The service was great and very friendly. However, the hotel is right on the street, so the noise was a big issue, and the soundproofing was quite poor.

Very good overall experience. The beds are comfortable, with good-quality bed linen and warm blankets. The lockers are large and convenient, which is a big plus. The only downside is that there is a sink inside the room, and it can be a bit noisy at times. However, the bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The environment and hygiene are excellent. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It's close to Jungceylon shopping mall, but a bit far from the beach. What bothered me was that the lockers in the room didn't have locks, so there was no security for valuables. You had to pay 100 THB at the front desk to buy a lock, which I thought was a bit greedy.

This is a very old, worn-out hotel that would be hard-pressed to even earn 1 star. The plumbing is terrible; the sink faucet felt like it could fall off at any moment. We even found a cockroach in the shower. The TV on the wall was tiny and ancient. The very old refrigerator rattled loudly all night.
