Rested in 2017 The hotel fully meets expectations: inexpensive, clean rooms, well located relative to the center, close to the beach. The reception has Russian-speaking staff, which is a big plus. The location was perfect, right across from Patong Beach. Walking distance to everything. The service was great, they went above and beyond. They have a good variety for the complimentary breakfast. The views are the best place about this place. We were shown to a room at the bottom so it's quite a hike up for breakfast. Once there the breakfast isn't really worth the hike. Very clean hotel with a great location. Da the receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help us figure out our shuttle service. What a great find. Location is far enough out of the major hustle and bustle of Banglar road but this is still just a 10 min walk. Reasonably quiet at night. For a hotel it was pretty good, outside of hot water breaking our last day, but they had a gym, a really nice pool, and brought water and coffee every day, cleaning lady came around 2pm every day. Service staff was really nice compared to other hotels. Definitely worth a stay

We spend one week at Palm Garden Ressort while doing our SSI Open Water Diver Certificate with the Sea Bees Diving Phuket. The 3m deep pool is used for the training, but offers also everything to make the stay relaxing and playful while not on the boat or in the ocean. The Pancakes are highly recommended by my daughter and me for breakfast.

I booked it last minute and the guy woke up and gave me a room even though he didn’t have all the information. It’s a little bit awkward to get to, but it’s a spectacular property and the people are super nice.

A city hotel that is kept clean, the location is excellent, everything is nearby, Patong beach, cafes, restaurants, observation deck, exchange offices, shops, etc. To the nightlife of Phuket, 15 minutes walk along the embankment. Great place and friendly staff. Only 100M from hotel to Patong beach. They allowed me an extension to 2pm free of charge. Lots of good restaurant and café around the hotel. Parking also available. The hotel is very modest, generally matching its price point. However, it's very small. Overall, it's clean; there's no unsanitary conditions, but the linen isn't brand new.

Everything was very basic and minimal. The room had a TV, a fridge, one nightstand, a chair, and a table. The room wasn't cleaned, and nothing was changed. I even had to ask for toilet paper myself. All the bedding wasn't fresh. It's only suitable for an overnight stay. The only plus was its close proximity to the beach.

Location wise its one of the best choice, there is a coffee shop right under which has decent breakfast and burgers. But hygiene and cleanliness is bit of a problem for sure

In general everything was ok. Very close to the beach, clean and tidy, more like a homestay, rather than hotel. Friendly service and good atmosphere. The hotel has a direct path to the beach, just a 1-minute walk, and it's also very close to 7-Eleven. There's a massage parlor right downstairs at the hotel, which is super convenient. Nice hotel for long stays, we stayed here for a couple of months and it was a great time. The apartments have a separate kitchen from the bedroom, which gives more flexibility in organizing the space. Not staying in the hotel, but it has a cool cafe Sunset Corner! Tasty and inexpensive! Soup 60-80 baht! Didn't know that a simple onion soup could be so delicious!
