there's no lifts either and stairs are steep if you're on the upper floors. Can't fault the rooms and food but pool area a let down

The big plus this year for us was the temperature of the two heated pools. It was amazing especially for the winter months. I believe they got new heat pumps fitted

Stayed here in April, decent and clean but a massive flaw is the sunbed situation, not enough of them and we were forced to go the beach most days as we had nowhere to relax

Fresh and clean rooms (the housekeeping staff are incredibly helpful), a great location, a heated pool year-round, enjoyable musical entertainment every evening, and above all, exceptionally service-oriented, efficient, and friendly staff throughout the hotel

Hotel apartment was a big size with towels, bath gels, kettles, toasters, TV, bath/shower and balcony. The staff are really friendly and the internet (wifi) we purchased was very good

45 and being very warm compared to the cold pool and a baby pool being very shallow also lots of shops within less than a range between 1-5 minutes unless you take the 10 minute walk to the beach with a plentiful amount of shops and beautiful restaurants and in the dock there is a tunnel leading to even more beach and restaurants all tasting lovely

Fabulous holiday- the staff could not be more helpful & considerate, the facilities were perfect for a traveller with mobility issues; super clean, spacious, lovely food and perfect access to lots of lovely restaurants

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s

Despite reporting it each time, the problem has never been resolved. I keep being told that a technician will check it, either that night or the next morning, but nothing has changed. This has now happened five times

This is making me very vulnerable and absolutely unacceptable for a FIVE-STAR HOTEL? I am concerned about they are incapable of providing effective, satisfying responses on my issue, or any other issues if they ever arise

The stay so far does not feel up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I am staying from November 11–19, and every single night I have had issues with the shower temperature

The pool was amazing no sore eyes and spotless. The gym looked out of this world from my front door lol, the paddle board courts and spin studio looked amazing

Rested the three of us in adjoining rooms in October 2015. Unpretentious little hotel for little money. No kettle, corkscrew in the apartment! Dishes enough. Wi-fi near reception are good

Overall I liked it a lot. The only big disadvantage is extremely slow Wii fi. Not only your don't have it in room, even in wifi places it's very slow. The views are really nice

We love our 10 day stay at Royal Hideaway Corales. All staff are really wonderful. We have breakfast and dinner included. The balcony is private and large

We spent an amazing Christmas at The Suites Beverly Hills. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with two bathrooms

The apartment was spotlessly clean, as was the whole resort, a big shout our to the cleaners, lifeguards and the bar/ waiting staff who were wonderful. The reception staff and Manger were wonderful

The hotel is situated up the hill, so be prepared for a bit of walking—but after all the amazing food, it’s a great way to burn some calories! Los Cristianos is only a 10-minute walk away

There were two lifts, both take you to the pool area—small but peaceful. I imagine it gets crowded in peak summer due to the limited sunbeds, but with the private terrace, this wasn’t an issue

we come here every year amazing place for a 3 star its perfect reading some of these reviews are laughable, we love how quiet it is no noise pools always quiet, elisibeth the pool bar maid and life guard is amazing always happy helpful and smiley shes a credit to your hotel, cannot complain admittedly last few years the age groups are getting younger but most never cause an issue

The fresh bedding and towels carried a strong scent of detergent—very fresh and pleasant just like mummas washing (you know what I'm talking about) :) Upon entering the apartment, immediately to the left was the bathroom, which was spotless

Rooms are okay, do the job for the price can’t really complain, 5 star simply because of the lifeguard/barista at the pool amazing service and she was very nice and approachable.

A spiral staircase between the kitchen and dining table led up to a private rooftop terrace, complete with two sunbeds—a nice touch. Brilliant for star gazing at night too

Back downstairs, across from the dining table, a set of double patio doors opened onto a balcony with a small table, two chairs, and an ashtray. The staff were all friendly, though we had minimal interaction with them

We just came back from a 7 night stay. Our room and the hotel is always spotless. The staff and constantly cleaning. The room was modern and had everything you needed too. Same with the pool area was amazing

All inclusive was pretty standard, varied theme nights, but wasn't anything to write home about. Pool could maybe to with some music during the day to living the place up a little but overall pretty good

Not only were the omelets absolutely perfect, but his cheerful personality truly lit up every morning. The hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. While it’s not the newest, it’s very well-maintained

The bathroom was clean and of a good size and as was the balcony The pool area is fantastic, with music playing quietly through the day. Sunbeds are comfortable too and the jacuzzi around the corner is a nice touch

If you’re planning to lounge by the pool all day, be aware there’s some nearby construction that could disrupt the peace. However, since we spent most of our days exploring, this didn’t bother us at all

Do note that there’s live music in the evenings until 10:00 PM, so if you prefer an earlier night’s sleep, it’s something to consider

Vanilla Garden 1st time in the vanilla Garden and wouldn't hesitate returning a lovely hotel with good friendly hard working staff.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our visit, but a special shoutout goes to the chef who prepared breakfast omelets

Basically got what we paid , 3 Star hotel , rooms ok , bathroom ok but could do with a make over , both very tired Towels in bathroom not great and although maids come everyday , bed sheets only changed twice in 7 days Breakfast ok , but reheating food from last nights dinner, wrong Staff great All helpful Convenient for couple of bars and very good Italian restaurant

Hotel room is outdated and has no A/C . But staff are lovely. Place is very clean. Great location. Good facilities. Value for accommodation very good. Food was ok. I would definitely recommend.

Also my daughter is allergic to milk and wasn't much deserts so i had to buy her an ice lolly but overall selection and quality i cant fault. Good value for a big family of fussy kids

the cockroaches mentioned by some: this is part and parcel of a tropical climate BUT here's the trick: keep the bath and bidet outlet plugged and put a few bayleaves in a small dish: bay is supposed to repel the critters

I stayed here for a week and i was worried by the reviews. Basic, clean, comfortable and cheap. Cleaning was offered daily and staff were all lovely. Shops 1 min away and a nice walk down to the beach approx 10mins away

(The accommodation was clean and I didn't meet any insects!) As someone who previously lived in Puerto de la Cruz for several years and also stayed in hotels most of the year during my tour leader's career, I can honestly say that the Pez Azul is a great choice and gives more than good value for money

An extremely happy stay at the Pez Azul for a very reasonable price. Room cleaned every day, blackout blinds in room for a good sleep, fridge/freezer to store food. Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice

If your mobility isnt great then i would suggest a taxi back, 5 euros. There was general noice but nothing to complain about. I would recommend these apartments if your looking for cheap and cheerful

The food and drink prices at the pool were reasonable. We were in room 202 it was clean and not noisy. Location was good much better than where we stayed previously in tenerife (further up the hill)

We had an excellent holiday but our room (215) was noisy due to pumping equipment outside the balcony

Cleaning is only done twice a week, which might not be ideal for guests staying for longer periods. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In our case, the fan in Room 205 wasn’t working

Being unable to access the room until late in the afternoon, and then having to check out by 10am, doesn’t feel like good value. These timings definitely need to be reviewed

All in all, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and views, but a few upgrades and adjustments would really improve the overall experience
