Hotels with pool in Tenerife

Excellent facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice but we did have a disappointing [and expensive] meal in La Parilla restaurant

On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel

Spotless room. Fantastic house keeping. Lovely breakfasts. Helpful reception staff. Great spa garden.

This doesn't take it away that the hotel is fantastic and looking forward to return in the future

The quality was nowhere near that which would be expected of a 5 star hotel

Room was very clean, but they need modernising and it would be 5 star. Staff were all happy and very polite, great service culture

Plenty of beds around so there was no need to get there early to get a sunbed. There were plenty of comfortable sitting areas around the bar. Drinks were reasonably priced and measures were generous

  Location was excellent with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The highlights during our stay was Bellissimo, which was a restaurant on the hill opposite the bar seating area

And was away from the noise of the road and pavement near the carpark. A secluded but very private area with just a few apartments located along the side

We had a great stay at Ona el Marques. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and thoughtful to our needs

Lovely stay - very friendly hardworking staff and very welcoming. Very well equipped rooms and very clean, Pool towels provided. Walk into the centre made easier with back gate access. Lidl and Superdino only yards away

  Unfortunately we didn’t book an apartment with a balcony so we didn’t feel we could sit outside to eat and drink as outside our apartment was a walkway.   The pool area was clean with toilets and changing available

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location - slightly removed from the madding crowd, but still close enough to walk

An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon. The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning

This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff

We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night

The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night. I cannot say enough food things about our experience

Lorenzo,Eline, Francesca, Alessio,Georgia,Nikoletta,Arianna,Laura, Marco,Nico and Alex are brilliant at the animation and also performing amazing night shows. They are very dedicated to what they do

We have just returned home to the uk and wow we have had a lovely holiday , lovely food & Alex and his Animation team are all Brilliant at what they do , superb evening shows & work hard entertaining everyone during the day by the pool ❤️

The animation team are always so happy and cheerful while working which makes everyone around them even happier. They work extra hard during the day, while also performing a show every night

This hotel is perfect for families and people who like activities. The location is perfect,close to shops,beach and airport as well as Siam park. Atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly

There is a kids club for the smaller boys and girls and different activities for adults and older children + teenagers including archery, football, ping pong, water polo and lots more

The thing that impacted our holiday the most and made it even better was the animation team, especially Lorenzo, Francesca, Ali, Patrik and Samuele

Our youngest had her birthday whilst we were there and the staff helped to make it feel special by making a birthday cake and decorating a table for us in the Italian restaurant

The location is good if you like to walk, but if you have mobility issues, you may find the walk from the hotel down to the main area a little bit much

Not far from the center but far enough away that you don't hear the nightlife or be bothered by noise (bonus if you have kids), I'll definitely be back!

Stayed here for an all inclusive holiday with the family. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a 1 bed apartment, to a 2 bed apartment

The reception and cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, as were some of the restaurant staff

But please do not be put off , I couldn’t recommend it more brilliant in every department so pleased with everything no complaints they must of been reviewing a different hotel because I can guarantee it wasn’t the one we stayed in … Thankyou playa real for a wonderful stay

The location is great maybe you don't need to rent a car at all but if you did, be aware you have to pay 16€ per day for the closest parking near the hotel. Apart of this, we were really happy with our stay

com so we need to talk with the manager but after 4 days of our stay no explanation or excuses for us

Great place with a great view of the ocean and Mount Teide. Cozy rooms, friendly staff. You want to come back here again and again

Only I would like to mention there isn't any parking available for this hotel

I emailed them 3 times after i read the reviews about parking to pre-book the parking for our stay but no response! After i showed them the emails and messages in the trip. com they said we haven't checked the trip

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help

There was a strange noise which was a sort of electric from the floor

3rd time staying here, some bad reviews about this hotel, but I have never had a bad experience, always been absolutely fine and great value for the money paid, I have not been in high season so my review is based on Jan/Feb last time was Oct/Nov

It's cheap and cheerfull, Breakfast is great, its a buffet, cooked food is sometimes not hot but there is a microwave at the end of the galley so no probs there, plenty to choose from, Bacon, fried eggs scrambled,boiled,fried, lots of breads to toast, hot dog style sausage, plenty of pastries and sweet stuff, ceriels, all good

Rooms are dated but clean and tidy, if you have issues speak up, too many wait to complain after they get home, the staff are lovely and friendly and if they can help you they will

The sister hotel is across the road and its a lot more expensive, there is a reason for that, you get what you pay for at both hotels. Rooftop swimming pool with great views

We have been coming to this lovely old hotel for 15 for our winter break. The hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly with clean towels everyday and sheets ever 3days

Staff were very attentive at breakfast and plates were cleared away very quickly. The pool area was very clean and service around the pool was excellent! Our room was lovely, and kept very clean

Polite and attentive staff with eyes for the details. We went for the Canarian Soul Nights dinner, nothing was short of perfection. Special thanks for the services from Lis, Nacho, Massimo, Antonio, Jessica and Bryan

Asked for granola as they didn’t have this and from the second day we had homemade granola brought to our table which was delicious! The chef also made us homemade hash browns, which were also delicious

We have visited Sir Anthony many times and it is still as fabulous as ever! In fact The service from the current team of staff was exceptional! Breakfast is fab, nice selection and quality food

Best sea views are from the third floor as you can see over the trees (especially from the rooftop terrace) and also you do have the plunge pool and sun loungers on the rooftop for a bit of added luxury

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and by the end of the week my family were ordering lots of crepes with fresh strawberries and multiple cups of hot chocolate - we didn't need lunch after such an excellent breakfast everyday! We only ate dinner at the hotel once, for the Canarian soul night, but again the staff made sure that all my dishes were adapted to be gluten free

Stayed here last week for 10 days, was dubious when we arrived however the hotel was ok, made perfect by the wonderful friendly staff! The kids loved the pools (three in total), the food was good for all of us with plenty of choice & the pool & evening bars served decent beer & spirits

Don’t believe some of the reviews! We are at the end of a weeks stay here and can truly say we have had a great time. Yea the room is a wee bit tired but immaculately clean and has everything you need

Cleaning staff come every day and bar and waiting staff work exceptionally hard to keep things running smoothly. We are all inclusive and you could eat and drink something different every night

It's as you'd expect for a 3 star apartments complex. Everything is clean and the pools are great

Honestly its a great hotel, the room was spotless on arrival the staff were friendly and informative. Yes it is located up a little hill but it is definitely not the end of the world

Bare in mind there is only one lift (it broke down on our stay a couple times but was fixed within a few hours) so if elderly/disabled you may have difficulty getting to top floor rooms

We had a large room with a private terrace (with a small table & chairs) and 2 sun loungers that were in the sun all day. We chose to use the main pool and didn’t have a problem getting any sunbeds at 8

The rooftop terrace was an added bonus which we did not realise we would have. The pool is an excellent size with a lovely poolside bar and restaurant

Everything else was clean and we had an issue where I had locked us out of the room safe (my fault!). The hotel sent a maintenance man within 10 minutes who fixed it for us

The location is also great, with a supermarket next door and plenty of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel and a 5 minute walk down to the beach front

Fantastic This hotel was a great family hotel, we stayed as a young couple for a week (after booking last minute as we moved hotels) and landed here

Our only issue was dead cockroaches in our room (which we swept up and removed!). The hotel offered to fumigate the room immediately

Rooms can be more up to date but they are spacious and clean therefore would not complain. Pool bar reasonably priced , £3 pint, £6 cocktails etc. Enough sun loungers and free towels from the lifeguard :) would come back

The lobby is very lovely and polite workers. Fed just super,great choice of dishes,vegetables,fruits, cakes. The waiters are like bees and also very cute

Located in the center, a huge number of shops and cafes, the ocean 10 minutes away

The cleanliness was excellent and staff was very attentive. Far superior to other hotels that I have stayed in. The pool areas were quiet and relaxing.

Roof top pools added a ‘wow’ factor and afforded stunning views. Location close to the old fishing village of Caleta was great for an evening walk and drink or meal out, booking a day ahead highly advisable

The hotel’s restaurants deserve special recognition. Every meal was a delight, with dishes that were both creative and delicious, showcasing top-quality ingredients. This hotel completely won us over

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Beautiful property, incredible food. Only thing I would have liked was an onsite coffee shop, though coffee was easily available at all restaurants

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the bathroom felt like a personal spa, and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy true comfort

Modern hotel, cool design, didn’t feel crowded. Walkable to La Caleta restaurants and walk along beach front. Property staff were friendly and food & cocktails were excellent.

Been going to Las Madrigueras the last five years and will keep coming! Already reserved a room for this year visit! That's how we fell in love with the place on our first visit! Staff from the hotel to the golf course are all very helpful:-)

First time at this hotel and golf course. Honestly cannot fault anything. Hotel beautiful, rooms amazing. Breakfast really fabulous and no queue for omelettes as they serve you at table

Evening dinner is out of this world level. Staff professional, efficient and friendly… nothing an issue. Golf course is the best one we have played abroad. Water features and rough, all well looked after

I have to mention toilets on the course, which are also immaculate. Honestly first time, but we are already booking for next year

We are staying in room 2 (deluxe suite) the bed is comfortable and huge, it has a private balcony. The golf course and access is perfect. The pool is warm enough to take a swim and the sun loungers are comfortable

A very nicely maintained hotel with a well appointed and quiet pool area, spoilt by patchy service dispensed grudgingly and with an air of supercilious disdain

Recently returned from a 2 week stay. Fantastic hotel lovely friendly staff very clean rooms. Can’t fault anything made to feel very welcomed and really enjoyed our stay will definitely return and recommend

40 am due to delays and the restaurant had been closed for hours. But knowing that we may be hungry, we were met with a small buffet ( amazing!) The room is incredible and suitably located for my mobility

I've just come home 🏡 from 10 nights. The staff go above and beyond. The food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere and facilities are fabulous. I loved every minute I spent there

We got a move to a pool view room it was a nice room with nice views , air con could be better, maid service good We stayed bed and breakfast , the breakfast was very good and the staff were really nice and helpful

Rooms itself are outdated, A/C making loud noise but it wasn’t too disturbing. The hotel is currently going thru renovations, reception area is lovely, the view is incredible

There are sunbeds, 2 hot tubs and drinks available too at the rooftop. Mostly older people in the hotel, so nice and quiet

Modern, pool on the roof top, sunbeds, balconies for each of the rooms, mini studio type rooms with a big wet room, little kitchen area and a big tv, even provided robes, slippers and room refreshed everyday

The location was perfect, it just a few minutes walk from bus garage and the sea. We had a sea view from our 6th floor balcony. All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful

The room was clean and had a hot fast running shower. Pool area was clean and quiet with great views of Puerto De La Cruz. We did not eat there but did use the bar and had a delicous cocktail

The pool is really small and good to cool down in, not so much to swim in but the beach is just down the road

On the 7th floor, there is a terrace with a pool and a view of Teide

There's laundry facilities downstairs also (5 euro a load) and the rooms are all catered for self catering with a hob and all!Staff are incredibly helpful and overall I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Our villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and maintained to the highest standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night

The rooms are well equipped, although a couple of bowls for the evening dips would be fab! Always extremely clean, towels and bed linen freshly laundered. Pool facilities are superb and clean, very well maintained

Lovely clean hotel staff friendly. Food all inclusive we was breakfasts and lunch amazing buffet at tea time was a bit repetitive. Drinks cocktails were amazing. Pool nice brilliant hotel this is our 2nd visit

Only downside was the private apartments people staying 12 weeks or more think they owned the place sunbed wars was ridiculous queues in the morning before 8am and running to get favourite spot same people every day same spot everyday leaving the towels on beds long periods of time

We don’t even think about staying anywhere else. Fantastic pool and bar areas, fabulous food but, best of all, the friendliest team we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

The hotel is spotless including rooms all round and the pool area is well kept too, The food is lovely has lots of choices and carers for all tastes and ages I can't fault a thing and the central location near the sea front gives easy access to the harbour bars and las Americas 10 min walk away we can't wait to return in December again for Xmas

Unfair for others they are not being fair we have all paid to be on this holiday not just them. Plenty of room for everyone but some people being thrown abuse at for being in the private persons spot

The hotel is about 20 min walk from the bus station but is in the town centre next to main shopping area. We choose this hotel because it is 15-minute walk from cruise terminal

The pool on the roof did not work - this was very disappointing. For some reason, there is no toilet brush or hygienic shower in the toilet

There is not enough parking nearby and it is difficult to drive up in a personal car. We did not use the hotel parking, because we read reviews that it is very narrow

Very clean, quiet, and cozy. Good breakfasts, excellent location in the city center. We'll stay here again next time :)

The buffet restaurant is small and i can imagine it getting very busy in peak summer months. Round the pool is nice, plenty of sunbeds but again in summer I bet it's a different story

No stress of trying to get a sunbed, although plenty of people do still reserve them with towels, despite lifeguards asking them everyday not to

Cockroaches! I read they are everywhere! I saw 2. Both at night and both in the walkways round the pool. None in the apartment, so not too bad

Lunch was cooked outside by the pool on a grill/ bbq which was nice in the sun. Evening meal was ok, selection was minimal though

We stayed all inclusive and although there is not a vast choice of food we managed to find something to eat for each meal. We did eat out for a few evenings but that was always the plan as I like to get out and about

I don’t understand why this place gets the bad reviews it does. We are very seasoned travelers and have stayed in 5* luxury and 2* basic accommodation in the past. For me this was a typical 3* Spanish hotel

Have just returned from a 5 night stay at this fabulous hotel,sorry we did book for longer!! The quality of the rooms, gardens,pool and of course not forgetting the impeccable staff,are unsurpassed

Since guests were just adults, ideal for quiet vacation in relaxing hotel, garden and pool environment

This hotel is lovely in every respect. It has been in the same family since it was built and most of the staff have been there many years. This alone speaks volumes as to how well it is run and how nice everyone is

It was excellent and he continued to make them for me when asked. A welcome drink at check-in is a nice touch too. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Puerto de la Cruz

I asked for a whiskey old fashioned cocktail ( not realising at the time it wasn’t on the cocktail list) and he googled it and told me he could make it no problem
