Hotels with pool in Tenerife

Only things that we're included that we found were ice cream and crisps. Pool activities (if you wanted them) were available aswell as outdoor tennis, table tennis, pool & kids room

No problem getting a sun bed and towels were provided. Room has apartment facility which looked comprehensive, but we didn't need or use them

The staff were nice and kind even through Christmas and I thought that was sweet. They gave us a small Aloe Vera gift pack for the holidays. They were two quite big pools, around 1

-archery is sticky pad kids archery -if you want to use the tennis courts you have to pay €9 each time -lots of the kids equipment/toys were broken -the pools may be heated but they are NOT warm! Pros: -great location, quiet but with some fab places to eat and drink within walking distance

Two pool areas very clean and enough beds. Didn't eat in the onsite restaurant as was a buffet

We stayed here for 1 week, there was a storm apparently so was unsure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the weather and no rain all week

I'm a small person and had difficulty climbing in and out of the bath to shower as it is very high. What I like about the hotel is the comfort, the spaciousness of our room

Fabulous staff, food excellent and Roof top bar and pool was wonderful. Hector was always smiling! Traditional hotel so don't expect entertainment, but everything is on the doorstep, Cafe de Paris was great

Rooftop swimming pool and bar super. Although breakfast good evening meals pretty average. Staff in restaurant from top to bottom require serious training in dealing with clients

I understand the hotel has no control over this but a solution would be to install soundproofing of the balcony door. My only other concern is the combined bath and shower

I stayed at Valle Mar 28th April for 5 days with my sister, our 3rd visit to the hotel. We had garden facing rooms, lovely large balcony, comfortable beds and pillows

There are also a lot of people passing by having loud conversations and in the morning early deliveries to the hotel happen

The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time

The service was excellent, the facilities very nice. I missed fresh orange juice for breakfast and Serrano ham for dinner, for a 5-star hotel, it's a gem. But overall, it was very good

A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect

Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine

The food in the hotel is lovely, plenty of choice, loads of vegetarian options and beautiful amuse niche selection and desert selection. Pool area is lovely, enough comfortable loungers and nice pool towels

The staff are friendly and helpful booking taxis and a table booking in next resort. Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels room and pool available too

Breakfast was included and had healthy and English or continental breakfast options. Got 5 sunbeds daily and used the pool bar/restaurant for drinks and lunch

However spent more time poolside due to the adult only nature of the hotel, was nice and quiet and perfect for relaxing

Excellent room..quiet and spacious. Location excellent for numerous restaurants. Short walk along well paved pavements. 2 supermarkets 2 minutes away. Our maid was friendly and helpful.

It is a quieter hotel with no music or big groups of people or children which we gave it a relaxing vibe during the day and then walked along the beachfront for nighttime entertainment

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with diverse options. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely great holiday with family and children. We arrived late night exhausted, and found hotel staff left dinner for us in the fridge - what a caring gesture from hotel, well appreciated

This year we were on the second floor just above the restaurant and no sun on the balcony until late in the afternoon

I asked if next time we could state our preferences when booking and without hesitation we were given another room overlooking the garden with lots of sunshine

There is a kitchenette in every room so you can make your own food if you don’t want to eat out every night

Housekeeping keeps the rooms and external areas spotless! Restaurant is efficient and provides great options to cater all tastes- all is served buffet style but they make sure all food is refill timely and it’s hot

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Returned home on the 10th February. On arrival swift smooth check in and was greeted by Natalia on reception. Our room was side sea view on the 2nd floor with decent size balcony

00 for 2 sunbeds with parasol with waiter service for beach bar and food. Costa Adeje is about 45 minutes coastal stroll, which leads on to Las Americas and Los Cristianos where it is very lively

Leaving tomorrow after a four day stay, just wish it was longer. Hotel very clean and maids clean room every day. The rooms are spacious, do need updated but it had absolutely no impact on our stay

There is also an outside eating area which we sat every day (however it is a lottery with where you sit) which is lovely and overlooks the sea. There is buffet style dining. Constantly being replaced and topped up

We really appreciate spend time in the pool area where one evening we participated to a dinner event when we ate very good dishes tipical of the different Canary Islands and we try also wine made in Tenerife itself

Loved everything. VIEWS, FOOD, POOL, LOCATION. JUST AMAZING AND THE OCEAN IS GORGEOUS THERE

The room cleaning service is very bad. We stayed for 4 nights and the bathroom was still dirty and have hair on the floor after the cleaning service. One night we didn’t even have towels.

I really like it. The customer service is very good. I can also store my luggage. The most important thing is that the room is beautiful and you can see the sea.

The location is good, the room is spacious enough, and there is a small balcony. I left early and didn't take care of breakfast

The environment is great, very close to the beach and Loro Park, the facilities in the hotel are very complete, the garden is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

It was guite irritating, that you were forced to hear entertainment in the evening all over the hotel. Sometimes terrible shoutingkaraoke

We hoped, that bedlinen would be changed in the middle of week. One day room wasn't cleaned at all. But view was very nice and staff very friendly and helpfull

Enjoyed stay at Los Olivos, staff were very nice, food was good,room was clean. Only let down was room not cleaned. Had to tell them it had not been cleaned after asking for it to be cleaned the previous day

Good quality rooms and balcony. The kitchen area is also helpful with a kettle, iron and toaster. The Skybar is really nice and the infinity pool on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend.

However wifi has not been working or partly worked with pure internet signal with constant disconnections. Apartment was mature for renovation. Randomly clean-up and missing toalet papers. All in all we enjoyed our stay

Nice big rooms, a bit of a walk out if the main reception only, other gate was locked. Overall very good experience.

There was a big pool with many free sun loungers, the water was not hot, but we could swim

The room was spacious, had comfy large bed. The housekeeping service in the room was surprisingly great and fast, unbothering at all. The room’s view was as ordered on Teide (unfortunately we enjoyed it only 2 last days)

Great hotel, very clean, well maintained, helpful staff. There are lots of small things: kettle and fridge in the rooms, proper coats hangars, British channels on the TV which make for a great stay

The amenities were exceptional: as they offered not only in-house trainings, games and night shows, but also outdoor trips to the nearby cities

The hotel was very well laid out, the pool was a good size, and the around the pool area was a little small but, this was a good thing so as not to create too much bustle when you’re trying to relax at the poolside/in the pool

The night shows included authentic cultural music and dances — was very fascinating. The staff was very helpful and friendly not on the reception, but at the bar and attractions

Great holiday, Great hotel and the staff were amazing, literally couldn't fault the amount of effort everyone at the hotel put in over the xmas period, the rooms were spotless the whole resort was maintained and very clean, all staff were polite and there was always something to eat for everyone, the heated pools were spot on we couldn't keep the kids out! always activity to keep them entertained...

The pool area was lovely however no where to sit as people put towels down at 6/7am!!! This should not be aloud not fair to others

The food was was really good with great variety in themed nights and always enough ‘basics’ for the kids if they didn’t fancy oriental night! The pools are heated which makes a world of difference

A special mention for Marina who was an excellent lifeguard by the kids pool. Marina played games and kept them entertained and safe

Stayed here for a week first time staying in Gran oasis, start of by saying we had a lovely upgrade and bottle of fizzy upon our arrival and swans made out of towels what was so thoughtful and beautiful! We appreciate it so much! Only issue with the rooms are they are so worn out our lights were handing of wall and wire hanging out ceiling and hand rail to stairs hanging of also lots more issues

You’ll meet Shelby the kids entertainer, she’s absolutely amazing at her job there’s never a dull moment! Along side with her husband Miguel, he works the bar and again you’ll become good friends

The hotel has a great location, close to everything, and the breakfast is plentiful. There are parking spaces, but they are not easy to find, so it's best to ask about parking in advance if you need to park.

Breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but there was enough to find something satisfying. The spa area on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and the distant Anaga Mountains

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the Atlantida Hotel in Santa Cruz. The service at the reception from Francisco was genuinely amazing

We saw how much he enjoyed helping us and how much he cared for us to have a good time at the hotel. He takes his job really professionally and we really see a lot potential in him

they never told me anything (not if I didn't see the insects anymore, or what action they were supposed to take, or if I was satisfied, or even a possible proposal to change rooms

We went on a holiday as a family of 18 and we had the most fantastic time the staff were amazing cannot do enough for you the food was amazing lots of choices and a kids corner with plastic plates bowls and cutlery for them there is a pool baby pool and a splash pad there was one small issue the splash pad had a bridge you could go over I didn’t go over it my niece did and she said it was a bit slippery...

The pool area was clean and tidy, only downside was no inflatables in the pool however they do have different things going on in the pool for the kids to join in on regularly

Food was to a good standard something for everybody at every meal time, pool snack bar handy for the kids

The service and atmosphere created by all of the staff was second to none but the star of the show was ENZO in all honesty he made our holiday went above and beyond he really deserves some recognition as the effort he makes i'm sure goes above and beyond what is expected

One unusual aspect was the lockers in the room — having to pay per day to use them felt a bit inconvenient and is something that could easily be improved. The unlimited food and drinks are a big plus

Loads of different pools and plenty of sunbeds. Kids are in the hotel but you wouldn't notice them as it is very quiet

40 euro per person to use the thermal suite for 90 mins. - Gym looked good in the photos but I was disappointed when I saw it in person. Just a few basic machines and dumbbells that only go up to 22kg

Well sized, powerful showers with multiple jets, amazing bath. Beds are enormous and very comfortable. - Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had. So many options and it is all high quality

I do not get why so many hotel gyms do not have the basics like a squat rack and pull up bar. - We only had the dinner buffet once but it didn't impress us as much as the breakfast

No noisy guests or sounds from bars like other hotels in the more party areas. - Cocktails were great and were reasonably priced. Cons - Spa is an added cost and it is expensive

If you are looking for a more buzzing hotel I would look elsewhere but if you want a peaceful one then this is great. - Hotel is very quiet overall

The pool is very well kept and a good system for allocating towels and sunbeds. The food is exceptional, so much choice. Very good breakfast with fruits, eggs cooked to order, rolls, croissants etc

Dinner also has great choices, beautiful salads, soups, cheeses, meats. Steak and fish cooked to order. The pool bar/snack bar and main bar are really comfortable and great variety of cocktails

The bathroom is beautiful with double wash basins and large shower with a door. Towels and bath robes were pure white ( for me this is a must)

You never had to rush for a sunbed as there was always plenty available and you have a nice thick mattress placed on them

On some nights there was at least 6 or 7 people waiting for fish/meat to be cooked. The pool outside was lovely and warm

Back again to this wonderful hotel. When you have visited a place a few times there is always the worry that things won’t be as good but not here. They are friendly, professional and take pride in their work and hotel

During our stay, my mother was seriously unwell, which was incredibly stressful for our family. However, the staff at reception, the bar, and the pool went above and beyond in every possible way to support us

We stayed here because our flight was delayed overnight due to high winds. I gave a score of 5 for value and location but the airline/holiday company put us up in this hotel

Lovely hotel,stylish and feels like home. Christina runs a well organised operation with kind welcoming staff. Lovely pools and plenty of Sunbeds if you're up before 9! Breakfast is plentiful

Pool area is vast and whilst people are out at 7 am placing towels on sunbeds, an irritation of mine, there was sufficient beds even due f half term. Pool is saltwater but highly maintained and warm

All the staff are very friendly, efficient & constantly checking the guests are happy. A Comfortable room with a fridge that does keep drinks cold. A warm pool & normal temp pool

Very impressed with how caring all the staff are. Heaters very efficient where evening meals are served. Half board option available at a reasonable cost for a 4 night slot if booked b&b, worth taking up

Entertainment/Activities during the day and evening. Good location to beach, shopping, other restaurants like Le Torre Del Mirador. Ely on reception, Caesar & Ruth & Steven deserve a special mention

Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. The pools are nice, kid friendly

Lovely hotel perfectly situated to explore La Laguna and the surrounding area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. The reception staff were all delightful, friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with excellent service! On my first day I connected to the Wi-Fi and got a request for feedback. I said that a kettle would be nice in the room to be able to make some tea

30 minutes later two ladies knocked at my door and brought me a kettle, a few teabags and two glasses. That’s service! They have a good gym, too. Hotel overall with nice interiour

Unfortunately, the spa wasn't operational. Also, despite what was advertised, there was no parking available. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near the main streets

Positives- Adults only but mostly German guests -Very Clean -basic rooms but nice enough -Staff very good, friendly, speak most languages and attentive. -Pool area nice, good and plenty of beds -Quiet and relaxing

We had a lovely stay at TRH Taoro Garden hotel. The surrounding area, pool, and food were incredible. The beauty of the location is truly breathtaking, looking out from the balcony it feels like paradise

It is definitely one of the well run hotels that we have come across. The staff are so friendly, food are delicious, everywhere are so clean. Lots of health plants and trees on a well maintained garden

The reception staff were always happy to help and gave us lots of great info and recommendations. The hotel had a fair number of amenities with a massage/mini spa where we both enjoyed a treatment under their daily deal

Puerto de la Cruz is a beautiful area, we highly reccommend visiting the La Orotova Botanical Gardens. The reason why I have given 4 stars over 5 is primarily due to our experience as a gay couple in the hotel
