Pleasant stay here for a few days. Room was adequate however smelt quite bad which didn’t seem to go away. It was cool having a room with the pool right outside. Staff always at reception and very helpful and friendly with any queries we had! Pretty quick to drive a scooter into town and not too far to good attractions such as elephant sanctuary and monkey view point.

Overall a good Hotel, location not far from the old town and in the same time tucked away from the busy city. Nice calm and peaceful setting. However after a few days, we had a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, staff tried to fix it but weren’t able to. I guess we just godt unlucky.

It's a functional centrally located hotel, away from the noise of the central Old Town. Rooms are spacious & clean with aircon & TV. WiFi is free. There is no lift and no breakfast though they do offer tea/coffee, toast and fresh banana's from 7-10 There are plenty of options for restaurants, cafes and street food to choose from. The pool is refreshing.

Excellent service and very nice accomodartions. Live jazz music every night until about 10 pm. Massage right across the street, 7-1, money conversion, local eateries are close by. Many conveniences within a 3 min walk. Yet quiet once on the property. It is set back from the street. 24 hour front desk. Very laid back and relaxing property. Very roomy room with a garden view.

We just stayed for one night. The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was not the greatest. When you showered the whole floor and toilet got wet. They organized us delicious breakfast boxes in the morning, as we had to leave early for a tour.

This place is absolutely fantastic 👏! The rooms are tidy and clean, and there's a swimming pool outside. It's also very close to the beach, so you can go and enjoy the sea views. The only downside is that the hotel's location is a bit out of the way.

Spacious room that came with a small balcony. Quiet with no traffic noise. Have a swimming pool and this property was doing it's share by providing just two bottles for the whole duration of your stay. Reason being was, they have water dispenser for guests to refill the bottles which was a good approach to reduce plastic footprint. Cool little place hidden away in ya nui , open villa pool side resort on the more affordable sense , kitchen was great in the villa , nice to have a separate bathroom and big veranda, breakfast was great , covers all diets , refill water great idea for not being limited .. will be back again in the future Rawai and surrounding beaches lot more laid back areas .

For coffee wake up before 10am and go to the lobby haha. Overall service was pretty good and the location is in the middle near to old town phuket but far from other attractions. So choose based on your preferences.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping centres, restaurants and nightlife. Clean, comfortable and tidy. A nice restaurant inside, which offers value for money meals. Thoroughly recommended . I will be returning on my next visit to Patong.

The location was good but the quality was a bit off. The room was decent but the shower didn't have much hot water. We were taken to another hotel for breakfast but there was no variety at all. Since we were staying multiple nights, the breakfast was quite off. It felt quite expensive.

Very central yet hidden in a quieter dead end street just few minute walk to the beach through the main street full of clubs, bars, restaurants etc. Smaller but cosy rooms with comfy bed and little balcony. The top roof pool area and bar is great place to relax. Welcoming and helpful staff.

The hotel was centrally located and clean. However, the walls are thin and the amenities are very basic. It’s sufficient for a short stay. The front desk is not staffed in the evenings—it’s only open from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-in is not possible after that.

A lovely hotel in a great area in Phuket Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, which is available 24 hours was lovely, very clean and provided large loungers and Umbrellas. We had a glitch with the air-conditioning failing to work on our 2nd day. They quickly moved us into another room with very little fuss. Stayed in a room on the 4th floor for 2 nights. This is a wonderful, quiet hotel right in the city center with beautiful architecture. Pretty decent hotel, things look old but kept well. There were no towels hooks in my room, but after I complained, staff installed it next day, that's cool service.

Paid extra for the suite for one week to make use of the large hot-tub. For 90% of my stay there was no hot water meaning I couldn't use the tub. The staff were apologetic and friendly and moved me on the last night of my stay so I could use the tub in another room. No discount was offered for the days I couldn't use the tub.

Rooms were clean. Bathroom amenities were less but workable. It is near the main road. 7ELEVEN is very near. Overall good.

We are budget travelers and this hotel offered decent value for the money. Pros: AC, wifi, floor space, 2 free waters a day, friendly/available staff, and a good restaurant below. Cons: stiff mattress and lots of tiny ants (but bear in mind, you are next to the jungle). We had an overall good experience.

Our family has booked a 7 nights x 2 rooms (5 persons with extra bad) trip with breakfast included. However, they only have 3 choices of breakfast set for choice everyday, and I have paid HK$100+ (=TH$400+) for each person each day, which is very expensive almost equal to a hotel's breakfast buffet. I think it's very much over charge on this kind of service, We are so dispointed with this issue...

Located next to Patong town, the Kalim Resort is a serene place to wind down. The beach is steps away, meanwhile Patong town is about 15 to 20 mins leisurely by foot. The blue pool invites travellers to jump and swim. The staff can speak English so no worries. Rooms and bathrom are spacious and clean. Overall, an awesome experience of chilling and relaxing.

Nice enough hotel , rooms not exactly best quality but reasonably priced, they make offers in low season , location is not really popular , there is nothing to see around , but as a better price option is ok. Anywhere you want to go , you need a taxy so expect to pay 200 bahts each way . And most taxy drivers have problems finding the hotel but eventually they will arrive .

Location is nice as it is not in the centre of Kamala Beach and therefore more quiet, but in walking distance. Currently a little bit of construction close by but not really disturbing. Great and friendly service at the reception offering all the support you might need. Restaurant is excellent. Two pools are nice. The bungalow itself is a bit old and was not totally clean, but we enjoyed the stay.

The room is quiet despite being in a busy area, and you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony. The pool water has a salty taste. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, with delivery available. There is a kitchen, and the room had a slight odor, so some mosquito repellent liquid was provided.

Ideal location, only 30 seconds to the beach. The room had everything you need, Wi-Fi worked more or less quickly. There is a cafe with traditional Thai cuisine at this hotel. If you don't want to sit in the cafe, you can order in your room and sit on the mini terrace near the room. There is a small pool on the territory, 1.2 m deep, the child loved it.

I guess this place is ok for some travelers who will spend minimal time in the actual hotel but it’s really not at all an ideal space. The hotel is located half way between the main road and Nai Yang beach. There is a good size swimming pool and motorbikes and bicycles available for hire. The owners are very friendly as are the other guests. There is extensive building going on in the area around the hotel. If you are bothered by construction noise or late flights from nearby Phuket airport then don't stay in this area.

A lovely hotel nestled in the busy area of Patong: The rooms are very large and spacious, they are all air conditioned which you’ll need in Phuket which can get really humid. Lovely shower and bathroom, be aware that they use a septic tank so you can’t flush toilet paper but almost all places in Phuket are like that. Great stay! The location is central and just steps away from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and 7/11 stores nearby.There is a coffee shop right next door which is perfect for breakfast. The hotel offers great value for money and feels much better than price. Staffs are friends and helpful too and they provide fresh towels everyday.

The room rate is reasonable for the area. It's close to food options, but there's no hotel parking; you have to park on the street outside, which isn't far. It's also close to Patong Beach, making it easy to get around.

Everything was pretty much as pictured. The only slight drawback is that it's close to the road, which is very busy even at night. However, you get used to it after the first night. Also, a heads-up: don't book a room on the 6th floor. While it's higher up, pigeons run around on the roof, and it sounds like they're in your room! Otherwise, everything was great.
