Great little traditional Canarian hotel with antiques,hidden rooms and polished floors We arrived by bus early ,check in is 2pm but our room was ready and we were allowed an early check in which was great Our room had a great view with a balcony and was really quiet There was a safe in the room,a kettle and small fridge Breakfast was traditional European with cheeses ,cooked meats and eggs

We found the room a little cool (it was December )and the room would have benefited from a heater Also I’m not keen on shower curtains I would imagine the rooms on the front by the road could get noisy so if you want a quite room ask for a room with a balcony at the back

Lovely hotel, classic rooms with old charm that large and clean. Breakfasts is delicious. The service is friendly and fantastic. The leafy terrace is beautiful. Charming hotel, good value for money, would recommend.

Cakes and breads too We only saw one staff member and she was helpful and efficient The hotel is situated in a quiet area but easy walking to the centre of town and the attractions

It's in a delightful old building that has been lovingly looked after, with shining woodwork everywhere and generously proportioned bedrooms (as well as extensive public rooms)

What a beautiful hotel, classic in appearance and well run. Everything was spotless and the service was excellent

Clean rooms, new towels and a room clean every 2 days, we loved it. The only thing I will say is the beds were really hard, didn’t have a comfortable sleep but it was nice and quiet didn’t affect my stay

Probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. Everything you need at your doorstep, mini market inside the resort, a couple of restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner

Great location with plenty of nice bars and eateries. The Pantry does lovely meals. Sunday dinners are brill but you have to book if you want one.

Be careful that there are no signs where is Pueblo Torviscas reception, they have a small office inside the Sunset Harbour Club reception, and because the reception for Pueblo Torviscas is open just Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, the Check-in and Check-out was made by the Sunset Harbour Club reception

Before the arrival, I sent a request for a room with sea view which I've been told that is possible if I pay an €80 (€10 per night) fee so they can reserve the room, otherwise they will allocate me whatever room is available

The room contains 2 single beds on wheels which can be push together, very comfortable mattress and pillows, extra blankets if you need. Outside temperature was around 26-29 daily but indoors was cool and nice

Good location, big room with balcony. But there were some great minuses… The towels were dirty, with someone’s hair inside! The trash bin in toilet was not emptied after previous guests

Coin operated vending machine in reception for food and drinks. Cheap hotel compared to others in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Even the hotel is not in the city centre, it has a good location, near the harbour, and only a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre. There is a nice walking route at the ocean front with georgeous plants.

Only 8 minutes walk to the port, underground parking for 10 €, clean rooms, low reservation price, free parking on the street

Easy to find just outside city centre. Guy on reception didn't provide any information on the hotel when I arrived or engage in any small talk. He didn't ask me for anything other than to fill out a form

Roof Terrace lovely and jacuzzi a dream with views of Teide on one side and stunning Atlantic waves on the other. Close to town and walk the other way is a quiet park and beach

Perfect Location in the old town. Also there ist a huge parking lot only a few meters away. The bed was very good, the shower also. A wardrope would be nice, the jacuzzi in the rooftop with that amazing view ist Superb

Kettle, nice shower, coffee hot chocolate etc in reception are and outside terrace. Massive TV with Netflix and YouTube etc

It’s the price you pay for being right in the thick of things. While the interior and fixtures are certainly out of date (it could use a facelift), the level of hygiene is frankly astonishing

This is brilliant for instant access to everything, but let’s be real—with such a central position, it’s loud. We knew what we were signing up for, and frankly, you can’t complain when you choose a spot this convenient

This staff dedication is what truly elevates the experience; the minor dated appearance is easily overshadowed by the sheer spotlessness. The daily breakfast buffet isn't amazing, but it is reliably good

The hotel is so clean it's too clean to be true. The entire property gets cleaned every day, a rare commitment that honestly puts many higher-star hotels to shame

Strategic position, near to Las Vistas Beach, clean apartments, swimming pool, friendly staff, good price.

This is an excellent place to stay. We booked through Tenerife Royal Gardens agents Roberto, George and his team. We have had an apartment with them for many years

Fantastic venue with two pools one of them heated stones through from beach bars and restaurants. Make sure to visit restaurant Mumbia to Shangai fabulous food.

I would highly recommend TRG , this super accommodation is the best place in Tenerife. To deal with the George & staff is 100%. Pool and amenities are spotless

The pool bar is excellent, Johnny , Sandra & hani (their daughter) are so nice and provide an excellent service

The worst part was that the shower only had ice cold water, all the taps in the apartment had no hot water so not the best experience! Every morning the shops and restaurants had deliveries and pallets were wheeled above us from 6am so no good if you like a lie in! The pool area was lovely and the heated pool was perfect, lots of loungers available and very quiet

It wasn't until I made a scene at reception and made them explain the difference between 'blanket' and 'towels' (just to make sure they understood English) that they finally brought the blanket

30 for a small coke) and you need to pay either by card or by putting some money behind reception for your room (unspent money is refunded on check out). Bus stop for free buses to Siam Park / Aqualand is a 1 minute walk

We had a great time at the hotel , the seaview was beautiful, fabulous breakfast also

The staff absolutely didn't care about guest requests. I asked for an extra blanket THREE TIMES, and on the third try, they brought towels 🤦

The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels! The breakfast was a buffet breakfast and was lovely! The pool area was clean and tidy! Noise levels at night weren't too bad just some background noise of the music in the bars! In the day time the hotel offers free activities in the pool and outside the pool and has free equipment at anytime to play ping pong, football, tennis etc

They gave me a room facing the noisiest bars, which are loud until 2 AM, and didn't warn me about it. The breakfast staff were also rude. You have to beg for an omelet, and they do everything with sour faces

Excellent budget hotel offering very affordable rooms, some with comfortable queen size beds, friendly and efficient service, small pool and a very good buffet breakfast for only 7

The pool is small, and is 1,55 metres at its deepest, with a little pool for children too. A continental breakfast is available. The bars and restaurants on the street, are nearby for your other meals

Hotel with a good location in the old town, close to all points of interest. The interior room was average, the bed comfortable. The only downside is the bathtub, which is slippery when getting in and out.

friendly, clean and not expensive little hotel placed a bit up from the town. Not far, ca 1km, but quite steep and not for all without a car. rooms comfortable, but thin walls. no aircondition, window 55Euroextra.

Spent Christmas here with two friends. perfect!! Management and staff very friendly and soooo helpful. Nothing to much trouble for them. Lovely clean gardens and swimming pool

The facilities are fairly basic and parking is limited in a residential cul-de-sac but it had everything you need at an outstanding value

There is also a separate pool which is quiet, for those not wanting to be around the daytime entertainment. The drinks operate on a token basis. Token purchased on arrival for a refundable 5 euros

There are many dishes to choose from, along with pizza and pasta every night. The rooms are clean with room service every day. Children's entertainment is varied and the team do a great job

The restaurant on site in the apartment complex is excellent, and definitely value for money. Kids club at the neighbouring hotel is for 5 to 14 years of age, so remember to lie about your 4 year old being older

We would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. We have stayed 4 times over the last few years. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly

The checking in process is very smooth and staff are happy to answer any questions. The buffet restaurant is varied and really good quality. The salad bar is extensive, as are the desserts

Pass the token to the bar staff in exchange for a drink. Take your glass back for your next drink. This means there are no glasses lying about

Very tatty everywhere you look - the outside is dirty and needs a painting. The furniture in the sunbathing area above the pool is falling apart

The stairs have duck tape to hide broken parts, the bathrooms are years past their best - even some bleach spray on the blackened silicone would help

Sometimes feel bit awkward sitting on my own but they made me feel so welcome - thank you. Reception staff were always so helpful and thank you for the fruit platter you sent to my room - so thoughtful

official 4 star rating must have been some years ago, 2 star I would say now. The whole place seems like it's had no maintenance for about 10 years

Let me cover the positives - the entrance to the hotel is open and airy with a view of the pool beyond. There's someone at the reception to greet and get you settled in

Now the not so good - somehow we found ourselves in the middle of a strike which meant that during our 4 day stay, the room was not cleaned for 2 days because of lack of staff

Bathroom is small but very clean. The pool is quiet and no fight for a sunbed there is also a roof terrace. The whole place is kept clean 100%

We love this hotel , always clean, pool area is nice, lots of nice restaurants and bars , great supermarket just across the road! Only one complaint

30pm, greated by a lovely lady on reception, we wernt sure about rooms but were given an upstairs apartment at the back of the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised, it was spotless clean, a little dated but cleanliness is more important for me, everything you would need for your stay was provided in the apartment, lovely clean pool area and reception, all staff were very pleasant, the roof top terrace...

The hotel is conveniently located, close to a bus stop and a Super Dino store. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but not at all tiring. The staff is very friendly and attentive

We had a nice room with a sea view. It’s a nice bit of the town in the old streets. Excellent air con but the Wi-Fi was a tad slow. Rooms were clean and staff couldn’t do enough.

There is a bit of noise from the street and at times, musicians playing at a nearby cafe, however you could consider this is part of the atmosphere

The only problem is that it not A/C in the rooms. Other than that very good!

The only minor letdown was the pools, which were unfortunately far too cold to comfortably swim in. It would be great if at least one pool were heated to a more comfortable temperature

A special mention must go to Patrick in Casas Ducales and Luis at the Beach Club, both were outstanding and made our stay feel extra special

It got busy very quickly and staff seemed harassed and short staffed. We were sat by a doorway and kept getting brushed past when the staff were going past because there wasn’t much room there

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, largely thanks to the incredible staff who truly delivered a 5 star experience

Just had the most wonderful afternoon for the 5th anniversary at the waterfall. Thanks to all of the staff and entertainers that made it so special. The food was lovely the company so easy and the ambience was fabulous.

The only downside is the sound of the planes coming in to the airport not far away. I would come here again in a heartbeat

A very cozy local hotel! Parking is nearby in a public lot, in the evenings you can enjoy delicious food in the nearby restaurants (be aware, however, that it's a steep road back up), and there's a lovely terrace in the hotel! Claire is on his pool by the office a reasonable selection of food and drink, and it is also open in the evening offering a set meal as a price that’s bearable if you don’t want to go out of the complex and explore the myriad of other restaurants that are available nearby

Reserving a sun bed can be challenging – before 10 am each morning many regulars seem to reserve their piece of concrete with their towels for an hour previous to the sun beds being unlocked

After 5 days seeing German children play with volleyball in the pool I thought the reviews must be wrong about pool strictness

Good location. Few, but full size bathrooms. Decent breakfast. My only complaints would be really lousy wifi and very little sun ever makes it into the courtyard.

Still it is not far from where one can take a taxi or get dropped off. Our room was spacious and quite at the third floor. The bed was comfortable and everything nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful

We only stayed for one night, prior to a flight from Tenerife North airport. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and served in the internal courtyard area, behind the cafe

We parked our hire car overnight in a multistorey car park about a 10-minute walk from the hotel ( about 25E charge). There is no drop-off area or parking provided as the hotel is in a pedestrian only street

I found this hotel scrolling the internet because I only needed one night before going on my cruise. There was a very kind receipt and help with the luggage. The hotel is very old but in a super condition

The hotel is well located in La Laguna. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room were clean. The walls and windows are quite thin so you get to hear people on the streets at night

Everything was beyond my expectation and convinced me that it is not necessary to be in a super, super hotel next to the beach

There are lots of activities you can do in the hotel (pool, sauna, spa, gym, table tennis, billiard and other games) and the golf area around looks great from above (I don't play golf though)

Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion

The beach and other sights (e. Siam park) are close by and easy accessable by car or taxi The room was huge but needs some renovation (e. there was a broken flagstone in my bath room and a rupture on the couch)
