Some of the villas are timeshares, obvious firm friendships clearly established over the years whuch was lovely to observe around the pool
Amazing for the price, easy to find, good parking near by and a good spot to stay in for a short weekend! :)
The pool area is well maintained with pool towels provided. The restaurant is of a good standard with friendly staff. Housekeeping do a good job with twice weekly cleaning
Good Value
Lovely small resort and villas are perfect for up to 6. There limited facilities, but the pool is great and the Bar Restaurant perfectly adequate. We’ve been here several times and it works for us.
Friendly & Peaceful self-catering accommodation. 33 villas with communal pool, table tennis & snooker table. Supermarket, a few restaurants are down the hill. It is a steep climb back to accom on foot
Exceallant resorts. Villas well maintained. Grounds and pool looked after very well. The Terrace bar and restaurant were great with friendly staff. We will come back again.

There is also a separate pool which is quiet, for those not wanting to be around the daytime entertainment. The drinks operate on a token basis. Token purchased on arrival for a refundable 5 euros
There are many dishes to choose from, along with pizza and pasta every night. The rooms are clean with room service every day. Children's entertainment is varied and the team do a great job
The restaurant on site in the apartment complex is excellent, and definitely value for money. Kids club at the neighbouring hotel is for 5 to 14 years of age, so remember to lie about your 4 year old being older
We would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. We have stayed 4 times over the last few years. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly
The checking in process is very smooth and staff are happy to answer any questions. The buffet restaurant is varied and really good quality. The salad bar is extensive, as are the desserts
Pass the token to the bar staff in exchange for a drink. Take your glass back for your next drink. This means there are no glasses lying about

Okay, a bit old and neglected but very well located, good price and pool
Freezer frozen over no door on small compartment. Kettle was €20 which was refunded at end. Pool only opens at 10am-6pm locked the rest of time no access
We stayed at the Florida Plaza Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz for four nights. While the hotel could benefit from some modern updates, it was still a comfortable and pleasant place to stay
The staff at reception and room service were very attentive, but not in the dining room. The person in charge there had poor manners and didn't treat guests well
Very good location, location is best part what this appartament have :)
I have been to other self catering which was basic but this wasn't even basic. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location is perfect 👌 apart from pub across from it which can get very noisy with the locals

Supermarket is literally across the road and the rooms have their own kitchenette which has all you need to whip up a hearty breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily and staff are very helpful
Large rooms. All requirements met for self catering room. Would be nice to have a oven though. Clean, well cleaned by cleaners. Helpful and friendly staff. Best to park in shopping centre 5min away.
Lovely basic budget hotel right in the middle of town. predominantly German (we were the only English staying here)
There’s is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a lovely roof top sun terrace
Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!
The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day

Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent area close to sea front bars and restaurants.
Room was very good value for money enjoyed my stay
Room was cleanish with aa big south facing terrace. Excellent aircon but WiFi signal was week.. Clean crisp sheets & a comfy bed. Could do with update but for the price was good value for money.
Good price and location!
Good location in the north of the island. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very good prices and nice staff.
We had a nice room with a sea view. It’s a nice bit of the town in the old streets. Excellent air con but the Wi-Fi was a tad slow. Rooms were clean and staff couldn’t do enough.
There is a bit of noise from the street and at times, musicians playing at a nearby cafe, however you could consider this is part of the atmosphere
The only problem is that it not A/C in the rooms. Other than that very good!

AMAZING STAY AT FINCA VISTA BONITA
Just at airport now after 2nd fabulous stay in Finca Vista Bonita. We visited St Miguel for 1 week at end of June/July 2024 and returned this time in 2025 for 3 weeks
We would have liked a later pool closure time as often missed it when returning later as went out a lot more for lunches/dinners on this second trip as the excellent restaurant Asador opposite the Finca closed in 2024 (owners retired)
This Finca is a great place to to stay if you hire a car to reach it and we really explored Teide, walks, Vilaflor (11km away, beaches, Los Gigantes (south), Guimar, Candelaria (north)
Pato downstairs the first time and this time upstairs in Camello-I loved upstairs for stars, astronomy, full moon:)
The small pool/jacuzzi is super to cool down & has very pretty view 😍 out over the garden
Disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping for the whole two weeks we have been here. No one has bothered to change bedsheets or towels for the whole time we have been here or carried out any basic cleaning

A very cozy local hotel! Parking is nearby in a public lot, in the evenings you can enjoy delicious food in the nearby restaurants (be aware, however, that it's a steep road back up), and there's a lovely terrace in the hotel! Breakfast is replenished daily and can be enjoyed in your room (prepackaged cake, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate), but there are good breakfast options down in the village! In...
Perfect place to stay in Icod! The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the terrace is a great bonus for enjoying the magnificent view! A special mention also goes to the receptionist who is incredibly kind and helpful! A big thank you!
Romantic spot to enjoy a wonderful stay in Icod de los Vinos 🍷
The owner, Rosi, welcomed us with extraordinary kindness. The place is spectacular and I'll definitely be back
Wonderful service! It feels splendidly peaceful, and the view of the sea is marvelous. The perfect place to rest and relax. I highly recommend it ❤️
A lovely and clean room with a great view. The owner welcomed us warmly and we would definitely return to this hotel.
We loved this place, beautifully maintained. Very nice welcome from the owner. Very nice view of icod de los vinos.
Great little traditional Canarian hotel with antiques, hidden rooms and polished floors We arrived by bus early ,check in is 2pm but our room was ready and we were allowed an early check in which was great Our room had a great view with a balcony and was really quiet There was a safe in the room,a kettle and small fridge Breakfast was traditional European with cheeses ,cooked meats and eggs
We found the room a little cool (it was December )and the room would have benefited from a heater Also I’m not keen on shower curtains I would imagine the rooms on the front by the road could get noisy so if you want a quite room ask for a room with a balcony at the back
Lovely hotel, classic rooms with old charm that large and clean. Breakfasts is delicious. The service is friendly and fantastic. The leafy terrace is beautiful. Charming hotel, good value for money, would recommend.
Cakes and breads too We only saw one staff member and she was helpful and efficient The hotel is situated in a quiet area but easy walking to the centre of town and the attractions
It's in a delightful old building that has been lovingly looked after, with shining woodwork everywhere and generously proportioned bedrooms (as well as extensive public rooms)
What a beautiful hotel, classic in appearance and well run. Everything was spotless and the service was excellent
Still it is not far from where one can take a taxi or get dropped off. Our room was spacious and quite at the third floor. The bed was comfortable and everything nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful
We only stayed for one night, prior to a flight from Tenerife North airport. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and served in the internal courtyard area, behind the cafe
We parked our hire car overnight in a multistorey car park about a 10-minute walk from the hotel ( about 25E charge). There is no drop-off area or parking provided as the hotel is in a pedestrian only street
I found this hotel scrolling the internet because I only needed one night before going on my cruise. There was a very kind receipt and help with the luggage. The hotel is very old but in a super condition
The hotel is well located in La Laguna. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room were clean. The walls and windows are quite thin so you get to hear people on the streets at night
Everything was beyond my expectation and convinced me that it is not necessary to be in a super, super hotel next to the beach

Fantastic place truly beautiful Family run Everything was perfect Thanks for everything Rooms were comfortable as was the bed and pillows Super value for money Breakfast was top notch continental Dinners were excellent as was the local wine 🍷 😋
Charming christmastholiday
We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening
Not a big english vocabulary but we understood each other well and oh the food they make! Brilliant. Although breakfast range is veeeery little. They boil probably 10 eggs and thats it for the day
Unforgettable stay in a traditional hotel, decorated with respect to its history, every corner is a small piece of art. The patio was a small paradise, the room was clean and comfortable. But most of all the staff, Mr
Really gorgeous place! Feels like home, because it's not industrial, they have like 15-20rooms at max from the looks of it
Clean rooms, new towels and a room clean every 2 days, we loved it. The only thing I will say is the beds were really hard, didn’t have a comfortable sleep but it was nice and quiet didn’t affect my stay
Probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. Everything you need at your doorstep, mini market inside the resort, a couple of restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner
Great location with plenty of nice bars and eateries. The Pantry does lovely meals. Sunday dinners are brill but you have to book if you want one.
Be careful that there are no signs where is Pueblo Torviscas reception, they have a small office inside the Sunset Harbour Club reception, and because the reception for Pueblo Torviscas is open just Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, the Check-in and Check-out was made by the Sunset Harbour Club reception
Before the arrival, I sent a request for a room with sea view which I've been told that is possible if I pay an €80 (€10 per night) fee so they can reserve the room, otherwise they will allocate me whatever room is available
The room contains 2 single beds on wheels which can be push together, very comfortable mattress and pillows, extra blankets if you need. Outside temperature was around 26-29 daily but indoors was cool and nice

Good location, big room with balcony. But there were some great minuses… The towels were dirty, with someone’s hair inside! The trash bin in toilet was not emptied after previous guests
Coin operated vending machine in reception for food and drinks. Cheap hotel compared to others in Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Even the hotel is not in the city centre, it has a good location, near the harbour, and only a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre. There is a nice walking route at the ocean front with georgeous plants.
Only 8 minutes walk to the port, underground parking for 10 €, clean rooms, low reservation price, free parking on the street
Very nice hotel centrally located, easy access to main touristic attractions and highways, totally recommended.
Easy to find just outside city centre. Guy on reception
didn't provide any information on the hotel when I arrived or engage in any small talk. He didn't ask me for anything other than to fill out a form
Roof Terrace lovely and jacuzzi a dream with views of Teide on one side and stunning Atlantic waves on the other. Close to town and walk the other way is a quiet park and beach
Perfect Location in the old town. Also there ist a huge parking lot only a few meters away. The bed was very good, the shower also. A wardrope would be nice, the jacuzzi in the rooftop with that amazing view ist Superb
Kettle, nice shower, coffee hot chocolate etc in reception are and outside terrace. Massive TV with Netflix and YouTube etc
Really friendly and welcoming staff, comfy beds and a beautiful terrace. The breakfast is great! Perfect location for the city too.
Good location. Few, but full size bathrooms. Decent breakfast. My only complaints would be really lousy wifi and very little sun ever makes it into the courtyard.

Small canteen but we like that as it's more personal and the pool was lovely all week and great views
A wonderful view from the balcony of the Hotel San Telmo. Whatever anyone says, we had a wonderful time at the hotel. Wonderful staff, cleanliness, an excellent restaurant, and the most beautiful view.
Top Location on the Beach. In the center of all activities. Good clean rooms, friendly personnel. Good food. Take a balcony room and look to the vast Atlantic Ocean.
Simple hotel, comfy bed plenty of hot water and clean.
Great location, it's not the Ritz, but excellent value for money.
No English TV channels, and only wifi in communal areas
Not overly clean but very friendly helpful staff and because of the location we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Food was delicious and cooked brilliantly
Fantastic location, the sound of waves crashing on a night put you to sleep like a baby. Very friendly staff who speak English, German and Spanish
Excellent budget hotel offering very affordable rooms, some with comfortable queen size beds, friendly and efficient service, small pool and a very good buffet breakfast for only 7
The pool is small, and is 1,55 metres at its deepest, with a little pool for children too. A continental breakfast is available. The bars and restaurants on the street, are nearby for your other meals
Hotel with a good location in the old town, close to all points of interest. The interior room was average, the bed comfortable. The only downside is the bathtub, which is slippery when getting in and out.
friendly, clean and not expensive little hotel placed a bit up from the town. Not far, ca 1km, but quite steep and not for all without a car. rooms comfortable, but thin walls. no aircondition, window
55Euroextra.
Spent Christmas here with two friends. perfect!! Management and staff very friendly and soooo helpful. Nothing to much trouble for them. Lovely clean gardens and swimming pool

Firstly I will start by saying don't go on people's reviews mostly negative these apartments are really nice clean the food is amazing value all breakfast dinner and tea can't fault it the staff equally amazing the main pools by the outside bar are very cold but that's for me isn't an issue because if you go to the back of the apartments there is a lovely pool with a man made waterfall
Third visit here with our group in a room only basis.. Ticks most of the boxes once again. Clean, location geat, staff are helpful. Pool can get a bit noisy some days, but would return once again.
There’s something disarming about KN Aparthotel Columbus in Tenerife. It isn’t flashy or trying to sell you an illusion
The balcony views stretch wide and forgiving, the poolside hums with a rhythm that makes you forget the clock, and the staff move with that easy island grace that says, “no rush, you’re here now
It’s a place that knows what it is: a comfortable, lived‑in base camp for people chasing sun, late mornings, and maybe a hangover or two. Three nights here on my own felt less like an escape and more like a quiet reset
A great hotel with a four star plus experience
Entertainment staff amazing
Lifeguard and security guard amazing
Food is excellent and plentiful
A hotel I will return to time and time again.
Well done xx

Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great
Best value price service, excellent swimming pool
There are lots of activities you can do in the hotel (pool, sauna, spa, gym, table tennis, billiard and other games) and the golf area around looks great from above (I don't play golf though)
Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion
Wonderful experience. Very good amenities, friendly and warm staff.
The beach and other sights (e. Siam park) are close by and easy accessable by car or taxi
The room was huge but needs some renovation (e. there was a broken flagstone in my bath room and a rupture on the couch)
We got up dancing and by the end of the night most people were up. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels
Located 2 lines from the sea, in fact, very close. Exceptionally cooked and fed! There is everything - seafood, chicken, lamb, etc. ! In the morning in the restaurant, brut champagne is made from alcohol
Enjoying the food and location. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. Staff friendly and service good. Restaurant staff clear tables and nothing too much trouble for them
To assist the patrons, she added a translation app to her phone on her own initiative. A wonderful young lady, who just loved to help and serve the guests in the rooms under her charge, with usual smile on her face
The animation team do their best to entertain guests. The shows have been OK but very standard except for the Latino night show. Those three guys were amazing and really got the crowd on their feet
Pool towels can be obtained via the spa at no deposit just card given on arrival but make sure you take the towels to reception when you are leaving for them to check them off
