We had a really pleasant stay at the Sunshine Patong hotel in Phuket. The staff are truly lovely, attentive, and very kind. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is simply perfect. A fantastic place that I recommend 100%.

I don't recommend this hotel. We booked a transfer at the hotel for 4am. When we got down, it turned out no one had booked anything; they'd just ripped us off for 1,200 baht. We ordered a taxi through the app. There was only one receptionist who didn't know anything and barely spoke English. They cleaned well, but that's the only positive. This is one of the better hotels in Patong within its price range. The rooms are clean, smell nice, and are cleaned daily. It's close to civilized streets and a good night market. It's also convenient for exploring the island from Patong by scooter. There are cafes nearby, and sitting on the veranda downstairs is pleasant. Fantastic hotel,all the time was totally booked that mean it's great hotel. excellent location laundry and 7 eleven shop right next to it. massage, local restaurant,bars all so close. friendly staff room quite big with big windows, ac great,toilet great all perfect really.i would stay definitely again there.

I went with my mom and she was satisfied with his Hotel. Location is good close to the sea. But sometimes they forget to put towels in the room after cleaning. One word you can stay there not more than one week 

It was a fine stay for a short time. Location is not so central but a grab ride gets you to your destination in 10 minutes. Swimming pool could be cleaner.

The hotel is in good location, managed by locals but maintenance needs a lot of attention, room I stayed, has a lot of issue.. water flow is weak, window was not able to locked, but in the end was fixed by the owner. However I feel that this should be checked and be ready prior to arrival.

Good location, near markets and shops and shopping for souvenirs. Cleanliness needs to be improved but overall good value for the dollar. 

The price/quality ratio is okay. Not suitable for long-term stays, maybe a couple of nights. The plumbing is inconvenient. The balcony has a mountain view.

This price, 380 per night, is not recommended at all. It can only be said that it is at the level of domestic guesthouses. The price of Phuket hotels is really outrageous. The service is satisfactory. The swimming pool is very small, and it feels like it is just for children to play.

Technically this is a really good hotel. But the receptionist is miserable. The food is really really good, until they try to put extras on your bill and try to have a full argument with you when you tell them you didn't order it. They tried to charge me for cheese...... A good villa, we rented a villa with 3 bedrooms, we were by car, they provided us with a parking space, the only negative was the smell of sewage in all 3 bathrooms.

The room is simple but nice. One downside (which might be a plus for some) is the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed; it's very powerful, and even the lowest setting is noticeably loud. The complex is nice and well maintained. The pool has a great view as it is located in what seems a jungle. Be careful with the mosquitoes as they are everywhere and you cannot survive without a mosquito spray.

First of all they clean the room every day 🥇 Second this place is like a hidden paradise... Exotic flowers and trees all around the hotel and you really loose the sense of time here. Although it's a little far from the airport and Old Town, there's a beach right in front of it, a great view, and a great place to spend some relaxing time. There were a ton of butterflies in the courtyard-like area, and it was fascinating to walk through the swarm of butterflies. The staff were very kind and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and decided to return in 2025. The rooms are still just as spacious and clean. Housekeeping, bottled water, and fresh towels and linens are provided daily. The pool is clean. Nearby, there are cafes, a laundry service, 7/11, and massage parlors. You can also rent scooters directly from the hotel. It's a 5-15 minute ride to the beaches by transport.
